This was my first time buying from this flower shop and they were great! Flowers were GORGEOUS!!! I ordered their "pink petalite" but customized it to change all the pink flowers to white and keep the pink/nude colored chrysanthemums. I ordered by phone and staff was able to acoomodate the short notice and also able to customize them to how I wanted them. The arrangement received soooooo many compliments, especially from the friend I was gifting them to. Staff was so amazing, they really listened to what I wanted, without hesitation made a last minute change per my request, and were speedy. I would definitely recommend and will order from them again. By the way, their site is great! Easy to use and has tons of options. I wouldve ordered online but chose to order by phone to make sure they understood what I wanted. Iam giving a 2 star review because the gentleman was nice but other than that I paid $140 for birthday flowers for my daughter in a nice Chanel box but the flowers never bloomed and I also asked for red and white roses and when I picked them up they were red and YELLOW and I asked if she could change them out for the white I asked for and she said NO that she would then take a loss so she couldn't do it . As directed I watered them every 2 days and still the flowers only survived 5 days . I would NOT recommend purchasing from this flower shop ! Read the reviews and decided to go check it out! Got there and was immediately greeting by Natalie. That's a win in my book. I told her what I was looking for, she asked me when did I need it and was it for pickup or delivery. I let her know i wanted it today and I would pick up. She told me to come back at 3pm. I didn't want to order online because I didn't want to spend money on delivery or a vase. Went in and they were able to get a bouquet done for me in ten minutes. Super fast. Super easy. Wonderful florist. Given a number of medium size arrangements to family, clients, and friends. One bouquet was in shades of pinks with roses and white hydrangeas, another was a happy bouquet in yellows (sunflowers and all those happy flowers), there was even a beautiful arrangement with a combinations of orchids and roses in a shades of deep fuchsia and purple.
