Villa Flowers - Flower arrangement - Florists Near Me - Compton, California

Very unsatisfied, ordered flowers prior to deadline and am called that it wasn't sent, they didn't have the product, and they opened late! They then proceed to tell me what time I made my order like umm that doesn't matter considering you opened @11! And I'm asked "is it okay for delivery tomorrow?" If I had said no would it have mattered? It didn't... No compensation for the inconvenience. But a maybe I can add more floral.... you work at a floral shop... Oh but after our phone call i was charged! And they haven't even made it or have the product! Shocking how that all played out. I'd consider other local business before choosing to settle here as it currently stands. read more

Super efficient! Called them first, they asked me to send my order online, I got side tracked at work and they called me to follow up on my order. I completed the order online and they delivered my flowers within 2 hours! I had given them a business address that was difficult to locate my recipient, and they didn't give up! They communicated with me through the process when it was difficult to get a hold of my recipient and they called me once the flowers were delivered just to notify me of the successful delivery! Great job! Thanks so much! My girlfriend called and said it made her cry when she got my flowers! Always a hood sign! read more

Villa Flowers - Flowers received TODAY! - Florists Near Me - Compton, California

Today is my grandmother's birthday and I did not get the chance to place an order for her flowers until the day of. I am not in the states at the moment but Maria made the process very easy. She went on the website with me to confirm whether or not they had the flowers for the bouquet I chose. Paying online was easy, I placed my order around noon and by 2 pm I was getting a call from my grandma on how pretty they were. Maria even left me a voicemail letting me know she received them. The entire process was swift and affordable. read more

I don't even know where to begin! This flower shop has no business being in business, as far as I'm concerned. As many other people, I placed an order to be delivered on Valentines Day, which turned out to be a disappointment. Not only did they not deliver my order, but they also fell off the face of earth. I called them more then 10 times to just get a voicemail. I believe on my fifth attempt, someone actually picked up, but hung up on me, after they asked for my name. I went as far as having the recipient go down, there to see if she can pick up her order, and there doors were locked two hours before there closing time. I called the next day, to inquire about my order. The lady on the phone started with, "what order? All of yesterday orders were delivered!" She asked for the recipient name, and before I had a chance to give her the last name, she blurred it out first. Then she started with all the excuses, from all her orders were delivered, to my ordered wasn't process on time, so my arrangement wasn't made. I understand it was Valentines and i get there's a high volume of orders placed that day, so errors are expected to happen. But if you're in the flower business, you should know to have better coverage on holidays that demand flowers. You need to make sure you have someone available to answer your calls during business hours, and communicate with your client, if you can't provide the service you committed to. I don't think this florist understood the damage she created, by ruining someones annual tradition of receiving roses on this special day. Normally I order from a 1800flowers, but this year I decided to support local small businesses in the recipient work area, but as you see, they let me down, and not once did I get an apology from the florist. What I did get was a million excuses, and not once did she offer to fix the problem, by refunding me or offering some type of a compromise. She when as far as asking if I wanted them delivered today, at the same surcharge price of Valentines Day! I told her i was going to disputed the charges with my Credit card company! I would stay way from this florist of you need an arrangement for a specific date or time! read more

Very nice shop! They have a huge refrigerator with alot of arrangements. There prices are very reasonable.

Incredible web page, as it is linked with teleflora. I used Villa's on-line order app, which worked and enabled Villa to print the correct text on the card, but they substituted a clear vase for a red vase, and failed to deduct the difference. The floral display was excellent and I will use them again, but .... read more

Maria at Villa Flowers was a tremendous help today. I really appreciate her assistance in ordering a sympathy bouquet we needed in a hurry. And her follow up was great. I first spoke with her at about 12:30 p.m. and by 2:30 she called back and let me know the flowers were already delivered, well before she initially thought she could get them to the funeral home. Thank you, Maria, for all your help in this difficult time. I appreciate the great customer service. read more

I had several (blue and white) corsage's made for my fathers funeral. Marie assisted me with my design and vision. I cannot begin to tell you what a beautiful job she did. Excellent customer service! Wow! My grandmother celebrated her 90th birthday yesterday. I wanted something extra special for her and placed my telephone order. I'm from the Inland Empire and for this momentous occasion felt completely comfortable and confident with the long distance order after speaking with Maria. She understood the importance of this to me and was willing to switch things up to add the perfect touches for my Grand! Receiving such a lovely display with her favorite exotic flowers AND balloons - within an hour of my placing the order - was the perfect touch for this celebration! Well worth the price I paid! The florist even made a strongly positive impression when delivering, as my Uncle, who hardly ever has a word to say, commented on how very nice they were!! I definitely added Villa and Maria to my contacts and HIGHLY recommend them for personable, creative, caring and also fun service. THANK YOU Maria, you earned my business! Ohhhh - and Maria even called the next day to follow-up regarding my order. She beat me to it, I was going to call her to express my appreciation!!! You can stop looking for a florist, as this is the PERFECT one! read more
