Such a great experience by Cesar who happens to be the owner. It's been years since I've been to a flower shop. All my flower orders have been online thru various sites. Not any more. Walked in and saw many types of arrangements pre made and individual flowers to make my own arrangement. Saw the prices for pre made arrangements and were shocked about how great the price was. I asked Cesar if I can choose specific flowers and he said of course. I had a specific budget in mind to spend for my girlfriend's birthday arrangement and Cesar definitely created the best arrangement I've ever purchased. So glad I came into the store. This place provides the best service and beautiful flowers. Walked out amazed by how great the experience was. Thank you Cesar read more

Since I had already purchased my girlfriend flowers somewhere else. I stopped at another spot in the Los Angeles area, and I got some balloon service for the flowers. They had nice looking colors of red and other colors. Purchased the Balloons and they were not expensive. NIce employees, and I will be back in the future. read more

I had the best experience with Cesar at Conroy's. I came in at the very last minute looking for arrangement décor for our retreat, and he was incredibly patient, kind and attentive. He created several beautiful arrangements that perfectly matched my vision and stayed within my budget. I'm so grateful for his care and talent. I highly recommend working with Cesar and Conroys! read more

My cousin gave birth and I don't live close so I wanted to send her a surprise gift. I bought this bouquet and even paid 20 dollars extra to make it an XL bouquet. Does that look an an XL bouquet??? It isn't even a regular one you would get at the grocery store !! I contacted doordash multiple times and they denied me a refund. This is unaccetable for a 110 bouquet. DO NOT BUY read more

I live in Northern California and did not want to order flowers for my kids 25th wedding anniversary who live in Redondo Beach. As usual, I was running a late, but my wife and I wanted to send a nice arrangement to them that same day. I called Conroy's and talked to a gentleman named Alexander who was very obliging. He worked with me to come up with the best bouquet for them and would make sure it got delivered today even though it was already 3:30pm. They put together the most beautiful flower arrangement and had them delivered as promised. My son and daughter, who are both doctors, said it was beautiful was left on their front doorstep in the vase. They are truly professionals! Thank you Alexander and Conroy's flowers! read more

Came here to get a couple bouquets for my mother and grandmother for their birthday. We parked and as we entered the shop we see a sign that states "Welcome to Conroy's!" And underneath is a promotion that states "Buy1 arrangement get 2nd for $20! ($80 or less)". So we excitedly walked in and the person working behind the desk was friendly and directed us to the chiller. Another worker in the chiller heard me and my fiance talking about how we thought the promo was really great. She asked what we were talking about and I told her the one in front of your store. As we were coming out of the chiller with our choices she tells us they can't honor their promotion because she doesn't know why that was out there and it may have been left there from a different time. I told her that you guys should really take it down if you're saying it's not true. I head to the register and the gentlemen proceeds to ring us up and says "how much did she say I was supposed to take off $20?" I said well your sigh says buy one get one for $20 but you're both saying that's not true. He then says oh I don't know how that got there we should really remove that and I said you should because that's false advertising. He then rings us up for 2 full price bouquets. As we were getting ready to leave we waited a bit to see if they would take the sign down and they didn't. They just kept working which I thought was really sad that they didn't honor a promo that was clearly in front of their store and then had no sense of urgency to remove it. To me that's really terrible and shows lack of awareness. read more

When I found out my daughter's school was hosting a father-daughter dance, I knew I needed to buy a corsage and boutonniere set for my daughter and husband. I stopped by Conroy's Flowers to see if this was something they could do. They offer plenty of parking, and when I walked in, it made me smile to see all the beautiful flowers. The lady that was there was very friendly and made me smile even more. I placed a custom order for the corsage and boutonniere set to match my daughter's dress. I don't recall the price, but it wasn't anything ridiculous. But that's probably because I didn't go too extravagant. I'm saving that for her homecoming and prom. Lol... When I picked up my order, I was delighted. They turned out perfect, and they looked beautiful on my daughter and on my husband. Thank you!! read more

So my builder (B&R Creative Builders) sent us some gifts when we had our baby a few months ago however I don't know who messed up (I don't think it's the builder though) but it never made its way to us. A few weeks go by and my builder's office manager called you ask if I received anything from them for the new baby and I replied that I had not. They contacted 1800 flowers again and a second attempt was made and it was (again) delivered to the wrong address. In an attempt to make things right 1800 flowers made a third attempt and I guess by the third try they decided to use Conroy's? Unless they had used Conroy's all along and not another local florist? I have no idea. BUT I did want to leave a review for the actual arrangement itself - which is absolutely stunning! Even the driver asked for my name when he made the delivery just to make sure. Cheers!! read more

My son and daughter bought me flowers from the Conroy's in Redondo beach off of Artesia and Inglewood Ave, my kids paid $99.86 and it was not worth that. I used to own and work at a flower shop and I know prices of flowers. It was mostly mums which are cheap flowers and 3 roses, 2 stems of stargazers and hardly no filler flower, and the flowers were NOT fresh, but the vase was nice. I just don't want people to get ripped off like my kids :( read more

I had a great experience ordering from Conroy's. I ordered a bouquet online in the morning before the store opened and around noon that same day I received a message from the recipient that they had arrived. They were beautiful and looked just like the image I had selected during the ordering process. The flowers were fresh and the arrangement was lovely. Would definitely order from here again. read more

Me and my sister stopped by here to buy sympathy flowers for my uncles wife who lost her mom. Lyn was the only employee In the store and she was handling everything and everyone with the utmost respect! She showed us a sympathy book of flowers and at the same time told some gentleman she'd check him out very soon. She explained the book and let us look thro and decide while the man was checked out. I love how easy it was to pick something and they have a price point for everyone! Small medium and large prices ! Lyn was incredibly sweet patient and kind! I only hope to run into people like Lyn more often! Lyn even allowed us to check out together so we can split the delivery fee since it was going to the same home. I will come here again because of lyns customer service skills! Thank you the flowers were beautiful as well! read more

Five Stars for Lorenzo at Conroy's Flowers in Redondo Beach. I was going to order flowers online through 1-800-Flowers since I live hundreds of miles away from my friend but am so glad that I called the local shop and placed my order directly over the phone with Lorenzo. They had a floral arrangement "Amazing Mom Bouquet" on their website (www.conroysflowersredondobeach.com) that was not available on the 1-800 Flowers website. I wanted to send this particular arrangement. Lorenzo was very helpful and professional. He sent me text messages and emails to confirm my request. The flowers were promptly delivered the next morning. My friend loves the floral arrangement! read more

I was disappointed that the store closed early on a night I had planned to be there before their posted close hours. After chatting with one of the store workers on Yelp several days after I decided to change may rating from a 2 star to a 4 star review. There were a couple reasons for this: 1. When a store was enter takes the time to reach out, apologise and offer alternatives it shows they care about their customers and want to do right by them. 2. Nico explained that they hadn't gotten much traffic since 4pm that day, and couldn't justify staying open till 6:30pm given the current low volume. 3. I hope to stop by again in the future. Next time I'll call ahead to make sure they are open. read more

Nicholas was great! Awesome customer service and explain the details very well. I will never order from an online place again.

I went here a few days ago to get a plant for a family member. I walked in and they had just what I was looking for.

Had a great experience stopping in yesterday. The lady working there was really nice and put together my bouquet with fillers and wrapped it up for me. Their selection of flowers was really slim though. I wish they had had more to choose from. Still, it came out beautiful. read more

In dire need for a special bouquet of flowers, for my wife, on our anniversary last Sunday, the day of the Super Bowl, my choices were extremely limited. Sunday is a day most florists are closed, but after checking Yelp, I found Conroy's was open to potentially save the day... After looking at a limited supply of not so fresh looking, pre-made arrangements, I decided to have to sales person make up a bouquet for me. A dozen white roses, several stems of fragrant white ornamental lilies, some babies breath and a nice chat with the manager, I was all set. Nearly a week later and the flowers are still looking and smelling wonderful! Thanks for coming through and saving the anniversary of our wedding day Conroy's! Quality flowers, at a reasonable price, with hours and conveniently located. What more could you ask for? read more

We had our wedding last weekend. We ordered all of our flowers through Conroy's. The staff was very helpful and professional. We did have to wait for about 15 minutes for the manager to get off the phone to answer a question the sales person couldn't answer. The flowers arrived on time and were beautiful and fresh. Exactly like we ordered. We will definitely order from Conroy's again. read more

You have to be kidding me, not only did I over pay because of the holiday, I didn't even get half of what I ordered. I ordered a specific arrangement and got something completely different, needles to say I was not impressed. I could have easily gone to Trader Joe's and payed $20 for a dozen roses instead of the crap my gf received. Roses were already half dead, don't bother with this place. read more
