I ordered a beautiful $200 sympathy arrangement from Noble Garden for my boyfriend's mother after the loss of her mom. A few days after placing the order, I learned she would be staying out of state longer than expected, so I emailed Noble Garden approximately one week before the scheduled delivery date to request a date change. After receiving no response, I followed up again--still with no reply. Unfortunately, I myself was out of the country and only had access via email. Unfortunately, the flowers were delivered as originally scheduled while no one was home and sat outside during a heat wave. When I emailed a third time, I finally received a response stating that they had never received my previous emails, even though I provided copies showing they had been sent to the email address listed for the business. They essentially wrote me off, even though I expressed my frustrations that I felt like I was being penalized by no fault of my own. I did my due diligence to contact them multiple times with a contact form they provided. After I shared my experience in a review, I was then offered 50% off another order, but only if I removed my review first. I declined because my review was an honest account of my experience. I also noticed the business promotes "free delivery", but I was charged a $15 delivery fee for a local delivery. Flowers--especially sympathy flowers--are meant to bring comfort during a difficult time. Unfortunately, this experience caused additional frustration and disappointment instead. read more

We have ordered countless amount of flower arrangements from this flower shop. All of their arrangements, are very highly priced and do not last more than 2 to 5 days when I called to ask about the flowers. The owner just wanted to argue with me endlessly about his flowers and how I was supposed to disassemble the bouquet Cut the stems and add more water and reassemble it myself. His customer service skills were something of a business owner that I would never expect as a customer I would expect not to be argued with on the phone when questioning his quality of flowers. I called in to place an order on Wednesday 12/17 to arrange a pick up at opening on Sunday 12/21 and made payment on the same day I placed the order. I arrived at 10:55am and my flowers were not made nor was there a record of my order being received. The employee frantically called the owner but he was unavailable and he also did not respond to my texts. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. No apology was offered and the poor employee had to rush my order and the flowers looked nothing like the picture, obviously because he was rushed to make the last min arrangement. I understand that because flowers are seasonal, bouquets won't always look exactly like the photos from a florists website. However, I expect them to have the same general aesthetic and palette. I ordered a very modern looking, peachy pink bouquet. What was delivered, while still pretty, was a very basic looking arrangement that was more along the lines of a nice 1-800-flowers order - not even remotely the same look. Buyer beware! You may not get what you order! I placed a very specific order for 2 arrangements for my loved one's funeral. The order was placed in person and the owner assured me that he would make it as requested. On the day I was to pick it up, I showed up an hour and a half AFTER our agreed upon time to get my flowers and they were not even started! No one notified me that the order would be late. The owner said he would have it delivered to my home. When it finally arrived at 5 pm, it was not at all what I ordered. Rather than the greenery I specifically requested, it was put together very haphazardly with tons of eucalyptus, which I never requested. When I complained, he told me to bring the arrangement back to his shop at 8 pm! This is all the night before my loved one's funeral. I declined. The next day I again expressed my disappointment with the arrangement and asked for a partial refund. The owner informed me that as the "designer" he has the right to change the order if he sees fit. He said the calalillies I ordered needed the eucalyptus for support. Why was I not informed of this when I placed my order? Again, he never contacted me to discuss the change and refused to give me even a partial refund. Horrible customer service and overpriced for what you get! read more

BUYER BEWARE: This review reflects my personal experience. Before placing my order, I made a point to confirm details directly with the shop. I selected the Pink Peonies Pot arrangement and because the website notes possible substitutions, I emailed (received no response) and then called to confirm availability of pictured flowers in photo. I specifically asked whether the flowers were in stock and whether the arrangement would look like the online photo. I was told YES by Saeed. The total cost with delivery was $277.04, so I felt it was reasonable to expect the arrangement to closely resemble what was advertised, especially after confirming by phone. In my opinion, the delivered arrangement looked noticeably different from the website photo. The green hydrangeas shown online were not included. The peonies were a different color and more open than pictured (which questions how fresh they were) which changed the overall appearance. There were also substitutions that, in my view, were not comparable to what was shown. Additionally, I was charged $27 more than the listed website price. When I contacted the owner about both the price difference and the appearance of the arrangement, I was told I had agreed to the price and that flower prices fluctuate around holidays. I was not offered any adjustment. I understand that substitutions can occur, especially near holidays. However, given the prior confirmation I received and the final cost, I personally felt disappointed with both the product and the response to my concerns. I bought a corsage from Nobel Garden for my son's homecoming dance for $53.00. For this price, I was expecting something spectacular. It was basically a flat orchid with a few flowers tucked underneath. When I took it home, everyone I showed thought it was ridiculous. It also came squished in a small gold box. I was embarrassed to have my son give it to his date and thankfully was able to find another corsage the same day. To top it all off, when taking a out of the fridge to look at it the day after it was purchased, it looked limp and discolored around the edges. Noble Garden said no refunds no returns once you leave the store. I would not recommend this florist!! -overpriced, bad customer service and cheap floral designs... No thanks! read more
