This updated review is long overdue. I cannot be happier with Kelley at Purely Floral. Anytime I order arrangements from her, they are always made with the freshest flowers, designed, and crafted to be just as beautiful (or more) than the pictures on their website. My new favorite arrangement is the "designer's choice" which is always exciting because the selection is whatever the artist has in mind that day with the freshest flowers. Even with a random selection, every arrangement is always such a great, uplifting sight to see and enjoy. You can really tell that a lot of passion goes in to every arrangement that leaves Purely Floral. This was by far the best most impressive experience I've ever had. When you hear White glove service, this is where it's at. No joke and I'm not a BS person at all ( you'll just have to trust me) I really wanted to celebrate my friends birthday but I'm across the country and in the middle of the coronavirus quarantine!!! Called to speak to the owner and she said my arrangement got mixed up with someone else's but the driver has already gone too far to switch it back. She says she would credit me some money when she figures out how to credit but she never did despite me calling/emailing numerous times. Just very disappointed at how she sounded promising at the beginning when I first placed the order but when something goes wrong - she either ghosted me or she'd have some kind of excuse like she doesn't know how to issue the credit. Purely floral called me the day of and informed me apologetically that some of the flowers that were part of the bouquet weren't in their inventory.
