Anytime I order arrangements from her, they are always made with the freshest flowers, designed, and crafted to be just as beautiful (or more) than the pictures on their website. My new favorite arrangement is the "designer's choice" which is always exciting because the selection is whatever the artist has in mind that day with the freshest flowers. Even with a random selection, every arrangement is always such a great, uplifting sight to see and enjoy. Called to speak to the owner and she said my arrangement got mixed up with someone else's but the driver has already gone too far to switch it back. She says she would credit me some money when she figures out how to credit but she never did despite me calling/emailing numerous times. Just very disappointed at how she sounded promising at the beginning when I first placed the order but when something goes wrong - she either ghosted me or she'd have some kind of excuse like she doesn't know how to issue the credit.
