I needed a last minute flower arrangement for my aunts birthday on Sunday. I called InStyle Flowers yesterday and spoke with Lisa who was so helpful. I told her my preferences over the phone and budget. She put the most beautiful arrangement of flowers together with one days notice. It included anemone, helebore, garden roses, and hydrangea. Those are high quality flowers and I found her pricing to be very reasonable. I feel like I would have paid a lot more elsewhere and gotten less. Not only that, but the delivery fee was less than I expected and the customer service was excellent. Lisa added a nice card and texted me along the whole process to make sure I was pleased. An Instyle Flowers driver almost hit me with his vehicle while he was running a yellow light at a cross walk intersection near abbot Kinney and Washington Blvd because he wasn't paying attention. Then he proceeded to scream out the window at me that I should run not walk even though I had the right of way and 7 seconds left on the crosswalk sign. Would you want people like that delivering Flowers to you? No thanks. Better go somewhere else that has professional drivers and doesn't have flower delivery drivers who endanger the public while screaming at them. read more
