Close up of the pepperoni pizza

4.5 My husband and I returned to Costco to buy storage containers. We had a hard time finding parking. It was the Friday before the Thanksgiving holidays at 2:30. It was crazy busy. It took us a few minutes but we caught someone leaving and took that spot. My husband grabbed a cart and as we were entering Costco I noticed the scanners. You scan your membership card there and then you can shop. We first went to the Food Court and placed our order for a Pepperoni Pizza at the Kiosk and paid. We then walked around and found what we needed for storage. We also ended up buying some refrigerated food items for Thanksgiving. Overall Costco has a variety of items that you can buy in bulk. They also have some really good refrigerated food choices. It was worth the trip but I think maybe next time not going so close to the Thanksgiving Holidays as the parking situation was ridiculous.

Remy Martin sell for $47.99 at Costco. The same bottle sell for $95 at DFS store.

Great glass selection for a great prices. You can't beat Costco glasses. They have earlier opening hours for executive membership

I finally got around to getting a Costco card and I am thoroughly enjoying the benefits. There is so much to explore but my focus on my last visit was to check out the Food Court. I recently saw a video about Beef Franks and the best turn out to be Kirkland Beef Franks sold only at Costco. At the Food Court, one can get a Kirkland Hot Dog and a 20 oz. soda for $1.50 with free refills.

I love shopping at Costco in South Austin. Their clothing section is always stocked and available for easy picking. I love all the nice brands they carry, great quality and prices. Plus the employees are amazing!

It's always busy here even more so during the weekends! I stopped in on a Monday for a slice of pizza and a sundae! Ended up grabbing some Kombucha I haven't tried before and these danish cookie! Great deals!

I recently ordered a sandwich from Costco, and while the sandwich was huge, it was impossible to eat without cutting it. When I asked them to cut it, I hadn't eaten or touched it yet, only picked up the plate. They refused, citing a policy that once you've taken it, they can't cut it. How are customers supposed to eat such a massive sandwich? When I requested they cut it, they said no and told me to use plastic utensils. Have you ever tried cutting a ciabatta sandwich with plastic utensils? Let me tell you--it's impossible. The service was awful. I don't understand the issue here. Their "policy" doesn't make sense--why not just cut the sandwich and clean the knife afterward? Or cut it before handing it out? It's not that hard. I left very disappointed. No one was willing to help, and the staff didn't seem to care. I honestly don't know how anyone manages to eat that sandwich. When I finally got home and had to deal with it myself, the sandwich was dry and tasteless. Absolutely terrible experience.

My kids always want the ice cream (mixed chocolate and vanilla) and the strawberry smoothie.

This might not be the biggest location around Austin but has everything you need and more. No trip to Costco is complete with just the things you truly want - and this location will do the same too :) faster checkouts, nicely maintained inventory and a huge parking lot make this location easier and convenient. I just wish they had more Indian foods like lentils like they do up in Cedar park. Besides that, you're not missing much!

Love this place. Everything we need and at such awesome prices. We load up and save so much time not having to go back and forth to grocery store all the time. Plus the service is spectacular. I can't wait until they open the first one in Albany region next Spring!

Rude and not helpful. From cashier level to "supervisors". Hand a dropout a name tag and a title and you have costco employees.

They have a good selection of ready make meals, a huge frozen food section, and surprisingly affordable bulk pricing. Their produce section is also pretty fresh. I never have to wait in line because I scan my items as I put them in the cart and check out with my credit card in the app and show the QR code at the exit. There was another mechanic on duty and someone else was actually working the desk. Good move Sam's! Ordered a tire last week and they said they would call when it came in to schedule an appointment for installation. No one called. I tried to call and make an appointment because I called customer service and they said my tire was in. The phone lines were too busy for someone local to answer. I went to the same store to try and schedule an appointment. I waited at the desk for about 15 minutes without anyone coming out. So I called Sam's store itself to try and get someone to help me. The phone rang for about 9 minutes without anyone answering. Finally someone answered and they walked over to the tire department and had to get the service agent to come out and help me. He was the only one in the department. They may be having trouble finding people to work installing tires but they should at least have someone at the desk to help members.

When my regular provider would not even pick up the phone when I had an emergency Oak Hill Eye Care stepped up to the plate and gave me an appointment. From the scheduling to walking in and checking in, to the exam and the consult with the doctor, they delivered above and beyond. I was in quite a distress over what was happening to my eye and honestly kind of mopey and depressed. They brought calm and wellness back to my life. The treatment plan worked. The freak situation I was experiencing was under control in less than 24 hours. They saw me two more times to check on my progress. And all three visits were great. This is a clean, organized, modern clinic with good doctors and staff with smiling faces clearly thee to make people's lives better. I think o can confidently say they got themselves a new patient!
