This is a Costco that we go often in William Cannon drive and its just 20 minutes from our place. Also, it is located in a complex with many other stores that we go shopping after. Perfect spot! Like every other Costco, it has a dining area inside and we often get the cheese pizza. Not everytime it's great I would say; burnt sometimes. 4.5 My husband and I returned to Costco to buy storage containers. We had a hard time finding parking. It was the Friday before the Thanksgiving holidays at 2:30. It was crazy busy. It took us a few minutes but we caught someone leaving and took that spot. My husband grabbed a cart and as we were entering Costco I noticed the scanners. You scan your membership card there and then you can shop. We first went to the Food Court and placed our order for a Pepperoni Pizza at the Kiosk and paid. We then walked around and found what we needed for storage. We also ended up buying some refrigerated food items for Thanksgiving. Overall Costco has a variety of items that you can buy in bulk. They also have some really good refrigerated food choices. It was worth the trip but I think maybe next time not going so close to the Thanksgiving Holidays as the parking situation was ridiculous. read more

Costco is absolutely my favorite club. We'll go literally to just walk around and see what's new. You can get a lot of unique items and some great deals, especially if you want to buy in bulk. I usually get a lot of my paper products, drinks and snacks from Costco. Sometimes they'll even have some steals on clothing. If you go on the weekends, they're bound to have many samples being passed around the store as well. I've never had a negative interaction with an employee. I recently ordered a sandwich from Costco, and while the sandwich was huge, it was impossible to eat without cutting it. When I asked them to cut it, I hadn't eaten or touched it yet, only picked up the plate. They refused, citing a policy that once you've taken it, they can't cut it. How are customers supposed to eat such a massive sandwich? When I requested they cut it, they said no and told me to use plastic utensils. Have you ever tried cutting a ciabatta sandwich with plastic utensils? Let me tell you--it's impossible. The service was awful. I don't understand the issue here. Their "policy" doesn't make sense--why not just cut the sandwich and clean the knife afterward? Or cut it before handing it out? It's not that hard. I left very disappointed. No one was willing to help, and the staff didn't seem to care. I honestly don't know how anyone manages to eat that sandwich. When I finally got home and had to deal with it myself, the sandwich was dry and tasteless. Absolutely terrible experience. read more

They are always really good about return s and their selection is off the charts. It seems like they have a little bit of everything and just what you need. I really appreciate how hard your customer service and checkers. The food court has even added a few new items like the roast beef sandwich and the turkey sandwich. Drinks are always cheap at only 70 cents a pop. Lately we have been getting a lot of pre-made foods that I do really appreciate the ease and excellent taste. I have tried to stay away from the prepackaged foods because they always seem to have a lot of extra calories and make me feel chubby after eating. The new pre-packaged items like the Tuscan chicken wraps and chicken sandwiches with Dijon mustard are excellent. I usually get the executive membership and it typically pays me back $300 so it's well worth the $120 fee. This is a great location with a lot of hard-working people! read more

Really well run company. I live near a Costco and for a few years would have a friend take me over to buy stuff occasionally. Eventually though I bit the bullet and joined. Because there are only two of us in our home, most of the time we don't food there. That's mainly because they sell very large portions of just about all food. We do buy our Keurig K-Cup Coffee there, the prices are good, especially when they're on sale. We've bought a matress and box spring and two large TVs from them. What's nice is that I got a sale flyer in the mail a few weeks after we got our first TV and it had that model for $200 less. They match their own prices for 30 days. I logged onto the website, put in a request for price change and got a $200 (plus the tax) credit. What's really nice about the store is how helpful the people who work there are. They're always willing to help out anyway they can. It can be a bit difficult to find things there, but you can ask. Another thing that's really good is how easy it is to return things. read more

This is our go-to costco store. I like the location, it's usually pretty busy since it might be the only costco in the south Austin area but it's never too crazy. Pretty well stocked and they always have some new things come in which is pretty standard for any costco. read more

I've been at Costco member for over 20 years and it's always a pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful and hardworking. This is a great example of good business in America. The products are always high quality and you don't have to do much shopping if you just stick to the products that they offer. I even loved the cheese pizza in the food court and usually grab one for the whole family on my way out ....Only $10!!! This is for the Costco Optical Lab and Partially the Optical Dept. at the Arbor Trails Costco... COSTCO OPTICAL is Horrible, BEWARE.. Kirkland glasses $59.99 (reasonable) $140.00+ for lenses ? Really??? The quality is HORRIBLE, See the image of the glasses.. The fit where the frame surrounding the lens has a large gap and appears to be held literally by a thread... Quality not expecting to see from Costco...| So this is what a $200.00 pair of glasses is supposed to look like? This is totally the Labs fault, but the optical dept does carry some blame for passing this piece of "Garbage" along to the customer. I purchased a Westerly 6-piece Fabric Power Reclining Sectional with Power Headrests on 11/20/2021 for $2,489.74. Roughly 10 months later the couch became defective in that the base support for the backrest broke and now will not support any weight. This is a safety concern considering I have two children and they could easily fall off and back through the couch. I reported this to Costco in Late February not knowing the severity of the defective base and I am still getting the run around and poor customer service. Costco will not exchange the couch due to the brand not being available, and they will not exchange with a different brand due to the fabric blend. My current blend is 50/50 Polyester Polyurethane blend, while the closest (everything is the same except the fabric) match but different brand is a 50/50 Polyester Vinyl blend. They attempted to use the manufacturer who did come out but did not repair the item onsite. Instead they just tightened a few screws on the backs of other pieces and submitted a repair request back to Costco. Months later Costco requested the part be delivered and they sent the wrong part. I again requested an exchange and was told I would have to return my couch, purchase a new one and Costco would pay any difference. Its beyond me that Costco would first assume I can just purchase the difference, and also I would be couch-less for several weeks while waiting for the new couch. I'm really disappointed in Costco and their ability to resolve an issue in a timely manor. We chose Costco because we felt if anything went wrong the process would be seamless. We were obviously wrong and will never trust Costco again for large purchases or any purchase for that matter. read more

This is a great Costco location. The best time to go is mornings during the week if you can. Weekends can be a bit busy and lines get longer but the employees are great and work hard to keep everything moving. My only complaint is that they don't have a gas station but that is due to the location not permitting it. It is located on a watershed so there are very few gas stations in the area. The quality of produce and groceries is good. The employees go out of their way to make you laugh or smile and I appreciate all that they do. read more

The customer service person Leila asked me who the primary card holder was when I asked her to add my mother in the account and loudly told me that I couldn't proceed and had to ask my husband, the primary card holder to get here and remove his account and lose all the reward credits. I understand she was trying to get more people signing up new accounts, I do not appreciate her attitude. Not to mention that she suggested I take my mother to shop every time, which we have been doing so. Funny part was that, when I told her I needed to renew my membership, she said she immediately grabbed my reward check and said " I'm gonna need that!" So you don't need the primary cardholder to renew membership? How convenient to just grab money and threaten people when you did not want to do the work! Zero stars, for this Cosco 4301 W William Cannon 100, due to management problems and for spreading the lethal virus COV-19 1) We drove almost 40 minutes yesterday, to get there and find out by surprise, that only 2 people per membership are allowed in (one of us had to wait int he car). Apparently, they are doing this to reduce physical distances, however... 2) ...the Shop is PACKED by people, both by the entrance and inside. There is probably 2 foot distance between people, not 6. See photos. COV-19 spread is assured 3) The management - instead of thinking how many people should be in the store at any given time, given the square feet of the store (use your brain) -- have instead this useless rule of two max per membership and then letting in as many membership as they can possibly do 4) I called the store manager, to understand, why he allowed so many people on of top of each other. Ha answered again about this 2 people per memebership stupid think. So I confronted him to get out of his back office and see the situation with his eyes. However he never came out. Sign of coward and poor management. He was hiding in the Back office, away from the people. Stay away from Cosco 4301 W William Cannon 100, Austin, TX 78749, unless you want to get COV-19. Seems no one cares to check customers out and force people to use self checkout, then long lines at the door to get out. The best employees are at returns. Last 3 weeks store has been empty with the exception of furniture from 4 years ago marked up double??
