Amazing service. Great people and did the job quick and price was competitive. Highly recommend.

This mom and pops operation is on point! Trish, Bill and Larry are great at what they do. Communication was fast and personal! Made an appointment via Trish. Bill and Larry showed up, found the issue quickly and fixed it in no time. Bill also educated me on a few things about our AC units for future reference. I'll definitely call them back for any of our future needs. read more

A handful of years ago, Bill from Cool Air Technologies, came out and had our furnace and AC replaced. We were very pleased with the whole install. OK, now we added some substantial sq. feet to our house and needed an upgrade for the additional footage to our home. Bill again came out and we went with the EQ he suggested. The techs, Miguel and George, worked through the day and the install was complete. This crew was very professional and cleaned up like they were never there. Except for a very, very quiet system. I would have added the footage earlier if I knew the newer EQ was going to be so much more quiet and efficient. Again, thank you Cool Air Technologies. This is a five star company to say the least. Bill and his associate provided very professional and courteous service. They not only fixed our AC unit the very next day after I called, but also checked all the vents, inflow, outflow and explained everything in detail. I am very happy with Cool Air Techs and will highly recommend the company. Hari J read more

Bill and his team did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC system. They arrived on time, worked cleanly, and installed everything by the time they promised. They never tried to upsell me on anything. The system works great. Huge upgrade from our 18-year-old HVAC system. In addition, Bill came back and installed the Ecobee3 Lite thermostat. I highly recommend Cool Air Technologies. Prompt, courteous, professional service at affordable prices. read more

Would highly recommend this business. They were on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and had our air conditioner working in record time and a reasonable price. read more

I called Cool Air to fix an issue where my HVAC system wasn't blowing air at all, and also had an incident where something shorted and had an electric smell coming in from the vents. I had a feeling this would be an issue with a blown capacitor or something, so I needed someone to take a look. I called Cool Air after finding them on Yelp, and quickly got a response/call from Bill, and scheduled him to come take a look a few days out. Bill and Larry arrived on time to take a look, quickly diagnosed the issue (it was a capacitor that died) replaced it on the spot, did a cleaning, and gave me some advice and some good care tips for the system for the future. They were both incredibly friendly and professional, gave reasonable prices and suggestions rather than upcharge or add not needed services, and wore masks. All in all my HVAC system was back to an operational state in about an hour. I told Bill in person I was incredibly happy with their services, so I decided to leave a review as well. Would definitely consider Cool Air for future HVAC system needs. read more

I wanted to get a quote to replace my AC. Bill responded to my request and actually talked me out of changing the system. He was very honest to tell me that I really don't need to change the system immediately. Bill, thank you very much for your honest advice. read more

Bill was outstanding! After I called the office , Bill gave me a call back and was able to help me with my questions over the phone. His feedback, helped me tremendously, and even though this is a warranty issue that I will have to bring up to the original installer, I kind of wish I could use Cool Air and Bill instead. For anything moving forward I will consider using Bill and his company......great customer service !! read more

Spoke to Bill over the phone and explained the issues last night(after hour). He really listened and gave me lots of useful advice and suggestions. He even pointed out that my unit should be still covered by builder's warranty. Thank you, Bill! read more

It was a hot Sunday night in June when we heard a strange noise coming from our backyard. We discovered our AC unit was on but the fan was not turning. We have used Cool Air Technologies for all our AC needs and called Bill on Monday morning. He was out the same day to investigate the cause. We discussed possible fixes but as our system was over 30 years old, realized that these short term fixes may be money down the drain. We opted for a new system including the coil and condenser. The price was extremely competitive compared to other quotes we received. Two days later Bill and his crew were on site to perform the work. The work was done expertly and by the end of the day we were enjoying our new system. Over the past few months we have noticed a dramatic decrease in our electricity usage when the AC is on and the system is so efficient in cooling it doesn't have to run as long as in the past. We are so happy we decided to go with the new unit. We will continue to use Cool Air for our future needs but I have a feeling we won't be seeing Bill for a while given how well this unit is performing. read more

Very fast friendly service . They were out at 7 on a Friday and got my ac going again going Into the weekend . Thank you

I have needed to replace my HVAC for about a year now. I have had 3 estimates and all were really high. Bill was the first professional I talked to that did not try to convince me of things I didn't need. He gave me a good price, scheduled the work to be done quickly and personally inspected the job before and after. I am very pleased with the work from start to finish. I recommend this company. read more

I highly recommend Cool Air Technologies. Bill & Trish we're very professional and responsive. They were able to help me replace a 25+ year old system at my rental property within 48 hours of calling. My tenant couldn't be happier to get cool air again during the heat wave. Thanks Bill! I'll definitely use them again. read more

They were great. Our heater went out unexpectedly. Bill came quickly and was very knowledgeable while he walked the house for the quote. He pointed out all of the different areas that can be improved with the whole system and made sure to point out what would work best for the system including where we can save money. He wasn't trying to up sell for the sake of getting money, but instead what would work best for us. He was able to switch his schedule to come out quicker then expected to switch out a new AC and heater unit. When the guys arrived the day of, they were very nice and polite, communicated everything about what was going on, and did a great job. Bill came back after they were finished to make sure everything went well and to walk through any questions and last minute instructions that we needed to review to make sure we were happy and able to use the system to the best extent. read more

Excellent and fast service. Trish responded within 2 minutes and had Bill come over after his last job the same day. Diagnosed problem and had everything fixed within an hour. He called before he arrived. Most important, Bill is very honest and does not try to up sell you. His prices are great too. No wonder his company is rated five stars. They are my new AC company. read more

I can't recommend this company enough and refer people to them every chance I get! My compressor on my a/c went out and they assessed, diagnosed and repaired the unit within an hour. They are honest, responsive and affordable. Bill's wife runs the office and is just the sweetest lady! This is a family ran business that takes pride in their work and reputation. read more

I know more about the trials of homeownership than I ever cared to learn, so when my A/C overflow valve was dripping from the roof I knew what it meant. Fortunately, Bill and his coworker came out promptly, verified the problem and blew out the clogged line for a fair price. No muss, no fuss. Happy to check this concern off my list. Thanks so much! read more

So happy we found Cool Air Technologies. Honest, friendly, knowledgeable...that is how I would describe Bill and Larry. We thought we were having a problem with our AC...it turned out we needed a plumber. If it wasn't for Bill and Larry finding where the leak was coming from we would of called a roofer next instead of a plumber! They thoroughly checked our air conditioner and gave us some good tips on how to maintain and keep it clean. We now have an honest, reliable company we can call in the future to service our AC. Thank you Bill! Thank you Larry! read more

Of course the air conditioning stopped on the 3 day weekend and the hottest day of the year. Didn't need to worry cause Bill and Larry came to the rescue! Within 4 hours of our original call they were here and diagnosed the problem and fixed it! So very very greatful for the excellent service and the care they took to help us. Not the first time they have rescued us and we are greatful to have such honest, ethical people in our lives to help us out. read more

I wanted to have a maintenance check on our A/C. Cool Air Technologies was highly recommended on the local facebook page for our city so I called them. The owner's wife answered the phone and was so pleasant and helpful. Bill, the owner, and Larry came to check out our system and they were professional, courteous, and patient with my many questions. I was very happy with everything. Thank you! read more

We need more people like Bill and his wife Trish. Ultimately, the service I need, Bill does not handle. Within 2 hours of my request for quotes via Yelp, Bill and I connected via Yelp messenger and over the phone. We tentatively scheduled Tuesday (7/6/2021) for him to check out my heating/cooling needs. Bill asked questions like if my AC unit was in a closet, by the hallway... etc.. 1st floor, or two stories. In my non-professional brain, I'm not really certain why these questions matter. I decided to send him photos of my current unit. Turns out I have a hydronic system, a system that will require someone that does plumbing. Condenser? R22 v. R410a???.. very foreign words. Bill's exactly the type of professional that I enjoy working with, upfront and honest. Bill even offered talk me through things after I get quotes from other heating & air companies that can assist with my type of system. Seriously, how awesome is that? Literally, July 3rd, the guy's working and guiding people towards good decisions. Please consider Bill for your AC needs. read more

We've used Bill at Cool Air for several years. They kept our old unit running as long as possible before we finally had to replace it this year. They gave us a competitive price and made some good recommendations on how to improve air circulation in our old house using original unused vents from the 1930s. The new unit is quieter and using the extra vents, we're extremely pleased. Bill and his team are responsive (you call and actually get a live person), are dependable and his crew was hard working, efficient and did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend this company. read more

My entire experience with cool air technologies was first class. It is a family business and from my first interaction with Bill 's wife on the phone I felt a degree of warmth, honesty, and professionalism. Bill came out, was punctual, and easily fix my issue. In addition, he took the extra steps and time to teach me about maintaining my unit for a longer period. I will definitely call them again read more

Gave them a call because our downstairs air conditioner quit blowing cold air a week ago. Bill arrived promptly (with a helper) at the beginning of the window he was to arrive. He quickly diagnosed the problem and communicated the issues along with my options very clearly and detailed. By the time they left, the house was blowing cold air and feeling great. Just in time for this bad heatwave this weekend. Bill also provided lots of useful information and tips that went above and beyond what was required. On top of all that, he was friendly and honest (unlike the big corporations out there). I would recommend him to anyone and I will definitely give him a call for future services. read more

This is a much belated but still heartfelt review. I can't recommend this place too highly and I will certainly be calling them again if necessary. Bill was pleasant and polite, and kept me constantly updated as to the problem with the heater, which we thought was an easy fix but turned out to be more complicated. I had no worries that I was just being conned into more work, because Bill and his installer showed me exactly what was going on and explained it in detail without being either overly technical or patronizing. I was 100% informed of the repairs and the price the entire time. It is a real relief to know that I have a great go-to place should anything else go wrong with our heating/cooling unit. Being physically disabled, I am more than usually dependent on climate control, and it's so nice not to have to worry that I might be calling someone who's out to rip me off. read more

Not happy for a couple reasons. I couldn't be at home because I was at work so I had my friend take watch the house to be there while I was gone. This is the first time I had any issues with my air conditioner, so I didn't know what to expect. My friend's report was that the air serviceman was less than courteous to him. We weren't aware that we needed roof access as I am a new owner of the condo, but instead of waiting for us to take care of that issue, he called and said he had to go. He wasn't able to help us fix the issue, which is fine, but he didn't even offer any referrals or recommendations. So now I'm left back at square one. Again, I'm not judging the quality of the work -- I understand that the issue my AC unit faced was not something his company could repair -- but, instead, the quality of the customer service I received. read more

I got a quick response and they were able to come after a few days. The repair, a bad circuit board, was done faster then expected and I feel comfortable calling on them again if needed. read more

I highly recommend Bill McIntosh and his company Cool Air Technologies. Dealing with Bill and his company is everything you'd expect in a service company like this and more. They are professional, honest, prompt, straight forward and very fair. A hard combination to find anymore. Bill came recommended from another service company I do business with. He is everything we expected and more. I highly recommend Cool Air Technologies. Give them a try. You'll be glad you did. read more

Our AC was blowing hot air. I called Cool Air Technologies and Bill and Larry easily diagnosed the problem as a blown capacitor. They had it replaced and the unit working within 25 min. As I watched them work, I received lots of friendly, free advice about how AC units work. They were pleasant and courteous. The cost was $275. I mention the cost because I am VERY happy with it. Before calling Cool Air, we called Econo Air and were quoted $1790 for this job. Econo Air: $1790 Cool Air: $275 I will never call anyone else for AC and furnace issues. Thanks, Bill & Larry. -Lance read more

Bill came highly recommended and I had him come out to give me an estimate during summer when it was really hot out. I knew I would eventually need to replace my AC so I wanted to get an idea on what it'll cost. He came out the very next day, walked the house and checked out the ducting and my furnace and said I only need to replace the AC and I should replace the ducting. I had two other AC companies come out and they tried to sell me on replacing my furnace which is only 8 years old. Bill had the best price and came highly recommended so I had him come out last week and he got everything done in 2 days. The guys were very polite, and made sure to cover our carpet when they were walking in the house. Thanks to Bill and his team we'll have a more comfortable summer! read more

Bill the owner of Cool Air Technologies just left my house, and he couldn't have been nicer, quicker, and more helpful. He solved my issue quickly and cheaply, and further advised me of a better way to filter our system. Several other a/c guys who have been here in the past have never offered an alternative. I am extremely happy with the service I received and was also felt the charge for the service was very fair. Cool Air Technologies is now my go to for my FAU! read more

Highly satisfied customer! The original AC system at my house finally quit working just shy of 30 years. True to Murphy's law, it happened during a heat wave when the temperature was trending in the triple digits. I called a few companies and received some quotes. The last company I looked at was Cool Air. I went to their website and saw their favorable reviews. I requested a quote and shortly after a day I received a call from Trish. Trish was very friendly and scheduled someone to look at my system right away. Bill, the owner, came out and did a thorough walk-thru of my existing system. He put together a detailed quote showing what model of AC and heater would be installed, the services included and a good price. I'm glad I chose this company because his crew did a great job! Bill and his crew came on-time, wore PPE, covered the carpet, cleaned all the dirt before installing the new system. They finished the installation in a timely manner, hauled the old unit out, cleaned up and tested the system before they left. I got a new furnace, coils and AC for a very competitive price and the service was great! I would highly recommend this company to friends and family. read more

This is a family owned, local business that really cares about the work they do. My 20 year old A/C unit quit working on the hottest day of the year. I called and spoke to Trish about needing a new system installed and she had her husband Bill come out that same day. He explained the work needed, the warranty and the installation timeframe. His crew was on-time, hard working and cleaned-up after the job. They even brought me a room A/C to help cool my house during the process. I highly recommend Cool Air Technologies! read more
