I contacted Sano for something different; I have a steam shower that was installed when I did a bathroom remodel and it stopped working. The manufacture recommended I reach out to an HVAC company instead of a plumber as it's more similar in functionality to a heater. After a call to SANO, they had a tech out same day that was able to diagnose the issue in minutes. They recommended a home water filtration system and anti-scale unit to prevent my municipal water quality from damaging my heating elements (this was the source of failure). They came back a few days latter and repaired the steam shower and swapped my water filtration system and all is working perfectly! I recommended them to my mom when she was quoted an outrageous amount from a competitor, and they redid her entire HVAC system for 20% less than the competitor quote with top-notch work. I need to post pictures later as I've never seen an HVAC company take the care they did at my mom's place. They relined the entire cabinet with heat-protective material and all plumbing and electrical are as clean as I've ever seen. I'm a customer for life! read more

An Incredible Company with an Incredible Heart I can't say enough wonderful things about Sano Plumbing Heating AC and its owner, Patrick Kelley, a Marine veteran. They do excellent work--they're fast, professional, respectful, and fairly priced. And on top of all that, we discovered firsthand the extraordinary heart behind this company. My husband of nearly 50 years, Ron, a proud Marine veteran, is battling stage IV pancreatic cancer. When our air conditioning failed during the summer heat, our niece reached out to the Marine Corps League. They listened to our story, stepped up to help, and connected us with Patrick Kelley, the owner of Sano Plumbing Heating AC and a true example of Marine kindness. Without the Marine Corps League, our paths would never have crossed, and we will always be deeply grateful. Patrick personally came to our home, sat down with us, and explained how he could help. His kindness and extraordinary generosity went far above and beyond anything we could ever have expected. Then Noel and Roberto installed our new system in just one day. They were exceptional--efficient, diligent, compassionate, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire installation. They treated our home as though it were their own, worked quickly without ever sacrificing care or attention to detail, and left everything beautifully clean when they finished. We couldn't have asked for a better team. Service has always been part of our lives. Ron was honorably discharged from active duty in 1974 and, in 2012, joined Semper Fi #1 Memorial Honor Detail, an all-Marine, all-volunteer organization providing military honors for veterans at Riverside National Cemetery. I was raised by my father, Richard Taylor Bellis, a proud career Marine and Mustang who retired as a captain after 22 years of service. Ron and I have always believed that when someone needs help, you show up. This time, the Marine Corps League and Patrick showed up for us. Through the kindness of the Marine Corps League, Patrick, and everyone at Sano, we were given comfort, peace of mind, and one less thing to worry about during one of the hardest times of our lives. If you're looking for excellent work, fair pricing, integrity, and genuine care for customers and community, we wholeheartedly recommend Sano Plumbing Heating AC. We will never forget your kindness and generosity! Semper Fidelis -- Always Faithful, Polly & Ron Danfield read more

First off, much respect to the military. I have a good friend who is a high ranking officer and have family that served. Second, I used Sano to replace my garbage disposal last year, Ryan came out and did a good job. Nice guy. Recently, I discovered that the drainage pipe going from my water softener to the sewer line was leaking. Put the softener in bypass and it stopped leaking, then started again. Reached out to Sano again as I had a good first experience. They came out and did a quick assessment. The technician made a call and pretty quickly determined I needed a new softener. Was quoted over $8K for a new water softener (1,300 SF condo) which is absurd, so I sought further quotes. Ended up getting a new softener for $2,200 two days later. The technician (not a plumber) could pretty quickly tell that there was a clog in the drain below the drain pipe and recommended a plumber come out ASAP. Glad I got a new water softener, but I suppose I'll never know if my old one needed to be replaced as the issue was identified to be something else. More water is leaking and now it's pretty obvious it's a clog and nothing to do with the water softener. If Sano had actually looked at the pipe and fixed the issue as a plumber, they would have had a repeat customer. Instead, nothing more than a ludicrous upsell. Zero business earned and all future business lost. read more

I had the Sano guys contacted over the weekend and their response speed was amazing. I got something in the books to have them come out on a Tuesday of the week when i had reached out to them 2 days before. They promptly came out and did what I asked and fixed my problems. I appreciate that. Thanks! read more

Highly recommend this HVAC company! Our technician, Jim, was awesome. He came out on a Sunday night when we were having an issue with our AC and was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. It's not easy finding someone willing to come out on a Sunday evening, so we really appreciated him taking the time to help us. Great service and definitely a 5-star experience! read more

What a great company! My old ac quit working and Sano came out same day to troubleshoot. After determining the system was end of service life they showed me multiple options for a replacement system. No high pressure sales just the facts on various options. I made a choice on they were able to install the next day. The stars must have aligned for this to happen lol. The techs were great and the install was professional. If you need ac I highly recommend Sano. read more

Alfonso was nice, came on time and did an excellent job. I will call him next time I need service

Highly highly recommend this business. I had called them out last year to install new thermostats in my home. While there, they inspected my heating and cooling units. Fast forward to now. Jim came out today to give my heating unit a checkup. I signed up with their monthly plan, which gives me a heater unit tune up, an AC unit tune up, and a water tank flush for once a year for each. Jim was highly professional. He took his time in evaluating the heater system and gave me a thorough explanation of what he did and what he recommended. The monthly plan is definitely the way to go, It is very nice to deal with such a professional organization. read more

Great experience from first contact to resolution. Would recommend for HVAC needs. Glad I found them!

Quoted an insane price. Tried to say we waived the right to cancel after 3 days (which we didn't). Seems a bit shady to me.

Had Tyrone come out today to perform a AC tune up and he did a fantastic job I would highly recommend this company

Our AC stopped working, of course during a heat wave! Sano sent Patrick Cordova out the next day and he fixed the issue quickly and without any hassle. From setting up the appointment over the phone to the Patrick arriving, everyone was very friendly and efficient. Will gladly use Sano again should the need arise! read more

We had an outstanding experience with Kaden Dennis from Sano Plumbing. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood our options before starting any work. He didn't just fix the problem--he thoroughly inspected everything, made sure there weren't any other issues, cleaned up after himself, and even offered helpful tips to prevent future problems. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right and treating your home with respect. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber. It's clear he takes pride in his work, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Thank you for going above and beyond! read more

Sano - We did the $39 Water Heater Flush - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Anaheim, California

Excellent experience with Sano! Had two new AC units installed over the weekend. Team was professional lead by David (Gilbert, Cash). They spent time making sure everything in the house was protected. David spent a lot of time walking me through the work and answering questions staying late at night to make sure my questions were answered to my satisfaction. My attic now looks clean and efficient with the new duct work, and the AC units are so quiet. I've already seen my energy bill drop 90%! Go with Sano. Also used Sano to install a new Anode rod in the water heater to prevent tank failure. Kaden was professional, as well, and walked me through the work and what to look for in the future to prevent any problems. It was a good education. Great group of professional technicians. read more

I highly recommend Sano Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. They are highly responsive and all of their technicians are extremely knowledgeable. They are polite and courteous, and they clean up after every job. We had them install new HVAC systems last year, and we have been very pleased with the efficiency of the systems. We were pleasantly surprised that our electric bill has gone down because we replaced our outdated and inefficient HVAC systems. They are working beautifully and have kept our home cool and comfortable during this hot summer. Yesterday, Lous Velarde came to our house to double check the HVAC systems and replace the filters. He did a great job inspecting everything and making sure we are ready for winter. He was thorough and explained everything he checked. He made a recommendation to install surge protection on our HVAC systems so that in case of a power surge it doesn't hurt the internal circuitry in our expensive HVAC systems. We will most likely take his recommendation. read more

We called in the afternoon and Daron came out quickly. He quickly identified the problem and got my system running smoothly. Broc is doing a great job. Gave me lots of good info on maintaining my systems. Did a thorough job. Great customer service.

We had a leak in our AC, and their technician, Jim, came out to take a look. As a business owner myself, I can tell he's a great guy--very knowledgeable, extremely patient, and not pushy at all. I didn't end up hiring them to fix the leak because my AC is still under warranty, so I had the original installer handle the repair. However, I would highly recommend this company--especially Jim--to everyone, including my neighbors in OC. read more

Sano Heating sent a service person to fix a Nest thermostat. Told the elderly homeowner that they needed an entire a/c unit and all of their ducts replaced and told them it would be $20k-$40k. Would not leave a written estimate. We had another company come out, turns out it needed a $23.99 filter, and we're told the system is in excellent condition. read more

Five stars for these guys. My compressor gave out in the midst of one of the worst heat waves. Sano was one of the only companies that was able to squeeze me in the next day. The technicians they sent out were great. Luckily it was a simple fix. They diagnosed my issue and fixed it, only charging me the service fee. They will definitely be my first call for future HVAC needs. read more

Found a main water leak Friday afternoon around 2pm. We immediately dug it up and put a request through Yelp. Sano Plumbing replied right away and when I called them at 3pm they said they would have someone out between 5-7. They were there by 4pm and we walked through all the options and it was clear we would need to re-pipe to our house. By 6pm they had a crew scheduled to come out and do the job. They just finished it in less time than they had originally quoted. We had a great experience with plumbers that showed up on Friday and the crew that came on Saturday. read more

We had a great experience working with Sano from the start. They installed a new 3-ton HVAC system, replaced our ADU mini split, and completed a full attic clean out. The entire team was professional, respectful, and we were impressed throughout the project. After our prior system went out unexpectedly we were able to schedule a rapid appointment to figure out what had happened. We met with Christian and Jim who did an awesome job diagnosing the issue and walking us through our options. They were very open and honest throughout the process and answered any questions we had. There was absolutely no pressure in making a decision and felt very supportive when we wanted to compare a few different offers before making our final decision. After deciding to go with a new system we noted Sano to have great pricing options compared to other companies we had come out making our decision easier. We were also very impressed with Isais and Jose who handled the installation very efficiently. They really showed excellent workmanship and finished way ahead of schedule while keeping the work area clean. The system works great and we are extremely happy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an HVAC. read more
