The other night my heater stopped putting out hot air. It was just blowing air. My furnace is 20+ years old and have never had any issues with it. Anyhow, with how cold it's been lately i wanted to get someone out asap to check it. Thinking the pilot probably went out i tried to schedule an appointment with Socal gas, but their next available appt was 2 weeks away. I couldn't wait 2 weeks so i contacted next level via the yelp app and they are able to come out the next morning. The tech showed up and spent some time looking things over and didn't see a problem. Jeff and his team were awesome. They ripped out the old floor heater and added a new unit in the attic with ductwork through out the house. They were in and out in 2 days as he said they would be. They laid down protection for the floors and hauled away all of their trash daily. The crew was very professional. I was amazed at how fast it all come together, being that there wasn't any ductwork throughout the house to begin with. They weren't the cheapest of the quotes that I received nor were they the highest price either. After all the amazing reviews I reached out and scheduled time for a tech to come out. They responded very quickly and scheduled an appointment next day. I had a furnace fan motor that was going out. The tech recommended that he had to go back and check if the motor was under warranty and what the next steps are. He totally ghosted me. I followed up by calling and messaging and zero response. I mean I would have gladly paid for a new fan motor - high doubt mine was under warranty given that it's an ~8 year old unit. Very unprofessional to just show up to a customers house, suggest next steps, and just completely ignore them. I feel so bad for the people left reviews here, they probably didn't shop around for other options. This company came to my house today and was trying to charge me $930 to fix my air conditioner and after that was trying to sell me a new one for 14k saying my air conditioner was to old. WELL! Im glad I always shop around. Second person from another company after 5 min, he said is an easy fix, you dont need another air condition, this will last at least another 5 years. He charged me $150 and booom!! Got my air conditioner back! My advise to you guys even if you have to pay for the estimate, get at least 2 or 3, it will save you money. The guy forgot a tool on my house and came back couple hrs later, I told him that they need to stop ripping people off. Our A/C broke and I called my preferred company, who couldn't get me in for 10 days! Used yelp to find a vendor to replace a 30 year old furnace which was not working well and no longer safe to operate. Jeff from Next Level reached out to me almost immediately and offered the best price on a quality unit. He followed-up multiple times to answer any questions that I had on the process, contract, and the unit itself (warranty, AC compatibility, etc.). I would like to share a special experience with everyone. The central air conditioning heater in my home is broken. It was cold these few days. I wanted to turn on the heater, but I couldn't. The air conditioner could be turned on, so I found a company to check it out. It turned out that my igniter was broken and he had to go find a part. I waited for several days and called him, but he said he couldn't find it yet. I couldn't wait, so I looked for a few more companies on Yelp. One of them said it had more than 10 years of experience and the diagnostic fee was relatively low. This company is called Next Level Heating and Cooling. The diagnostic fee is $59. They came to my house for an inspection on Martin Luther King Day. The result they gave me was: the air conditioning controller (thermostat) was failed, and they said I needed to replace it with a new one. The total cost was $365, which I thought was too expensive, although it included the installation cost. I did not accept his offer; I found it very strange. My thermostat was replaced just over a year ago, and my previous thermostat controller could start the air conditioner. I went home and found that nothing could be turned on. I tried to buy a new thermostat from Home Depot to replace it, but it still didn't work. I tried to contact them, but they said they didn't want to tell me the reason. I felt they were a big liar. There was no way, so I contacted another company. The other company only spent about 10 minutes to do an inspection, and they used the old thermostat. I asked them what the reason was, and they said that your wires were connected incorrectly, and it should be OK to ignite. Through this experience, Next Level Heating and Cooling has big problems. First, his diagnosis was wrong, and my controller was not broken. Second, the workers may do some tampering to damage it, so that you cannot change the parts yourself. I think they have lost their honesty and credibility. I hope everyone will be careful. This is my personal opinion and experience, and I want to share it with everyone. read more

He quickly figured out that I had an issue with the ignitor and even gave me options for the different ignitors with different price ranges.
