Eric was fantastic! He came out to perform a tune-up on our HVAC system and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he found and what was going on with our system. Honestly, I felt like I was taking an HVAC course while he was walking us through everything--and it was incredibly helpful for both my wife and me. What really stood out was his willingness to educate us rather than simply tell us what needed to be done. That's something we didn't experience with the other HVAC technician we had previously used. Eric was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. Because of the excellent experience we had with him, we will definitely continue doing business with Accurate Comfort. Highly recommend Eric and the team! read more

After they serviced my system in 2024, my AC went out completely a year later in 2025. I pursued another technician for a second opinion (family member's good friend who is retired), which was well worth it (explained at the end). Retired tech inspected their original work and discovered they had installed the fan backwards--causing the system to overheat--and used a capacitor not meant for fan that was installed by accurate...Once he fixed their botched work, system is still working in 2026. Also, and what lead me to this post is they tried to persuade me into buying a brand-new unit by falsely claiming mine would fail within a year. Retired tech confirmed my actual unit is in good order and has many years of life left. Shoddy service and dishonest sales tactics...if I trusted this company, I would have paid $10-15K for a new unit last year, but only paid $200 for another tech to do the job right and who provided honesty with it...get second opinions, always! read more

The heater estimate I requested in writing was never provided and Eric and Cameron were out for over 10 min writing the estimate. The price and pressure to sign forms same day was not legal and ethical . I do not like to be forced and scammed on same day business. read more

I don't have enough kind words for this incredible business! Accurate truly went above and beyond for us when our AC died during the heatwave. From Briana doing everything possible to fit us in their schedule, Eric coming out and giving us the best price possible. And Hayden spending his entire Saturday getting our system installed, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will be customers for life. read more

Accurate Comfort AC is the best! I choose accurate even though the price was slightly higher than the other quotes. I felt good about Andrew and his team. They went above and beyond my expectations! When my old ac was removed the wall was filled with mold. More than half of my garage. Andrew connected me with his wife for guidance on how to speak to the insurance. I hired a mold removal team, once the mold was removed. Andrews team started up the work again. My mold- asbestos team missed a smaller asbestos spot. I tried to call remediation company again. They said no appointments for a week. At this point it's 100 degrees plus and we have no ac. Andrews team, even though they weren't required to removed the piece of asbesto at no cost. Once the AC unit went up. His team put up my drywall up at no cost, because I couldn't find anyone to come out same or next day. We were without an AC in a HEAT WAVE of 110 degrees with no ac. They included new ac vents for me, included a new ac unit controller installed. Worth every dollar! read more

Reached out to Accurate Comfort and Air for a simple service call. Our technician Ray Herrera went above and beyond explaining to me the ins and outs of my system and where issues were being created. Was patient and thorough and a pleasure to work with. Ended up needing to have a thorough/detailed cleaning of our entire HVAC unit, Ray worked with us on the price and was never pushy or rude. Would highly recommend this company and Tech to family and friends. read more

Shout out to Hayden and the crew that have been helping us stay comfortable throughout the years! We are subscribed to their maintenance plan and it's totally worth it! The team is always responsive, efficient, and communication is always clear and easy. I especially appreciate their attentiveness in keeping our house clean. That means a lot to me. I appreciate them always putting on shoe covers or laying out their company mat when they are on a job. They also take the time to explain any problems or technicalities behind their work in a simple manner so that laypeople like me could understand. Pricing is also reasonable for the quality work that they do! I feel well taken care of by Accurate Comfort Air Conditioning and would recommend this business to anyone! read more

Murphy's law never fails as our AC quit just before the hottest week of the year. We called Accurate Comfort to come and find a solution. Eric came to investigate. He was knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and took his time to investigate all aspects of our system, including spending a lot of time in the attic when it was about 100F outside. It was apparent that his objective was not to up-sale an expensive system to us, but to find out the problem, and to educate us on what can be done correctly to not only solve today's problems but also avoid similar problems for the future. The owner Andrew also stepped in to provide support on my questions, and designed a great system within our budget. They know what they are doing, and more importantly they genuinely care about putting in the right system the right way. I decided to go with them, and cannot wait to have the new system installed. Since their team is tighted up and cannot do the work right away, Andrew offered to bring two portable AC to help us through the weekend! I will give them a 10 star if the system allows it. Strongly recommend them to those who needs a new system, or those who needs to repair their current ones. Tha k you Eric and Andrew! read more

Thank you, Andrew, Valentin, and the Accurate Comfort team, for your valued hard work and outstanding service. I'm grateful and highly recommend this company to anyone needing AC services! read more

Accurate Comfort Air Conditioning And Heating - New Furnace installed - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Brea, California

Eric came out this morning to do general maintenance on my air and heater system. Eric is a true professional and educated me on what was going on with my system. He is very knowledgable and extremely courteous and personable as well. He has an old school value system, which is something that I personally hold in high esteem. He is very up front and will tell you exactly what is going on and what needs to be done. I highly recommend giving this young man a shot If you are in the market for maintenance, repairs or build outs (replacements). We have had this company out more than once in the past and their service and knowledge are beyond amazing. They always try and save us money while finding the best possible solution. Our air conditioner finally took a dump and they not only gave us amazing pricing on a brand new unit, but installed everything inside and out the very next day. Came on time. Changed it out under an hour. They were both professional and accommodating.

The air conditioner has been leaking air outside through the furnace closet, so I started reaching out to HVAC experts on yelp. Andrew was able to send Hayden out to my place to diagnose the issue. In under 90 minutes, Hayden was able to pinpoint the issue and fix it in the same visit! It turns out there were a couple leaks from the furnace itself that Hayden was able to patch. Would contact again for any future HVAC needs. read more

These guys are so awesome came on a Sat morning out of their work schedule to help give me an estimate. The homes was leaking carbon monoxide from Ac Heater and had fiber glass pulverized in the old broken ducts from age neglect and a rat infestation where the rats are all the insulation too. I would have not known I could have literally gotten my family or I sick or died if we did nothing. The young man that came out was so king and pleasant and most of all honest. Only with I could have stayed in the house as the owner was a slum lord that was pushing a fraudulent eviction on us to not have to pay $$$ as retaliation. He did end us stiffing the guy he signed and agreed to fix it with. Stiffed him 19k glad now it wasn't you as I'd feel bad. If and when we need any ac help I have you saved on my Yelp thank you brothers read more
