My husband helped me connect my Ethernet cable to my work station that is located in the room behind our closet. In order to do this, he went through two walls and found out he punctured through our hvac duct. Oopsie. We saw pink insulation and knew it was our boo boo. Sean was my tech for the day. They have a nice text notification of the tech with a small biography. This was a nice personal touch. Sean was so kind to wait 10mins for me while I finished a work call. He was friendly and professional. I informed him of the issue we identified and he was able to verify we did in fact puncture it with a scope. He showed me the photos after. While he waited for the owner to assess the project for pricing estimate. After he got the estimate from his boss, he explained everything to me. He even hand wrote the estimate in cursive- a lost art that I appreciated seeing. Even though I did not go with either one of my estimates due to high pricing for a relatively small project ($945 Haven, $850, $1025), I greatly appreciated the great service from Sean. Needed the dryer duct cleaned and was told they don't do that in the summer. It is a winter service. I explained I was getting a new dryer and wanted to clean the dryer duct before the new dryer was installed. He still declined to schedule my appointment. I found someone else. Dryer duct cleaning, done. I went with someone else who wanted to help me despite the season. It can be done in the summer. It took about 15 to 20 minutes. Glad I took your "no". God sent someone who answered with a "yes". I like him so much I signed up for an annual cleaning next summer. Won't HE do it! Yes, HE will!!! I can't rate their service for cleaning the dryer. Their customer service wasn't great for me but maybe they will help you. read more

Haven has been our "go to" since they installed our new AC system. Recently a family members home they decided to rent needed to have an inspection and assessment. Sean came for that and we discussed the findings. There were two concerns and he explained why but clearly he was not a pushing for a sale. We made arrangements for him to come back later for the work. He was friendly, professional and had the upmost respect for the property. His knowledge goes a long way in our book and his credentials came with the update he was "on his way" with a photo and a brief of him personally and experience. I like to do my research before big purchases--not just out of curiosity, but to make sure I'm getting quality work. I don't mind paying a bit more for peace of mind and long-term reliability. I first used Haven years ago, when they were still Mighty Ducts, to replace my ductwork. The results were great: cleaner air, good efficiency gains, and excellent follow-up from Andreas, who even sent free materials to help quiet things down. That experience made it easy to call them again when my aging AC and furnace needed replacing. Andreas gave a detailed, low-pressure bid. While I found cheaper bids, I went with Haven because I trusted their work. The new Lennox heat pump and two-stage furnace were installed by Hector and his crew, who were professional, communicative, and thorough--they even moved the outdoor unit to a preferred spot for me and widened the intake for better airflow, something most companies probably wouldn't do. After installation, I had a few issues: air leaking from the evaporator box and water pooling on the outdoor line wrap. While it was frustrating to need follow-ups on a premium job--and to have some debate over how serious the leaks were--Haven came back multiple times, at no charge, and fixed everything properly. Once sealed, energy use dropped 17%, and the system worked as expected. They stood behind their work, and that was appreciated. My only real disappointment is with the Lennox equipment itself. It feels overpriced for the quality, and I wish Haven's chosen brand matched the high level of their service. Still, their professionalism and commitment to making things right made up for it. In the end, the system runs well, efficiency is up, and I'm confident Haven will continue to stand by their work. I had a very pleasant sales experience with Andreas L. I got an estimate from Andreas and other contractors after the worst HVAC sales tactic from Service Champions (Scam Champions is more fitting). I chose Haven in the end because of Andreas' respectful nature and his knowledge about HVAC systems. He gave me different HVAC system options and the pricing for each. He emailed me the estimates and gave me ample time to decide. On the day of installation, Michael "Mike"and Enrique were the technicians. They worked hard at removing the old and heavy HVAC and installing the equally heavy, new HVAC. They didn't take lunches on the 2 days they worked. Tip your HVAC technicians! From the first meeting with Andreas the owner to go over our needs to the design all the way to the install with Haven Air's professional crew everything was top notch and they exceeded all our expectations. I will say that we went out to 4 companies for bids and we scrutinized each bid carefully; Haven was not the cheapest price but by far provided the best value and with rebates and tax incentives their quote was competetive and the value they offered and warranty was FAR Superior. Some bidders were higher than Haven for lower level systems. We felt very fairly treated and comfortable with all our dealings. They worked with us also on the financing and helped us every step of the way. The crew was so professional, communication was excellent, each day texting us before they arrived and never once late. In fact, many times Hector & Monty seemed to work throughout the day with no breaks at all! The Warranty included 365 days to test out the system and if you dont like it they would come back and take it out. As well as 3 Years of Maintenance and 6 Years Bumper-To_Bumper parts & Labor as well as the manufacturer 10 year warranty on the system. Their bid also included a No - Changes clause which no other companies offered and when little items came up as they always do they were cheerfully handled with no problems. I have been in the building business myself and have worked with many contractors and these guys were top tier in every aspect. There wasn't any issue, work was clean when they left each night and they were on time every day. Questions and problems were ALL HANDLED Promptly and without any issue what-so-ever! If I could give Haven Air 10 Stars I would - They ROCK and If you need HVAC work I wouldnt hesitate to refer them no matter how big the job. Our tech, Jake, was amazing! We requested a diagnosis and got it and thankfully it was not nearly as bad as we expected! Jake is a very pleasant and knowledgeable friendly young man.We were blessed today! Our system was short cycling, icing up, and hadn't been serviced in about 4 years. Jake took a look at the refrigerant charges on the outdoor compressor as well as the furnace/blower in the attic and determined that the problematic system only needed to be cleaned. He provided exceptional customer service, super friendly, and was very knowledgeable about our system and shared a lot of his knowledge with us as well as recommendations. My mom is currently on hospice care, and when another company's technician botched a routine service inspection and fried her AC compressor's motherboard, her home climbed to 88 degrees within days an unthinkable situation for someone in her condition. The original company wanted $22,500 (even with their "at fault" discount) and couldn't get the right parts for days. My husband called Haven, and from the very first conversation, owner Andres showed genuine compassion and understanding of the urgency of our situation. His crew, Ryan and Hector, were at my mom's house the very next morning installing a brand new system at a fraction of the cost we'd been quoted elsewhere. TLDR: Haven installed an expensive new AC unit in our house in May. It has been making a loud humming sound since then. Haven seems to have no idea how to fix this. It's now August and we're still waiting on a solution. Review: Haven installed a new AC in our property in May, including a new outdoor unit, new ductwork, and a new thermostat. While the AC cools our home properly, it started making a harmonic humming noise. Haven came back on June 23rd, jostled the grate the noise was coming from a bit, then said if that didn't solve the problem, they would return and install a new, different grate. The noise came back, and Haven installed the new grate on July 7th. The noise came back after a few days. Haven returned on July 24th, jostled the new grate and made the noise worse. They said they were stumped and would get back to us after coming up with a solution. We did not hear anything for a week. Haven returned again on August 4th after we called to follow up, did not have a solution to the problem, and once again said that they would get back to us. We paid $$$ for this new system, Haven. Stop jerking us around and make this right. read more

He came out on time -- on a holiday weekend, no less -- and immediately impressed us with his honesty, professionalism, and empathy. As someone in a wheelchair, the heat not only makes me uncomfortable but also increases my pain significantly. Jake was extremely compassionate toward both my situation and our family's needs. He took the time to listen, never rushed us, and even went above and beyond by changing an air filter that a previous technician had claimed was replaced -- but clearly hadn't been touched in years. We were members of the service maintenance plan they offered for several years. They came out twice a year. About 2.5 years ago, they recommended an air scrubber which we agreed to and they installed. Fast forward to this month. We are using a different company for routine maintenance. They came out, saw mold and rust and recommended an air scrubber. When I told them we already had one, they informed me that the "air scrubber" we had was more of a purifier and it had been installed incorrectly and therefore wasn't doing much to help the air quality. Gosh I hate to do this, but it really seems like Haven is purposely not trying to win my business. I don't want to give it the lowest rating since they haven't technically performed any 'work' at my property but there sure have been mishaps and still unresolved issues just to even get a quote. For starters, I was exchanging messages about a consultation appointment and after giving my phone number, I assumed the appointment was set. However the next day, 5 minutes before the window was to expire, I called Haven only to have been told the appointment wasn't booked. I assured this was a one-time event and given an appointment window the next day. The next day again 5 minutes before the END of the appointment window, I had to call to ask if my consultation was/not happening. They told me they would come in the allotted time (next 5 minutes), but did not come until half an hour later. I don't fault the servicer, but this is just strike two overall considering I had to miss some work calls to accommodate for the late arrival. However, after the consultation the advisor told me that I would have an estimate the next morning (today) at latest. It is now 8pm the next day without any word from the advisor. I sent him an email in the morning at 10am regarding questions about my quote but I have not received any response since. Again, I don't want to rate this company at the lowest since work was not technically performed at my property but I am concerned if this is how they operate, how well the installation itself will go without any issues. read more

After nearly a year of experiencing Haven Air Conditioning's work firsthand, I can confidently say they are in a league of their own. Our journey began back in September of 2022 when we were working with another HVAC company--Service Champions--for a 26-point inspection. Initially, we trusted their word when they told us everything was in great shape. But after being loyal customers and paying for membership inspections, we were blindsided in July of 2024 when we were told our compressor had failed due to poor maintenance--a failure we were never warned about. Worse yet, they quoted us nearly three times the cost of a replacement or asked for two-thirds the cost of a new unit just to repair it. It felt like a slap in the face. So I started making calls--five different HVAC companies. I wanted real people, not salespeople. Two stood out, but only one won my trust: Haven Air Conditioning. Meeting Andres, he wasn't just professional--he was present. Kind. Patient. And deeply knowledgeable. In February 2025, we had issues with our dryer not drying properly. I tried every DIY solution I could think of before realizing the problem was likely the duct. I called Haven, and without even having a membership, they responded promptly and put me on the schedule. Sean Andrew came out and was just as professional, courteous, and efficient as the rest of the team. In about an hour, the job was done, the area spotless, and the vent grill cleaned without me even having to ask. Come June 2025, it was time for a full house duct cleaning--something that hadn't been done in over 20 years if that as we don't know if the pervious homeowners even had a duct cleaing at any point. Once again, we called Haven. This time Ryan Evans and Jake Henry were sent out. Ryan was mindful and incredibly respectful of my late father's model airplanes and other items near the registers, while Jake handled the install of an emergency drip pan shut-off in the attic. They worked like our home was their own: thoughtful, fast, and meticulous. I wish I had photos like I do with the other jobs, but I personally forgot my before photos. What really sets Haven Air apart is their consistency and their culture. You can tell that Andres and his sons invest real time and care into their team--through service training, education of HVAC systems, and working side by side with their team to ensure that they take pride in their work.
