I don't normally write reviews but this just seems necessary. First of all, the prices for their services are absolutely absurd! This was my first time visiting Celfie nails and normally my go to salon is SpaRenity in Kyle (It's worth the drive from Austin). I always get the SNS dip full set in clear which is $35 at SpaRenity and Celfie charges $60!! I also prefer gel on top which is an additional $10 at SpaRenity and Celfie charges $30 on top of the $60! $90 for a full set is outrageous. I ended up just getting acrylic nails with shellac on top and I asked for an ombré sparkle design for NYE on my ring fingers. I was told that each finger was $6 for the design so $12 total for her to put a few sparkles on two fingers. Insane. Another thing that really frustrated me was that after my $60 manicure I wasn't given a hand massage and no oil was put on my cuticles! Every salon that I have ever been to ALWAYS offers a hand massage even for a classic manicure. I would understand the prices if it was in a high end salon and was nice, but this place is in a strip center, very cluttered and very unorganized. Save your money and go somewhere else, definitely not worth the price. Overall very disappointed. Also I am in customer service and after reading the way the owner of this salon argues with his customers is extremely unprofessional! Feedback from customers should always be taken in a professional manner whether you agree with it or not. Arguing with a customer is completely unacceptable. read more

Awful. I spent over $100 in two weeks on the solar nails and they are still falling off. They don't really guarantee their work. I had my nails filled a week after getting them since two fell off and within a day two more came off. I think they must shave them too thin or something because I'm literally just sitting here and another one fell off today. I've been getting full sets for years and have never had an issue like this. Today was my first time here and from beginning to end I loved the service. I got a pedi and did a fill, shape change and color change. Everyone was nice and really attentive. I've lived in Austin almost 4 years and have yet to find a nail artist that takes the time and has the quality of what I've had back home. Sammi was amazing for doing designs and all the bells and whistles. But honestly everyone was great the pedi to the shaping of my nails. They are really attentive at details. I'll be coming back! read more

First time trying this place out and I was super impressed! Loved the decor and the size of the place. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming. I loved the choices for shellac colors and everything seemed so clean and sanitary. Very very pleased and will definitely be coming back. read more

Used to go to Sammi here and they majorly went down hill after she left. Go find her at Boss Nails!! Celfie rushes and doesn't care about the quality. They just want your money, I got a full set acrylic that completely pooped off two days later. Zero concern for the customer. I've also had pedicures here and they have zero attention to detail. read more

Finally! A decent nail place in Austin. To be fair I am a picky customer. I only get Nexgen nails cause otherwise they chip and I hate solar nails. So I was super excited to find this place. The reviews are right Sammi is greatness! It's a cozy little place and I was able to make an appointment day of. I will be back. read more

It's unfortunate that a manager responds to his customer in such a rude way online. I hope they continue to write these responses. It helps other customers see what type of people run this establishment. Sorry...I'm sticking to my 3-stars because the ladies did do a decent job. Lucky I didn't drop it down to 2. read more

They were nice so I'm compromising giving them three stars. The facility is clean and I liked that they had some big TVs but the service itself was just okay. I got a manicure and pedicure and my pedicure turned out fine but the day after, my fingernail polish was already chipping. Now five days later my nails look terrible and my cuticles aren't in great condition. I think this place would be good if you just got the quick mani/pedi. I opted for the higher priced one and I think I overpaid for the service I got. Also the massage was okay but nothing great. read more

This place is really hit or miss. I used to think it was the best manicure on this side of town, but if they're busy at all, your nails will show it. I've had one too many sloppy rush jobs now and don't think I'll be back. read more

I've been coming here for my nails and especially facials. I only trusted Sammie to do my face. Such great service every time I come here. Sammie makes sure to give her clients the best service. Very thorough in cleaning your face and doing your nails. Even its far from where I live but, I still come here for the great service. I love the service, place and their choices of music. You can never go wrong hearing classical music if you have TASTE in music (if you know what I mean). A lot of parking spots outside by the way. Will surely recommend the place. read more

Let's just say after looking for so long, I found my place! Samie and Paul make the best team! If your looking for quality and hospitality come through Celfie Nail Salon! Samie can do literally any type of design or style you want & Paul's shaping is on point. I can't wait till I go back and play with some new ideas! read more

Awesome salon! This is the place to go for gorgeous and affordable nails. They have huge color selection, so no worries there! Paul & Sami are my favorites, but I've had good results with others as well. read more

Folks, I think this may be the best nail salon in town. I've been scouting for the best since I moved here nearly two years ago, and this gets my full recommendation for service, staff, environment! I had my nails done by Sammi with fancy nail art I requested and another lovely staffer did my pedi, who's name I cannot recall. Sammi's talent is absolutely unbelievable. I have received so many compliments on my nails and have been looking on pinterest for my next inspiration to take to Sammi. BIG BIG compliments to this place. I'll definitely be back! read more

Coffee N Nails - Sammi quoted me a reasonable price to approve before we started. Such amazing talent! - Nail Salons Near Me - Austin, Texas

I love Celfie! They have selfies up on the wall which is funny and the walls are glitery gold. So fun! I used to go to the old nail place that was there and I have to say- this is an improvement!! The massage chairs for manicures are plentiful, pristine and look brand new. They do use plastic liners which took a second to get used to but I guess that's supposed to be more sanitary. All staff members are friendly, helpful and polite. I love sneaking in here as often as I can! Hoping to get some fancy stuff done by the notorious "Sami" soon. read more

i've never left a review in my life but my recent experience with coffee n nails calls for one. i've been going to this place literally since the day they opened. i've never had a problem with them, my nails always had looked good, the employees had been nice, and the experience was fine overall (prior to today). today i went in, the younger man who had done my nails many times before was doing my nails, I was excited because typically he's VERY good and these are mt birthday nails. the entire time he was yelling at me about doing gel x the time before when i typically do acrylic, which made the take off harder for him. i apologized multiple times. the experience was fine, i thought my nails had looked fine upon completion, but didn't get a full look until i got in my car; when i looked fully there was a hair in one, texture, truthfully just didn't even look like their/his work they looked so bad. after i worked up the courage to at least go in and get the hair and texture fixed, the same man fixed my nails. i told him respectfully that there was a hair and some texture & apologized and he sat me down to get them fixed. he yelled at me the entire time about how i should have told him before i had left the salon the first time and was very harsh, i told him i would have if i would had seen it then. he then told me that i don't need to come in the salon yelling and screaming and that this could have all been avoided if i had told him before i left the salon the first time. this hurt my feelings because i did not yell once, i was very respectful and apologized multiple times about him having to fix it even though it was not my fault. i was so scared to go in and have my nails fixed because of his mistakes and this happened. needless to say they lost me as a customer. read more

I had a regular mani/pedi. The gentleman who works there did mine. Did a wonderful job! I would definitely go back. Loved the fish tank and the soft music playing in the background. 2 thumbs up! read more

I usually come here to get a pedicure! The place is clean and there's always movies playing. They offer you wine, soda or water which is pretty nice considering this is not. A boutique salon. Sami is great, and I keep coming back for her! The color selection isn't that great and the nicer colors are special brands which cost $6-$8 extra): but I have been able to find a nice shade every time. $35 for a sport pedicure isn't bad, and Sami is very attentive and considerate! read more

I came here recently for a pedicure and gel manicure and was not very impressed. The gel manicure required FOUR coats of polish because it was too thin. I wish the woman just suggested that I chose another color because it was way too much time and work for this color. She also did not paint to the top of my cuticles so now after two days it looks like they are already way grown out. I had to ask her to go back and trim my cuticles several times because it didn't look like I got a manicure. She also had to tell me like 40 times that my nails looked bad...and were dry, etc. Just a bit rude. read more

The man giving the pedi was very nice and he did a good job. However, when he asked one of the women to help with the nail design, she freely showed that it was a bother to her. She was impersonal and even had an air of irritation and aggression when she spoke. What was supposed to be a relaxing hour was ruined in the end by an ugly attitude. The nail art is sooo minimal that I barely notice it. I'll have to have it redone at another place if I want to enjoy it. I'm sad to say that I will not be returning. read more

I've been coming here for the past two years and I always leave a happy customer. They have a great nail color and service selection so you don't feel limited on your options. read more

My boyfriend (28 & 6'4") and I (27 & 5'4") both went and got the sport pedicure and both loved them, and the price! They were focused on us and our comfort. The chairs were comfortable for both of us, they kept the water warm-hot for us for the entirety of the visit. I was a bit worried my polish wouldn't last long given how thick they put it on, but it NEVER chipped and lasted until we went back 3 weeks later despite hiking and visiting the greenbelt several times a week. My boyfriend was also very please, he left refreshed, and while his feet were soft he was happy his nails were not buffed to an irreversible shine as has happened at other salons. I was a bit worried that given its proximity to UT (we are no longer students) that it would be a lower quality in and out salon that rushed you to get to the next person, but this was not the case at all. This is our new go to!! read more

If I could give this less than one star I would. The prices are unreasonable, and not even listed properly. My bill was $15 over the quoted price (which was already outrageous). The staff were rude and uncooperative. read more

This place is awesome. They are CLEAN and comfortable. The staff was friendly and did a great job. I went on a quick lunch break, and it ended up taking them longer than expected. I had to leave abruptly for a meeting, and the staff STAYED LATE so I could come in after work to finish up. That is GREAT SERVICE. read more

Great place! My friend and I needed our toes done and they did a fabulous job. They treated us to cupcakes and a glass of wine which really hit the spot. Super friendly staff. I would make them my regular go to place if I didn't live in Seattle. read more

First time here. Went based off reviews on Yelp. Easy to find and good amount of parking. Place is clean and I like background music. Came and was seated immediately even though it was Friday. Girl who did my gel pedicure was great and her massage was on point. Lady who did my manicure was nice and nails were good but massage barely 5 mins. Would still go again if I'm in town. read more

I've had gel manicures, sns dipping, pedicures, acrylic nails, and nail art by Sammi done here. Celfie is nice. The atmosphere is chill, they always have good movies on, and they play that funny instrumental musak that's prevalent in nail salons. Sammi's nail art is fabulous! If you're looking for some fancy nails that you saw on Pinterest, she can make it happen.I recommend this place for all services that I mentioned above. There is one older lady who isn't the best at manicures. I feel like she always cuts my nails shorter than I want, doesn't apply the polish to to cuticle (so it looks grown out just days later), and my shellac polish is chipped after a week. She's done this to both me and my friend twice. Her performance is the only reason I'm considering not coming here anymore. read more

Staff was great. Lots of options for different pedicures depending on how indulgent you'd like to be. One of the best pedicures I've had in a long time and the paint job was meticulous. Be prepared to wait because this place gets busy. read more

I love this place for dip powder. Sandy does an amazing job. She is so skilled. You can tell that she knows what she's doing because she only does two coats and doesn't need to over correct with the filing machine. Sandy you are amazing! Thank you for seeing me last minute on a Sunday! read more

Usually it's a drag to get my nails done... I rarely feel comfortable and am too ADHD too sit for so long feeling useless, but I like it here. They are fast and professional. I like that they don't ask a lot about my personal life and they just let me try to relax. It's a good place to go with friends... buy a bottle of wine next door and relax. read more

Very professional and clean salon. Visited here for work and had to get my nails done on a Sunday. Not many places open but they were open until 9pm. I even got a wax. The techs were very polite and it's a nice setting. My gel nails look great. Call ahead because they can get busy. read more

In Austin on vacation visiting my sister and we were trying to find a convenient place to get a pedicure and shellac manicure that wasn't outrageous and could be done on a walk in. I found Celfie here on yelp and we are so happy we went in. We were sat immediately after choosing out colors from their wide variety. Both me and my sister got the quick pedicure which was exactly what I am used to at home in Phoenix and more. For being quick they spent tons of time on our toes and gave generous foot rubs. The shellac manicures were great. I've always had trouble finding someone who really spends time to make sure my whole nail is covered. My manicurist did just that and I am extremely happy. If I need my nails done in Austin again, I'll definitely head here. read more

Came here with my friend Cate for the first time. Limited on-site parking but can usually find a spot. We got mani/pedis, and everyone is nice. While cate was getting her pedi done, they started working on her mani right there. Good move, as there were plenty of nail techs there. Even though I told them when I first got there that I had shellac on my fingernails that needed to come off, they didn't soak them or do anything for my mani in prep. So it took SO long to get in and out because they still had to soak my nails in polish remover after the pedi. Cate was totally finished with her shellac mani/pedi and my mani was barely started even though we sat down at the same time. Despite that, I'd try them again but leave a 2 hour window instead of 1.25 window read more

Quick, clean, efficient. This place is great and no matter what nail tech you get, they do a very professional job. No need to look further for a mani pedi! read more

I had a great experience here. All the ladies were so nice and accommodating the prices are just right I will defiantly be back!!

I never write anything on Yelp but this time I created an account just for Celfie Spa Pros: Good massage chairs, a variety of color choices Cons: We just moved from Dallas for school and Celfie is so closed by and it has pretty good reviews too. But so disappointed. The guy who did my pedicure didn't know what he was doing. Literally hurt all my toes and the polish was horrible all over my cuticles. It's funny that my cuticles were still the same, not been groomed at all after all the pains he did smh My friend had the same pedicure as me $30 and it was finished like 15 mins before me. She said it was the fastest pedicure she ever had. The lady didn't remove her calluses and just used the purple thing only. Other employees were talking and laughing so loud in non-English which was annoying too. I have had SNS for my nails for over 2 years. I was about to get them done here but the prices were overpriced! $65 for a new set is ridiculous. Sorry Celfie never again! read more

Celfie nails is clean and calming with realxing background music. Staffs are friend and the service is top notch. I had dip nails SNS done and im loving it. They did perfect shaping of my nails and the colors was applied evenly on all my nails. I also did a pedicure with shellac add on. My pedicure and polish was also perfect. I will be back. read more
