I called to make sure/confirm they accepted CC for payment and I could not understand whether they do or not. I kept saying credit card payment they kept saying car. I asked to speak to someone that I can understand on, they said what is you want? So I annunciated, Do you accept credit cards as a payment method? And they said yes! I said thank you, I'll see you in a bit. I walked in and said I am a walk in and would like a pedicure. Pick you color. Ok.. almost all colors were very dry. I said do you have a almost nude/light powered pink maybe..she couldn't find what I asked for. I said let's do clear. When I sat down, the water was clear and did not have a salt. The tools were already spread out on the towel and I did not see them take it out of the sanitized package. I asked for a pedicure service packages and the nail technician gave me the list of services with only 3 packages listed. I said I'm not paying this much for a pedicure. The nail technician said oh you want the 26$ one. Ok, if that's the only lowest package you have. Cleaning and scrubbing and all the massaging was ok! I have cotton much more pampering for 23$. But again that was in Chicago. Ok, got the clear color on. Everything good but for the money I would not return here because I am not comfortable with cleanliness and sanitization. They lost a customer today. This morning my daughter and I went to get our nails done, we were the first customers. It was supposed to be a treat for my daughter. 15 minutes into my manicure they started badgering my nail tech to rush to finish. As my daughter's nail tech was applying the acrylics to her nails they began to do they same to her. By the time I finished up and my daughter was getting the polish and design applied, an employee was standing over my daughter's shoulder prompting the tech to finish so she could move on. She at one point told her that she was taking too long to finish. The technicians we had were talented but the customer service was inexcusable. This made for a stressful experience. read more

Unfortunately Coco disappointed today. Both employees that greeted me were way to engrossed in their smartphones to give me their full attention. I asked for the jets for my spa pedicure and was told just my tub didn't have the mechanism to put them on. There was no offer to move me at all and make me happy. I had an acrylic fill and a pedicure. Pedicure was awesome. The lady that did my Fill did a great job shaping and everything. Except I think she forgot the base coat for the gel polish. I would highly recommend this place! Very clean and the staff was friendly. I called in the morning and was able to get my party of 3 in same day. We all got the delux pedicures which is totally worth the extra $5. You got so much done! Hot wax on your feet, sugar scrub, mud mask on your legs, hot towel, hot stone massage, lotion massage, and callous removal. They did a great job with the actual pedicure as well. They took their time even though it was close to closing and we didn't feel rushed. Would definitely go back again! Only downside is parking around dinner time is RIDICULOUS due to being surrounded by 3 restaurants. But it's not their fault! read more

Been going to Coco nail salon since they opened. They used to do an amazing job for a good price. Now they do a horrible job for a more expensive price. The last 3 times I have gone to them, they file my toe and finger nails crooked, file my cuticles with an actual nail file and file all my skin with it and my gel nail polish always has a bump or two in it. All the good people they have had working there have left and now they are left with crappy workers who do a bad job. Half the time I get a rock massage with paraffin wax on my feet and the other half of the time they just massage my feet with their hands (and I am getting the same service every time, there shouldn't be a difference)! read more

While I got my mani, I also asked them to do a polish change for my 6yrs old. I specifically asked for "nail polish" All of a sudden they charge me for $37 my 6yr old saying they did gel mani and pedi. It was supposed to be $5 for nail polish change. If i could give this place 0 stars, I would. came to get a gel pedi. The technician didn't know what she was doing. Using the cuticle clipper, she cut me three times which hurt. Following that, she proceeded to push down on the areas that she cut me to see if it hurt. Don't know what the point of that was when I complained of being in pain as she cut my skin. It has been two weeks and the polish is chipping. I could see my cuticles growing out which proves that she didn't properly trim my cuticles. I see fungus growing as well - ew!!! I USED to love this place and the convenience of it being close, they were always efficient and super nice. But lately, the service has been horrible. I had not been there since spring and all the regular manicurist/pedicure girls were gone. I recognized 1 or 2 of them and the owner. I have gone 2 x in the month, and all different girls each time. First of all, the polishes are old, they don't seem to buy new ones!! The first time I went I had a young girl and she was new and she was slow but I was not in a hurry. She did a great job. My daughter next to me had another new older lady, she was super nice and looked like she did a through job. The second time I went neither of the girls were there. I had another girl and she did a ok job, she did my whole pedicure in a 1/2 hr. When she was done, she pulled the towel from under my feet and walked away, she immediately came back and put on my shoes and gave me my bill and handed me my purse!. My daughter went back and had he older lady. She basically did the same and was not as nice and seem stressed. The shop was not too busy, 2 people waiting, felt like they are rushing though clients! Oh and they had the the most boring channel on the tv on not the usual HGtv or food network, it was a science channel and not one person paid attention to it, I think they want to bore us...hope they realize what they are doing. I will give it one more try otherwise I will find a new place. read more

My daughter went in for her routine acrylics to which she is always charged $55 for. Unfortunately, the manicurist did a very crappy job. Some of the nails only had 1 coat, and the nails were way too long with sharp edges, despite my daughter telling her to shorten them (which she actually charged extra for!). Also, the girl did not have my daughter wash her nails so there was grit all over her hands. Apparently the manicurist was new. And to top it off, she overcharged her! I returned and addressed my concerns with the woman at the front, who appeared to be the manager. She continued to argue with me about my request for a refund on the overpayment, despite explaining the breakdown of the charges (we were also never given an actual receipt). She finally gave me the refund after much back and forth argument. What An extremely unprofessional approach to customer service! We will NOT be returning to this salon again! read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Thought I'd give this place a try because they're new to the Clovis area. I wanted the deluxe pedi and received a 2 hour disappointing and painful pedi. A mother and daughter came in 30 minutes after me for a pedi AND mani --- they both left before I did. My toenails were painted with soak-off gel, but the pedicurist scrapped it off with a tool (which was painful and bad for my toenails). I asked for a pink and white tip pedi. The pedicurist could not draw straight lines to save her cosmetologist license! She couldn't understand a word I was saying, so one of her co-workers translated while a different co-worker drew the white tip line and finished my polish. I paid $48 for the pedi and $6 in tips because two different people serviced my simple pedicure. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO GET MY NAILS DONE HERE. read more

When this place first opened, I was a happy supporter. I have been going regularly for pedicures and manicures while bringing in friends and family to enjoy the experience. Also know that I bought gift cards from them at Christmas time and proudly told my coworkers where I get my nails done. Last Sunday, I took in four of my family members for pedicures and manicures. Because my family was done a little before me, I opted out of the manicure and just had them painted. We had a bill of $186.00 and paid happily with our gift cards. Four days later, my nails are thrashed and I am going out of town tomorrow morning, so I went in last minute for a fix and they started soaking me in acetone, got my color 39-they know it well, as I always choose the same one and then had my nails fixed while they talked in their own language to each other. Upon leaving and thanking Ann for taking care of me so close to closing time AND telling her I'd see her in two weeks for another color, she told me I had to pay $12.00 for what she had just done. After me telling her I wasn't going to pay, she said she would only charge me $10.00 (how nice of her). After reminding her of my large and recent purchase FOUR DAYS PRIOR, she said that she wouldn't guarantee the polish I got Sunday because it wasn't a manicure. I then paid and told her I couldn't guarantee that is ever be back. I hope you don't go there and fork out the money for a job that can't be guaranteed. I'll get my number 39 elsewhere, thank you. read more

I went in to get dip healthy nails done and I asked for more of a coffin shaped nail (because I just don't like the look of super square nails on my hands) and the lady going my nails straight up told me no and that she will only do square, and now that they're done they are super uneven and bumpy. So I filed my nails down myself because they were so flared out and square, overall just not happy. read more

Absolutely love this new nail salon on Temperance by Hwy 168. Great atmosphere. VERY CLEAN, I love how they have disposable liners, so when you get your pedicures there is no worry about cleanliness. My husband and I both got pedicures and they were fabulous, pain free and a great massage on our calfs. We also got manicures, I had gel polish put on and was pleasantly surprised to see that they weren't being stingy with the polish. Other places I've been too give 3 swipes of polish and that's it. My polish was layered nicely and heat dried each time, looks fabulous. Kim and Tina are absolutely wonderful, this will definitely be our nail salon from now on .
