Went to Cloud 9 for the first time today. I got a pedicure. The girl that performed the pedicure was very young and indifferent. I told her I get an ingrown toenail on one of my nails. That was ignored. Her effort to remove calluses was the least effort I have ever experienced. My heels feel rougher than when I got there, honestly. I do not recommend. read more

I went into Cloud 9 to get a plain jane manicure. The workers acted indifferent and almost seemed inconvenienced by the fact that I was there. I was at this business for an hour and a half, and the final product is the UGLIEST MANICURE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN. I don't know what happened, but the polish has weird splotches and bubbles. I did not expect perfection, but I expected better than this. Do not give them your time or money. read more

I love how my nails turned out! Although, I believe the techs name was Wendy, I think she was new, was a little rough with my nails. I have cuts on 4 out of 5 fingers on my left hand and 3 out of 5 on my right hand. I do think she is a good tech but is just a little too rough with the nail drill. read more

Trang is one of the best nail techs I've ever had. She took her time with everything she did and she had great attention to detail. About a month ago, I had a dip powder mani and a pedi (I forget the pedi type). Her work was immaculate and I can't wait to go back. My only complaint is that I didn't see any cleaning done at any point and the surfaces clearly hadn't been cleaned before I arrived. This is something that I'll mention on my next visit, as it's my only reason for dropping to a 4 star rating. With things the way they are especially now, it's more important than ever that surfaces and tools are thoroughly sanitized between customers. I hope to see a change on my next visit. read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but I am very disappointed in this place. I've been getting my nails done for so many years and I've never had this kind of an experience before now. I went and had my nails done about four weeks ago. I went in wanting a French manicure with yellow tips. I ended up leaving there with white gel polish. I settled for that because the lady doing my nails obviously did not know how to do a French manicure. She was very nice but very inexperienced. I was informed that she had been doing nails for five years, that clearly was not true. I had to go back the very next week because the nail polish was peeling off of my nails. She graciously fixed the three nails without any problems. I had to go back the next week again because more polish was peeling off of my nails. By this point I was done. They wanted to charge me $15 to fix the problem. I said absolutely not, at this point, I either get my money back or my nails redone completely. I was told that they would re-polish the nails that were peeling. She ended up re-polishing my nails, a totally different color, but she did it quickly and it was a very poor job. you can see through the polish and the polish is very streaky. Before this experience, I had gone there two other times without any problems. This is very unfortunate. I will not be going back. read more

The first time we went we had a great experience. My daughter spent $150 on nails, pedicures, waxing. Nice day. I went back 3 weeks later and it was a disaster. I had an appointment at 5:30 and when I walked in. I was asked to wait due to the volume of people in the salon. No big deal. I finally sat down and the girl started taking off my polish and kept asking me what was on my nails (like I had done something wrong) So at this point I was told I had to pay $5 extra to have them take off something they had done. That girl started talking her language and then I was told someone else would do the rest of my manicure. I felt like the staff was rude, I felt like I was a problem being in there. I felt very unwelcomed. The manicure was not good and the extra charge I paid, they didn't even get off all of the product from my gel manicure 3 weeks ago. so my nails looked wavey and ugly. I'll never go back. read more

I paid $30 for a fill and 4 days later my middle nail fell off. (It took her 20 minutes to do them) my old polish is still on, I have bubbles on my nails, and there isn't enough polish so it looks horrible. read more

I left very upset and dissatisfied with the results. I was seen by 3 separate nail artists for a full set. I commented multiple times about the uneven lengths as well as non symmetrical shapes. My natural nails were drilled for so long it became extremely painful and I had to ask to stop. The gel polish used started to bubble and peel the next day. The shape is also very bumpy and uneven. I also noticed that the skin around my fingers has begun to peel away, which my mom said also happened to her when she went. I'm sorry to write this negative review but hopefully this prevents an experience like this from happening to anyone else. read more

I never write reviews, but I have to with this one! I went in on a referral and had some concerns about being hard on my natural nails when prepping for the service. They were so careful and listened to my concerns. This was by far the best experience I have had at a nail salon. A huge waste of money. I went in for a pedicure and chose the $50 hot stone pedi- the technician had to study the menu to see what to do, she did not wash the scrub off of my legs before adding the massage oil, the massage was no longer than 30 seconds for each leg/foot, the water was freezing cold and almost overflowed, my cuticles were not cut very well and my toenails were cut too short. Worst experience for too much money. Maybe I just got the wrong technician, because she seemed to have no idea what she was doing. read more

Never coming back here AGAIN. I came in to get my gel nails removed, and the lady who greeted us was sitting in the corner on her phone. We tell her that we want my gel nails removed and she was kind of depressed, not upbeat, which made the atmosphere very awkward. So she started by getting this grinding tool, which I'm very scared of because I don't want it to cut me, she started grinding the gel off and everything was going fine... So she puts the cotton ball with nail polish remover with foil on my fingers and I wait. She shapes my nails and puts this top and base coat on. So we pay for 8$, with a 5$ tip and leave. On the way to the car I notice how short and thin my nails are! My natural nails are thick and long, so I was not so happy to find out that my nails were as thin as paper. She also shaped my nails weird, some were square- which is my normal shape, and some where round, and some oval. So I had to go home and file my nails super short to get my nail shape back.
