This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst salon experiences I have ever had. The pedicure began with the technician using a nail drill directly on my skin, which was painful and completely unacceptable. Throughout the entire service, her nails dug into my feet, making what should have been a relaxing experience genuinely uncomfortable. At one point, she even blew on my feet with her mouth, which was shocking and extremely unhygienic. The "massage" was careless, rushed, and lacked any basic level of skill. When she finished, she tapped my leg, said "you're done," and walked away to sit on her phone. She made no effort to clean her tools, adjust the chair, help me put my sandals on, or ensure my polish was dry--basic expectations at any salon. It got worse after I left. By the time I reached my car, my polish was completely smeared. I had to go out of my way to return, only to receive an even worse result. My nail was cut crooked, and instead of correcting the issue properly, she painted over the original polish without removing it, leaving a messy, uneven finish. To top it off, she made a passive-aggressive comment saying, "See, gel polish lasts longer," which was both unprofessional and inappropriate given the situation. This experience was careless, unhygienic, and unprofessional from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to avoid this salon. I would also like to know that any positive review you see is likely incentivized. They offer a free cuticle oil if you leave them a positive review. read more

Been getting my nails done here for a few months. Went in today for a full set. I got on the website before hand to see the price was $48. When I checked out, I was told my total was $88!!!!! I had $40 in upcharges and not ONCE did the nail tech explain to me that anything would be extra!!!!! $40!!! I mean, if it would have been $10 I probably just would have paid it and not said a word. They even charged me an extra $5 because of the length and I sure wouldn't call them "extra long." Another was due to the pink powder stuff instead of the clear, which I prefer. She didn't ask me what color I wanted, she just did it. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication of their charges. Not to mention the job done was not that great. I really tried to give this salon a fair chance -- three visits to be exact -- but every time, I left disappointed, and the last time was the final straw. The first visit my gel manicure looked sloppy and chipped in just a few days. I brushed it off and thought maybe the tech was just having a rough day. The second visit I explained what happened before and hoped for better, but the tech actually made me bleed severely while cutting my cuticle. I can say the pedicure was decent. I only came back this final time in order for to get two nails fixed from the last mess they left me with, and not only did the guy act like I was inconveniencing him, but he rushed through it and was so obviously talking about me to his coworker. gave them multiple chances, paid full price every time, and still walked out frustrated and, in the end, injured. read more

The one positive I can find left is being open on Sunday. The people at the front desk are always kind and charming. There are several older women, however, seeming so put off by the service they provide, I won't be back. I appreciate speed, but at the cost of being sloppy, I do not. One extra second to remove old color completely is what I imagine most of us prefer before applying a new color. I don't mean a tiny spot missed. I did speak up and was told it will be fine; and the outcome is acceptable. When I look closely enough, though, I can see a tiny edge of my prior color around the cuticles and tips of the majority of my nails. There are other places open on Sundays. Bummer. read more

I typically get a gel mani/regular pedi but I've tried a variety of services and have had a consistently great experience. Tl;dr - Beautiful, clean and HUGE salon - Welcoming and friendly staff - Extensive service menu - ranging from basic to really luxurious - Fairly good polish selection - lots of solid colors, quite a few chrome powders, cat eye/magnetic polish - Super solid quality in terms of a polish/nail service The long version: - When you check in, you fill out a sign in sheet detailing the service you want and can choose a complimentary drink (they have alcoholic and non-alcoholic options). I like that the prices are listed up front on this page so there's no surprises at check out. - I usually never leave with any issues (bubbles, post-service chipping, etc). The one time I noticed missed spots after the fact, they fixed it the next day free of charge. My pedicures are always relaxing - my friend got one of their super upgraded pedicures and had a truly wonderful experience. If you want a solid color mani/pedi, you're in for a treat. - This isn't the best place for nail art (but few places in Oklahoma are) -- I've brought in photos of things and they are more than willing to try it, but it's never quite the way I envision (I'm also very picky!). - Sign up for their text promotions for discounts! read more

Arrived with my daughter, I was having my dip nails removed and a manicure. I paid 40 for a manicure that lasted less than 15 minutes most of the time with me removing my own polish watching the nail artist's eyes dart around, look frustrated and with me feeling awful that I was just there for something simple. No drink offered, no pampering. My daughter's pedicure was slightly better? No pampering, no hot towel, no drink offered as stated. Overall although I have been a repeat customer here and there have been ups and downs spending 84 for sub grade service and technique (and I feel awful saying this). I am very hesitant to return. It was just so disappointing and I came out feeling that I'd paid for a service I didn't receive. Keep looking or go on a Tuesday in the afternoon. read more

Well I found a new nail salon, again. I had seen the signs for this place, but I didn't realize how nice it was until I checked the Yelp reviews and photos. It's new, beautiful, and spotless. I loved the attention to detail Celine paid to my nails. She did a lovely job with my fill, and did an amazing job on the chrome finish I was looking for. She was very careful not to hurt me, and could tell a few places where my nails had previously been filed too low. She paid such close attention to these areas and worked to make sure she wouldn't do further damage or hurt me. I will definitely be back here. I have been here in the past for acrylic nails, and gel on my toenails but this time I came for natural nails. I have been working for months to get my natural nails, very healthy and strong. My nails have been looking amazing and it has been months of me working hard to make sure that my nails healed properly. I haven't put nail polish on my nails in eight months. However, a week ago, I put clear nail polish on my fingers because I was going to an event. I asked her to use nail polish remover instead of the drill to remove the polish and she told me no and was very rude. She used the drill on my natural nails and now they are brittle and soft and they look just as bad as they did when I took my acrylics off eight months ago. She drilled all the way down to the quick on my pointer finger on my right hand and on my thumb on my left hand, she drilled so deep that it hurt and now both of my hands are sore. I am devastated. This is months of hard work completely ruined because she would not listen to me when I was telling her to do it differently and I am in pain.
