I've been going to Thuy for approximately three years now. I remember my very first appointment,…read moreshe was so gentle, and still is! Before her, I used to get anxious before my appointment because I would always be so sensitive afterwards. When Thuy was done, I was waiting for that sensitive feeling, but to my surprise, I never felt anything! Three year's after, still NOTHING!! She's just EXCEPTIONAL at what she does!!! Ladies and gentlemen, if you need any type of waxing done, please don't hesitate, just book your appointment NOW!!! I just came on here today to show support for Estheticians !! During the lockdown it was ROUGH!! I'm used to getting waxed 3-5 weeks depending on my mood. So during that lock down I had three months of growth *inserts jaw dropping emoji* I knew I already appreciated Thuy , and everything that she does to keep me looking fresh on a monthly basis, but I sure did appreciated her MORE when I couldn't come see her !!! I kept asking myself, Why aren't Estheticians essential ?? Don't they know keeping "down there" clean is beneficial to women's health?? I'm sure it's not just me that thinks this way! Buttttt I respect the Governor's orders , but I still think that she's essential! :). Thanks Thuy! See you soon:) #vaginalivesmatter

At first, it is a little bit difficult to find. It is located right next to a barbecue restaurant that has a bit of a bigger sign. There's not much for parking, but it has never been an issue for me to find a spot so far. I love how intimate, private, beautiful and homey her studio is. She takes one client at a time, so you feel very comfortable as soon as you walk in. She times out her appointments perfectly. I've never had to wait, and maybe the one or two times I did- it was never more than 2 minutes. She does her job fast and thoroughly and is very knowledgeable in what she does. She's friendly, honest, genuine, informational and trustworthy. You feel comfortable with her. I usually go for underarm and Brazilian. Underarms are a piece of cake. The Brazilian does hurt. Even after going to her the 8th time, it still hurts... but I'm always happy in the end. Her prices are very fair. Around $10 (if I remember correctly) for underarms and $35 for Brazilian. Very happy with this place.

I've gone to Brittany a few times for a Brazilian. Today I had an appointment and knew I was…read morerunning a little behind because of traffic... so I called 10 minutes before to notify her. She tells me that it's ok and to come anyways. I get there and she waits until we walk into the room to tell me that she won't be able to give me full service and that she can only give me half service because she doesn't have enough time. She tells me that her next client will be there in 20 minutes which is a lie because it take almost a hour to get through a full Brazilian.. I've timed her service in the past. I then ask if she has a grace period in between clients and she tells me no.... she schedules her clients back to back. This definitely doesn't make any sense because she would need to clean the room and get product together for her next client. I declined her "half" service because she was going to charge me full price for a half service. She then tells me that even though she's NOT giving me service that she will be charging me full price. This is not the way to handle a loyal customer who was less then 10 mins late. She's been late herself or even ran out to her vehicle to grab something for herself before her service and I've never questioned her about it but the moment your on time client is late you treat them like this!? She's lost a loyal customer.
