The front desk staff is fabulous and sharp! Payment is made easy by having a card on file. Appointments are never a problem. And getting a discount on your first service was a very pleasant surprise. I can think I am beginning to see the benefits of regular waxing and so I will continue to use their services. They do offer packages. I didn't opt into this service but I may in the future. *Note they do have a 9 min (NINE MINUTE) late rule. Don't be late or you will be rescheduled.
