The best part of the facial was the shoulder and arm rub. That was very nice and relaxing. I don't know that I see any difference with my skin. She didn't do any extractions. If I were to choose once service it would be the massage. All the staff were super friendly and they have a great dressing and waiting room with beverages and snacks which is an extra nice perk.
