I have been coming to Waxx Empire for years! Andrea always does an amazing job on my eyebrows. It's always clean and everyone is friendly. And the reminder texts are super helpful! read more

Painful! Not to mention that the lady is very not understanding that I am new to waxing and did not know the difference between a bikini and a full Brazilian and did not even tell me the price of a full Brazilian. I want to come in and have the rest done and she will not have me on her schedule for another 4 weeks! Terrible customer service. Do not come here! read more

Service is always great and has been super beginner-friendly. Ali is awesome and great at what she does. Have gone back two times now and will continue in the future. The building is a little out of the way, but once inside the vibe is really calm and cute. read more

This was my first visit and everything ran very smoothly. The facility was clean and the staff was kind. I will be back next month for another service. read more

I have been here quite a few times now and I highly recommend going to get any of your wax's done here! It's small but super cute and the staff is warm and welcoming so if it's your first time don't be nervous because they're very professional. I also love the pricing of all the services I believe that it's super reasonable especially when compared to chains like European Wax Center. read more

Andrea rocks! Great conversation and quick! Glad I found her and the waxx room. Highly recommend!

Very nice, clean, comfortable place! Making appointments is so easy. You receive reminders when it's time to schedule your next. I drive 45 mins to go here. Very worth it. read more

We've been seeing Andrea for all our needs for more than 5 years. She is very personal, professional and strikes up an easy conversation. She adds a comforting vibe to an already inviting environment when you walk into the doors. Highly recommend her do all your hair removal needs :). read more

Very professional treatment and I was very pleased. A would highly recommend. They were on time and made me feel very comfortable even though I knew it was going to hurt a little bit to get my back waxed. It really was not bad at all. read more

Love this place ! Sorry to say that although they required face mask for me .... the esthetician was not wearing one ? I'll go back but I'm going to say something the next time... it is a state law! So I thought since the website said to wear a mask until you are called.. It's still the best I've been to so far in Okc.... Thanks for reaching out..... and everyone please be safe. read more

So so soooo disappointed in the service my daughter received this week. She had a brow, chin and neck wax... and is now suffering second - third degree burns all over her face as a result. She emailed the company with respect ... to let them know her experience... and no reply. So please, beware! We are now facing an appointment with a dermatologist to help heal her burns and potential scars. Buyer Beware! Only sharing to help prevent anyone else from suffering the same experience and facial burns. read more

Was my first appointment with this establishment. Have been a very loyal customer at another place for years but they are no longer waxing so I decided to try The Waxx Room. I live close to downtown Oklahoma City so driving north of 33rd in Edmond to get my wax is a bit "out of the way" but saw the reviews and decided to try. Had a 4.15p appointment booked (over a week in advanced) with Andrea. Received the automated text reminders up until the day of my appointment reminding me of said appointment. Unfortunately upon my arrival (at 4.10p) the door was locked and lights were off. Decided to wait a bit to see if anyone might show up. Knowing that Edmond traffic is nuts...to no avail. 4.30 and no one ever came. No one ever called. Very unprofessional. Perhaps look somewhere else if you value your time read more

My first time in a long time waxing and this place was great! Rachel made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions. I was so worried about the pain, but I took a ibuprofen before going in and it really wasn't so bad at all. Rachel did a detailed wax on all the areas I went in for. I feel really confident about going back to her in 4 weeks and recommending her to friends. read more

Just moved to Oklahoma and needed to find a new person to trust with my Brazilian and brow waxing, Amber was amazing! My brows are exactly what I wanted and the tint was the perfect color. I definitely will be coming back! read more

Great employess and service. Got a Brow Wax and Tint in November. Going back this weekend.

Love love love my Waxx room ladies! My first brazilian was done here and I drop in when I am home for a visit. They are definitely worth the hour drive and I always walk out with everything clean and in check! read more

Ali is an eyebrow miracle worker! And I recently got my eyelashes tinted and I love them! (Hard to get perfect for blondes but she did amazing!) Everyone I've met at the shop is kind, professional, and wonderful at what they do. I highly recommend The Waxx Room to all of my friends and family! read more

My daughter had her eyebrows waxed and Emily did a great job. This place was open on a Monday, which is rare in the beauty industry. Highly recommended read more

Love this waxing place! I usually get a Brazilian, cheeks, and back of legs done. I always get waxed by Haley and she does an outstanding job. She really cares about her clients and makes you so comfortable! I definitely recommend getting waxed by her. read more

I absolutely ADORE Ali! I look forward to getting my Brazilian done every month! The establishment and the staff are amazing! It's always a comfortable and inviting environment. This is the first place I ever went for a Brazilian and I would never go anywhere else! 10/10 would recommend this business to anyone looking for a top notch waxing experience!! read more

Ali was fantastic. I enjoyed trying out the Waxx Room for the first time. I was on the hunt for a new spa since my shut down unexpectedly AND to my delight it was a GREAT experience. I have already rebooked for my next visit read more

Love the Waxx Room and have been going for 7 plus years! Amber has always been my "go-to" girl even when I have been living out of state! I highly recommend giving it a try! read more

Im giving this place two stars because I thought the layout and cleanliness were great, exactly as a waxing salon should be. However my experience there won't have me recommending this pace to others or returning again myself. I usually read the yelp reviews before visiting anywhere but this place came on recommendation of a good friend so I took her word for it. When I arrived the staff weren't exactly friendly or professional. I think I got a very unenthusiastic 'hey'. I was ushered into a room (nice room) and asked to undress below the waist. While I was waiting for the girl to return I heard her out front complaining about her boss. She returned and began the wax. I have NEVER been waxed by someone so obviously uninterested in her job or customer. In the end I paid $70 for an incomplete wax. I could have done a better job at home. My skin was ultra irritated and it surprises me they don't use an after wax skin care product for their clients before they shuffle them out the door. I will be returning to my regular waxer immediately. At least there I walked away with exactly what I was paying for. A WAX! read more

I have been coming here for around 6 months and absolutely love it! I have always made my appointments with Taryn and she makes you feel so comfortable! The Waxx Room is clean and they have great products that make your waxing process a breeze! I will never go back to sugaring again! If you need a wax you would be dumb to go anywhere else! read more

Make an appointment anywhere but here. I've had an appointment scheduled for over a month, and they text me an hour and a half before my first appointment to tell me that Holly has to cancel because of a sick kid and want to know if I can reschedule for Monday. I understand that stuff happens, but there are five Estheticians that work at this establishment. I'm sure between the four remaining estheticians, they could have worked in my 4 waxes that takes about an hour to complete. They'll reply to this one star with something about being able to reschedule me for tomorrow or next week. If I needed the services done tomorrow or next week, I would have scheduled them for those days. I've never been to this establishment, nor will I ever now. Kim the owner reached out to me and took care of me. I would give five stars had it not taken a one star review to make things right. read more

Ali was a total pro! I was the first appointment if the day and I showed up 15 minutes early. By then, Ali was ready to go! She did an awesome job on my back and chest! The spa is terrific! Very relaxing, clean, and well appointed! Definitely 5 stars! read more

Just had my face and brows waxed by amber and I'm in love. So painless and she was fab. Totally rebooking with her! My friend has lip waxed for the first time and she was shocked at how painless it was! Highly suggest amber. Thanks girl! read more

Had a great experience! They made me feel comfortable and were thorough and very careful with my sensitive skin. I'll definitely be back!

Been coming here for five years. Love it, love the staff, and any time my regular waxer is unavailable I see another and everything is great. Highly recommend. read more

Rachel did an excellent job. Very detail oriented and much less pain and swelling afterward than I generally have.

I came for a Brazilian wax today with Amber and she is awesome! The place is very clean and friendly. They make sure you are comfortable and check on you often. I will never go elsewhere. Looking forward to then next time. read more

Love The Waxx Room! I live about 2 hours away and it's def worth the drive! All the girls are super nice. I see Taryn for brazilian and under arms. She is wonderful, always does a great job! I leave happy every time! read more

I've been coming here for over a year and I love it. I go to Rachel Harrison every time for a brow clean up and she always takes her time and I leave with brows that aren't over done but look great. So if you're looking for someone who will take their time and make sure you leave with what you want, go to Rachel! read more

After months of growing my eyebrows out I was in need of brow shaping and a tint so I thought. I loved how my eyes brows were shaped and how professional Ali was. I had booked for a tint and instead of just doing it and taking my money she told me I didn't need it. Just filling in my brows a little did the trick! Now that's an honest person! She also did not thin out my eyebrows which was my biggest concern! Will definitely be coming back! read more

Decided to try this place based off other reviews - I was given Holly B. as my provider. Walked in and was immediately at ease! Super cute, clean front desk area - she showed me to the room I would be in - very clean, relaxing atmosphere! I told her my apprehension to trying someone new and past bad experiences - she was super sympathetic and understanding! When I say I didn't feel a thing - I seriously mean - I didn't feel one thing. From the waxing to the tweezing. Quick in and out appointment! I will recommend this place and Holly to any and everyone! I will definitely be making my future appointments with Holly! read more

I wish I had the option to give 6 stars. Ali is the epitome of talent and professionalism. I never thought I would reach the point where I would look forward to a wax appointment, but that time has come. The Waxx Room is always spotless, the staff is kind and professional, and I've never had to wait more that a couple of minutes (if that) for my appointment. Ali is amazing at making you feel comfortable and at ease! I could not recommend her or The Waxx Room more! read more

I absolutely love the Waxx Room! They were the first place I went to for a Brazilian wax and I was super scared, but Holly was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable! I am now a costumer that can't stop going back! You will love them!! read more

I love this place. It's a little whole in the wall that's worth the discovery! So good I almost don't want to share and just keep it to myself! I do not like pain, my first wax was preformed at another place before my wedding, it scared me for life! Now, as I am about to deliver my first born, and can no longer reach my nethers effectively, I had to find some other alternative. I looked online and found this place, expecting to just deal with the pain. Legs spread, belly big, Amber came in to preform my "deed." One wax, two wax, three wax, four wax, it barely hurt. I could talk through the whole thing! Waxing is a breeze!! This place uses professional waxes for different types of skin, so that pain and skin damage do not occur. Lets just say I will be visiting this place every 4wks now. Brazilian waxes are supposed to be unbearable for pregnant women, my experience was amazing! And I am still butter soft 2wks after! read more

I would recommend going to The Waxx Room to any of my friends. The lobby is nice and inviting and everyone I came into contact with made sure I was taken care of while I waited. I'd gotten there pretty early. My appointment was with Rachel and she was super friendly and attentive. I had so many questions and she helped me through every single one of them. She was so patient and made me feel completely comfortable. I really appreciated all of her suggestions and advice and will definitely be seeing her again. read more

Andrea at The Waxx Room is amazing! On a friend's suggestion I came in and as a first and I was so nervous. Andrea put me right at ease and made the experience quick and as painless as I imagine waxing can be! I've been going once a month for almost a year now and I would definitely recommend The Waxx Room to all! read more
