Walked-in this afternoon for an adult pedicure and two children's mani-pedis. They did NOT disappoint, but rather blew our minds with the impromptu artistry we were not expecting, but the kids loved. The salon was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was fast. I appreciated so much how special they made my girls feel. We were there for some fun red, white, and blue nails, and left with fireworks and flags, and glitter. We will be back. read more

Love this place! Came by after seeing an ad on Instagram for their reopening under new management and so glad I went! The grand opening was awesome, they had snacks and drinks, and overall vibe was awesome. Place is super clean, and has a modern look to it. But most of all - the people are so friendly. I came back 2 weeks after because I loved the service! First time round, I came for a gel manicure and pedicure. Second time back my gel manicure was chipped and pretty grown out so I went for builder gel and y'all. Builder gel is LIFE changing. My nails are genuinely the prettiest they have been, and the nail tech, David, put so much effort into making sure it was perfect too. All I had to do was show inspo pictures of the nails I wanted, and boom - David totally nailed it within the hour. And every single person in the shop were so supportive and so nice about recommendations too. All in all, would totally go back!! read more

I used to really love this place and really loved my service provider. But the last three times I've come my appointment has been at least 30+ mins behind (a thing that never used to happen) and it seems as though no one seems to care about that. I hope the new management does a better job with this. read more

I've gone to this salon close to 10 times... & they are nice and it was reasonably priced so I kept going even though one time they were taking off my acrylics and ripped half my nail off and it was bleeding and very painful. From then on it was very painful every time they did that nail but I got a 10% discount... so I guess that made up for ripping off half my nail. My last straw was when they had always charged me $40 for a full set and $35 for a fill. They all of sudden started charging me $40 for a fill and $50 for a full set. I asked why the change and they said it had always been that way because it's $5 to shape them and $5 to take off the old set. They've never charged me for that before. It's okay to charge whatever you want but you need to be transparent BEFORE the service is done. It is not clearly listed on your price menu and it's not told to you when you decide to shape your nail an oval instead of a square... I'd choose somewhere else read more

Update: two hours after i got home from the salon today, i had to carry some stuff for a trip. I accidentally dropped something and my hand flung and barely hit a door and three of my nails cracked. Its ridiculous how thin they made my nails. I went back to get them fixed and a different tech fixe them for me and even she said they were too thin. She made those thicker so now my nails are not the same. Another update, I've been blowing and tying balloons all night and both my thumb nails have cracked. Few of my cuticles are completely ruined...my skin around my nail looks horrible. Will never go back to this place ever again. Original: I've been trying to find a new salon since i didn't want to drive far and this one is right by my neighborhood. The salon itself is nice. I went there three weeks ago for the first time to get dip mani. The technician who did my nail was nice. The machine she uses to grind my old polish off burned me a couple of times but it wasn't too bad. She did a good job shaping the way I wanted but I had to keep telling her that one was too long, crooked and didn't match my other nail. I ended up fixing it myself when I got home. I went back today and specifically made a reservation with the same technician. She got my skin with that machine again and i ended up having to tell her it hurts real bad cuz she kept getting at it and she would turn the power lower and say it's cuz my cuticles were sensitive. It ended up bleeding and then she proceeded to put the nail glue over it.... what?! And also one of my nails needed a tip and it was the messiest glue job ever. I was very disappointed and highly annoyed that she knicked four of my skin bed of my fingers. I ended up having to just file my nails to the shape I wanted when i got home because i had told her the length wasn't correct and that my nails were crooked. I feel like another technician might be better but I probably will not be returning to this place. read more

Everything is reasonably priced and I have no complaints, I'm super happy with the results. Went in with my sister and mom and the lady that did mine was done with my pedi AND dip nails by the time my mom and sister were done with just their pedi. (we all started the same time) She was extremely rude and kept rushing . Terrible job , I asked her to grind down the dip because she made it so thick she cut 3 of my fingers with her grinder . And scarred one. Also note she kept texting and answering phone calls . By far the worse experience ever for me. I also hate to leave a bad review, but my nails turned out awful! The lady was very nice but I had a ton of the solution they use for dip around/under my nails after the service that I had to pick off. I had been meaning to take pictures earlier but I got busy and a week and a half later my nails are all chipped off with the dip that usually lasts me another week at minimum. They also didn't go all the way to the cuticles and my nails were very bumpy and scratched up when I first got them done. Very unfortunate.. read more

Beautiful location and interior. Staff is very kind. Great variety of colors to choose from. unfortunately pretty bad products that they use. I went in for dip on my fingers since I had been hearing such positive things about how long it lasts, how it's better for your nails, etc.... it lasted about a week. My coworker went after myself and got a gel mani + pedi. hers did the same thing. TOTALLY STINKS. must be the type of top coat they're using. hope they can fix it soon! read more

I went in with an open mind and to get an eyebrow and lip wax. I was disappointed as they weren't very friendly or professional. I also didn't feel like the salon was very clean. One lady was eating lunch in one of the pedicure chairs and the lady who waxed me stuck her fingers in her tennis shoes to put them on, didn't wash before waxing me, and used those same fingers to use my face as a hand rest while she waxed me. She even stuck them through my lips once. YUCK. I won't be back. The wax wasn't very good either. She drug the wax all over my face. read more

So I went in and was just going to do a full set acrylic but decided to do a pedicure as well. Based on their book the pedicure was a classic and it was $25 and the full set I believe was $20. I did not get a manicure just the full set. The lady doing them was really nice but I just felt like she was rushing and hurt me a couple of time nothing major though as I do have some what sensitive feet. We get done with the pedicure and she is doing my full set and again really feeling rushed and kinda being rough with my nails and I had to tell her that one of the tips was really crooked (which it happens no bid deal). Then the tell me the total and it was 80 before the 20% discount. Which is usually the price when I get a deluxe pedicure and a manicure with dip at the other salon I go to. I thought I'd try this new place out since it's closer to my home! Well I pay $69 and go on because I'm not one to be confrontational but then I got home realized that one of my nails was half shiny and half matte looking, and then on my thumb nails my nail wasn't even filed down to match the coffin shape, and then and another nail I have a huge globe of acrylic stuck under neath that is stuck to my skin. As far as the pedicure it looks good but my cuticles are cut up and my toes are so sore. They have admitted on my review on their Facebook page that I was overcharged and that they do not offer refunds but I could come in and get the manicure and pedicure equivalent to what I paid. and they have now deleted their Facebook page! read more

When I went in to get my nails done with my granddaughter, we went in at 2:30 and for the four of us to get our feet done and their nails it too 5 hours, they also cut each one of them when doing their nails, and just put super glue on it and moved on. They made on of them bleed. Over all a bad experience. read more

They really can't do nails in this place. For one, it's rushed and not of quality. Secondly, they don't even give you a chance to browse colors without pressuring you to get a gel color. Like damn, relax. Anyways, the facility is clean and decor is lovely. Other than that, the work is not good at all and it wasn't a friendly atmosphere. read more

I really enjoyed my manicure from here! I don't get acrylics as I like using my natural nails, but they made them look amazing! I would put pictures but it has been over 2 months since I had gone and I decided not to get my nails done again because I missed being able to type haha. I would definitely go again 10/10! read more
