Just down the street, I took my 5 year old for a mommy daughter mani/pedi on a Saturday afternoon. I had the POSH signature Pedicure. It was very relaxing and the whole service was wonderful. It has been a while since my last pedicure, and there was much to be done. I left with perfectly painted toes and felt amazing. $45.00 My daughter enjoyed her first mani/pedi. David did a great job trimming and polishing her ticklish toes. He added extra glitter polish, much to her delight. David painted cute hearts and flowers on her fingers and she was elated. $35.00. As my pedicure took a bit longer than her mani/pedi, I came back a few days later for a gel manicure. Shannon was wonderful and remembered my name. I love this shop. Have come here off and on for many years when I am in this neighborhood. Shannon fit me in for a pedi and it was very pleasant. She only had time for a basic, but our conversation was enjoyable and her work was quick and beautiful. Left feeling relaxed and better equipped to face this hard ol' world! I told her I was going to give her 5 stars and another customer said to mention she is great at facial waxing "I won't let anyone else do it," she said. A basic was $26 and still included some reflexology and massage that will make you say "awwww" in a good way. Try it. read more

I went to this salon after being recommended by a friend. My normal tech isn't doing nails anymore. I hate giving only two stars because everyone in the salon was super nice but I am very unhappy with the quality of my nails. I had dip powder done but had to go back less than a week because they were lifting and were getting caught in my hair. They fixed it...or so I thought. I had to go back on 7/29 because they are lifting/coming off and getting caught in my hair again. The "fix" is thick and just doesn't feel right. I get that they are more than willing to fix it but I haven't even gotten a full week out of my nails when I normally get three. I'm not saying this is a bad salon but I've been getting dip powder nails for a while and have never had issues like this. read more

Another day, another dollar. Another chance to find a nail salon I don't hate. Came in yesterday with my mom, sister and our dad for mani-pedis. (Dad only gets a pedi). In the plus column: The salon is clean with new chairs and feels pretty upscale. No dreaded TVS, just a local FM station playing at low levels over a speaker system. Shannon and Michelle are attentive, considerate, and have an eye for detail. My mani and pedi were both perfect and I'm very happy with my nails. In the minus column: It's fairly small, and being there on a Saturday afternoon was a little stressful. Eventually every pedicure chair, mani station, and waiting chair was full. Good for business, but I could tell the staff was pushed to their limit. Phones ringing, self important women trying to get a walk-in (see below), people bringing kids in. I think they need to pay someone to work as a receptionist/guest check-in person on Saturdays. Also, the guy that did my mom's nails was really rough with her, and either could not or would not communicate with her. She wanted acrylic nails, which he provided, but he did them the same length as her regular nails, rather than adding length. If she had known they would be short, she would have just done gel nails. He hurt her during the process, and since she couldn't get him to speak to her, she couldn't get him to be more gentle. I had him do my pedi rather than continue with my mom. I have no problem speaking up (clearly). I felt bad that she didn't have a good experience, since it was supposed to be a fun little nail party for all of us. Bonus: I loved watching these really entitled women walk in, sign their name in the book, and then be shocked to learn there were people with appointments ahead of them, and they might have to wait a long time. Yes, face lift lady, you have to make an appointment if you need your nails done on Saturday at 2p. Oh, the whole world doesn't kowtow to you? So sorry. Pick up the phone and make an appointment - I promise it's not that hard. read more

Worst pedicure experience ever. 1. Lady cut my cuticle and I bled. She put some liquid on it without saying a word- no apology, no identifying what it was even. I grabbed it to see what it was after not getting any answer. 2. Another employee turned on the water for the adjacent tub and the nozzle started wildly spraying, getting me and most of my possessions wet. Accidents happen, but my lady was too busy running my card to notice, and even though other employees were there- including the one who did the spaying- no one offered me a towel. I had to ask for one. 3. They start cleaning thre floor while I am gathering my things, eager to get out. My lady didn't even put the plastic shoes on me, but I got some and stepped onto the floor, only to slide and fall down. Several apologies from the man who seemed to be the manager, but no offer to comp this horrid experience. I did say he should comp and then left. read more

I'm truly surprised this nail salon doesn't get better reviews. I absolutely love it! I had a salon I loved going to, but got tired of my shellac manicure not even lasting a week without chipping. Now that I'm getting my nails done here, my manicures last the full two weeks. Although they accept walk-ins,I highly recommend making an appointment as they fill up fast! Shannon does my nails, but Nicole seems to be really good as well and has a lot of repeat clients. read more

Came by here today to try to get my nails done after working. Their hours posted on their door said they were open until 7pm, and since it was only 5:30 I thought I had plenty of time. The lady who was going to help me with my nail service asked what I would like do and what I currently had done, she walked off to go prepare for my service. Not 2 minutes later the lady came back and informed me she didn't have time to do my nails and asked me to come back tomorrow. They only had 2 other customers in the salon, and it was clear they did not care about walk-in business. read more
