Came to Cassidy nails as a way to relax with my brother. He had just had a pretty extensive medical procedure and had been in recovery for a few weeks. We were looking for a way to relax after a hectic time. We decided to get a pedicure! I called ahead to ask if they took walk ins and let them know we'd be there soon. When we walked in, the staff was friendly and took us right away. The location is pretty big and the nail color selection is extensive. After picking my color, we sat down and the staff started working on us immediately. I let th know this was my brothers first pedi and the women took extra time to explain the steps with him. Typical nail salon with gorgeous chandelier. Tons of parking and space in salon for clients. Prices average ($30 for basic pedi.) Techs do not talk to you and also I've been in this chair waiting for 45 mins. One woman just walked out. Next they tried to get me to put my feet in ice cold water. No! Now an argument is ensuing on who was next (me) but the tech refused and took other lady. I am a first time customer and totally understanding the negative reviews. Now Hannah is working on me (she is nice) but took over one hour to begin pedi with no warning of delay. Five more people walked out. I won't return on a Saturday. I moved from Boston to Oklahoma about 4 yrs ago and had tried 3 different salons prior. A co-worker suggested I go to Cassady Nails that I wouldn't be disappointed. Well she was absolutely correct. I was immediately greeted when I walked through the door, I was asked what service I wanted, I explained I had my nails done at another salon and I was not happy with the results. First impressions The salon was very clean, with a relaxing atmosphere. I was seated at Van's table and she made my nails look fabulous, working with the public I see a lot of people daily- I need them to look good. I have natural nails with a thin acrylic overlay with Gel polish. I have continued to return to Van as she is "THE BEST". I get compliments on my nails all the time and I recommend Cassady Nails whenever they ask where I get my nails done. I have never been disappointed with the service or quality. The pedicures are great - you have options to choose from if you don't want just the traditional pedicure. All the utensils are sterilized and are stored in sterilized bags. I return every 5-7 weeks and when I return, my nails are almost as good as when I walked out - no fading or chipping. All the staff is very friendly and courteous whichever day I go in. I do know some salons require you to make appointments, with my schedule it is some what difficult to do. When I call to set something up to come in - I usually am able to get my desired time within 30 minutes of my choice. I give Cassady Nail Salon 5 stars because it is well deserved. read more

My experience was just okay. Staff overall was friendly but my nail tech wasn't really interactive with me. I wasn't really offered anything such as water. Wasn't really greeted by my tech. The male tech up front was very nice tho. I waited about 15 mins as a walk in for a pedi. it wasn't too bad. I didn't mind it. But I will say my nails weren't in the best shape as you can see in the photos. It was very messy and clumpy in some areas. Salon was clean and they were busy. Mark worked on my feet while I visited for a pedicure, he explained to me I had "4 ingrown toenails" that needed to be removed. I can't believe I let him remove them, 3 out of the 4 weren't even bothering me. My big toe got infected after he removed it- I had to be put on antibiotics and get a permanent ingrown toenail removal on two toe nails today because of what he did! DON'T GO THERE, they aren't qualified to remove ingrown toenails and shouldn't be doing it! read more

I have had a hard time finding a good nail tech in okc. I have been here twice and I like this place. The people are very nice. The lady did my nails this last time and she did them perfect!! One of my pet peeve's is when they do not paint all the way to my cuticle so it looks like I already need a fill when I walk out of there. Look how perfect she did my nails! I went in to get my acrylic nails removed and they rushed through the whole thing and I ended up having to buffer my own nail and then walked out and THERE WAS STILL a layer of acrylic on my nails. Costumer service isn't the best, and neither are the nails. My cuticles were not pushed back right and my nails weren't even fully painted. Before starting on my polish. the guy asked if i wanted gel polish (which i couldn't afford). I continued to say no and he started applying regular polish, after he did the first layer of polish on my nails he told me to put my hand by the fan because we wouldn't be doing this is it wasn't for me not choosing gel polish. It's been 3 days and my nails already look like they need a fill. Also, the person doing my nails almost seemed distracted, he kept getting up randomly and walking around looking at what the other costumers were getting/doing. read more

I have gone to them for years and they have been in a steady decline. I decided to give them one more chance. I went in for a full set and I wanted coffin shape, well the nail tech decided that he wanted to do what he wanted. No one offered water and I don't care what language a person speaks you can tell when someone is talking crap. When it was time to pay I asked how much it was because my dad was going to pay but he didn't have his reading glasses to tip so I would have to write it. Well the nail tech basically shooed me away to not worry about it. They didn't end up getting a tip because of it. They are so rude and will probably close down soon. read more

I will never go back here again. I've never been treated so rudely. Are used to go here all the time I don't know what's changed but they are so rude now and they've added a $15 extra for gel nail polish and I've always paid $80 for my nails and toes total but today it was 100. . Which is all fine but if you're going to charge $15 extra for gel, nail polish should not be something you tell the customer whenever they get gel nail polish. If you don't care about being treated, like nothing and getting talked about then go here. Only person nice there is Hannah everyone else will be rude talk about you then they will be rough with you the whole time! My friend and I were walk-in and noticed a huge wait. Even those with appointments were being served about 30 minutes behind schedule. The facility itself was clean, tidy, and nice. The hot stone massage portion of my treatment was nice and they did an awesome job dealing with the calluses on my feet. Sadly, the service leaves some to be desired. They managed to leave a few spurs on my friends nails, half of a toenail of mine undone, and forgot the 'hot towel' portion of my friends deluxe mani. When we mentioned them leaving out a service and her not wanting to pay the full price, they attempted to reseat us as new clients. Phenomenal.... Absolutely amazing! I feel like a new man after getting a manicure and pedicure. I can't say I've ever had my legs feel so relaxed and my hands and prim and proper. I just walked in and was able to be seen right away. My professional took great care of me and let me just relax. I kept my headphones in, my vape on standby, and let her work her magic and allow me to relax and just be. I didn't talk nor was interrupted once while relaxing. The atmosphere was very relaxed and was clean, which is a major plus. Other than that, it was a nice salon that knew it didn't need to be all "fancy." The wife and I had the day off with no children!! We went out shopping, to a great lunch, and then we had pedicures!! This nail place had just a few reviews on Yelp but they were rocking reviews and my wife and I agreed with them! I had the spa pedicure, $25 -$2 for Yelp check-in and they did a great job and even included a great hot stone massage, sugar scrub, my feet and toes were so happy!! Then they viciously pulled each of my toes violently until they each cracked like gun fire and some of the other clients screamed dropping to the floor thinking it was a drive by shooting..... Well, I can only say, the toe jerking description is an entire tale just for your amusement. I had to do something unforgettable for my 200th review!! read more

Yay! I'm happy to be the first person who writes a review for Casady nails. I visit here probably 2 times a year. I love getting my nails done. Every time I visit I ALWAYS stop by over here. From what I have heard is that they have been open for a very long time and it is under new management. The guy who owns the nail salon makes me feel very welcomed along with the nail techs. The place is very clean with many spa chairs. Last visit I had a pedicure and a french gel manicure. The nail techs name was Hannah she did a wonderful job on my fingernails. She took her time which i loved! The lines were perfect. I can't help it but I am a very picky person and multiple times I have had bad experiences with nail salons. Where they would give me literally little children to do my nails. Don't base me on my baby face and think I would not know. Polish on my cuticles are not cute and not so on point brush strokes are a no no. This is why I visit them everytime I am visiting thank you for taking the time on me Casady nails. This place was clean and Van did a wonderful job with my pedicure. The color selection is ok, not great. And it's not as luxurious in ambiance as some other popular places. However, I trust I won't get a toenail fungus here, because it was so clean and I saw Van dump the instruments out of an autoclave bag. I got the Deluxe Pedicure, which was well worth the extra $10. I went into this salon on a Sunday. It was pretty busy but I didn't have to wait long which was nice. It seemed clean from what I saw and they had a ton of gel colors to choose from. Unfortunately, my gel manicure lasted less than a week so I doubt I'll be going back. read more
