The quality of their work is abysmal at best. The dipping powder full set I got started cracking and chipping less than a week after getting them done. I got my nails done here about a week and a half ago and the shape and everything looked fine. However, after a couple of days, my thumb nail cracked and other nails did throughout the week. I believe it's because the person who did my nails made them super thin. On top of this the person that did my nails didn't necessarily give me options to choose from. I had a certain color on that I wanted again and she was just pulling different powders and the one that I thought looked very similar to the color turned out not to be that color. I'm really disappointed in how they turned out. I do not recommend coming here to get your nails done at all. read more

We booked the day before and got in as a group of three for manicures and pedicures. The service was amazing. They have since upgraded all of their setup so the chairs are so comfortable and the manicure desks are bright and clean! My nails were done by Miss Nancy. I loved the look of my nails and the design done! I asked for something and she free handed it. I am in love!!! I recommend her for sure!! When I have had a nail chip, she was the one I went to and got it fixed. I love the customer service here! I know nail salons typically carry a heavy smell of acetone upon entrance but that is not the case here. It is very clean!! Go go go! I randomly stopped at this nail salon on my way home from work. I had not realized they don't use acrylic (which is what I usually get) but I decided to stay and try the dip anyways. A young lady named Nancy took care of me and did my nails. She did a really great job. I enjoyed doing the dip and I even got a mini massage at the end. I was also explained why dip is healthier for my nails which I appreciated since I had no knowledge on what dip was or why it was used. I will definitely be coming back! I would also like to include that this salon was very clean when I arrived and since I was one of the last clients there I was able to see their cleaning process for closing and let me tell you, THEY DEEP CLEAN! read more

They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my nails since I wanted my shape to be more rounded as to not poke my newborn. I didn't know there could be that big a difference b/t chairs, but these had this wonderful kneading-only setting that went up and down the entire back and it felt awesome. I partook in a deluxe spa pedi and a basic manicure - The pedi was great and came with a hot-towel wrap AND a stone massage. My gal (Kim?) was METICULOUS with my basic mani - I don't think I've ever had someone pay such attention to my cuticles, which is mui appreciated by me, since that's the primary reason for getting a mani. I even decided to have my fingernails painted (for like the first time in a decade) - Going to a Marci gras party this next weekend, so felt my favorite "unicorn" color (pink, but turns blue-purple in different lighting) would be appropriate for my soon-to-be parting hands - And I was right! LOVE it! Also love the fact that my gal didn't talk to me - I got to just relax and play games on my phone and not have to worry about small talk - Some are fans of chatty-Kathy's - I am not. In fact, the whole place was joyously quiet and peaceful. Total (sans tip) was $50, so right on par with other salons. I'm so bummed! This was my absolute favorite place to get my toes done. They have updated the look however I was stunned that the person could not do a basic design...just a flower. Then could barely do a French pedicure. I have always had the best service and today was so shockingly poor. The massage, callus scrub...the overall experience was very below expectations. Maybe because she was older. A nice person but poor skill set. The owner was rude, which I had never experienced. The husband was very kind and I shared with him. I received the worst set of nails in my life from this salon. I got them done for vacation and one broke literally 3 hours after getting them. I was able to go get it fixed that day before leaving but the very next morning while I was away on vacation another nail broke while washing my hair! I was doing nothing strenuous, nothing they should have caused these nails to break. They were just poorly done and poor quality. The day I got back from vacation I wanted to get the nail fixed but they gave me such a hassle and I had to wait 2 days. After that correction the VERY NEXT DAY another nail broke while eating dinner and barely tapping it against a plate. I went to get that fixed and these people were already taking so much time away from me and they charged this time for the repair. I was quoted a price and they charged me more once I was there but I paid it went about my way. The VERY NEXT DAY 2 nails broke. One while opening a cabinet and one while buttoning jeans. These nails were awful and brittle and literally lasted for less than a week. The pedicure I received was also subpar and the eyebrow wax was a joke. It looked like nothing had been done. I wasted over $100 here and they should have offered to completely fix their poor work but did not. I will not be back and will find a new salon that takes more pride in their work. read more

Even though the store has "walk-ins welcome" on the window, they in fact do not welcome walkins. I came in at 5, they close at 7 and they declined a walk-in since we didn't have an appointment.
