We were looking for a step up to our regular pedicure place. A place that offered a little more luxury to the pedicure experience without paying an arm and a leg. Well, we found it at Royalty Nail Spa! First off, everyone was very nice and helpful. The pedicure massage chairs were luxurious with many advanced options, including a head massage and heat and air. Most times, those massage chairs hurt my mid and lower back, but these chairs did not. They were perfect! We got the Signature Royalty Pedicure. They quickly put a warm, scented wrap around our necks, then got to work on our feet and legs. Everything was amazing. At the end, we moved to a regular floor chair for a neck massage with lotion scented with tea tree oil, and it was the ideal finish to the pedicure. We will definitely be going back! read more

First time my mom and I went it was great, the 2nd time we went I had asked for a sunflower on my big toe, they tried passing off a regular simple dot flower that all basic nail salons do, when I said something they said they didn't know hat a sunflower was so I showed them, they said they couldn't do one without it being gel so I told them nvm on the design, they then brought over these cheap temp tattoo like stickers of sunflowers, was okay with it but once they are on the nail you can tell how cheap they look. The one doing my moms pushed her into doing gel polish and was refusing to answer when my mom would ask how much more. I have been coming here for a couple of months and I love it each time. I get gel manicure and pedicure every two weeks and Tom is amazing. Trey did my nails. They don't look bad but I've received better. To start off, they made me wait for 15 about minutes before the started off the soaking off process for my previous dip set I received at another location. when trey started applying the dip powder, I've honestly never seen someone move as fast as him and not in a positive way. It was stressing me out a lot because the application was very messy and I understand that sometimes you do need to trust the process but I knew not to just from his application method. I even voiced how fast he was going and i was pointing out the lumps that were forming for the excess amount of powder being applied and his response was "I've been doing this for 22 years" then he laughed. I don't care how long anyone has been doing nails. It's possible to still not be able to give your best work even after 22 years.. he added too many powder layers and made it even worse by adding 1 too many layers of a clear coat. I do not like when my nails look like bubbles which then makes the square shape disappear entirely. I wish he would have slowed down and taken his time. He gave me a $5 discount for making me wait but that doesn't really change the way the nails look.. on top of everything I've mentioned, I asked for black.. this looks like an offset black in person or possibly a midnight blue. I asked for solar nails and they put a solar powder over my nails then painted them with gel polishing. That is not how you do solar nails. Your color is your powder. There is no nail polish involved. Also the polish doesn't even cover all the nail. There's gaps all around my toes and fingers. Literally one of the worst nail jobs I've ever had. These nails won't last on me with stupid gel polish. Not only that a basic pedicure and full set was $95. The pedicure was supposed to be $28 and the full set solar $55. I'm writing this as I still sit in there chair, because even though I started at the same time as my mom, and got the same pedicure, I was somehow done way before her. I got here, and my pedicure was done about 10 minutes later, so you can imagine how not great it was. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Instead of getting me fresh scrub, they grabbed one that had been sitting out for a while. Then, when they painted my nails, they also painted part of my toe, and went ahead and cured it. She then realized what she did and instead of getting cotton and acetone, she scraped it off my skin with a blade! So now I'm sitting here in pain while my mom gets a massage, that I didn't get. If I got to decide prices, I'd pay $15 AT THE MOST for this. I mean I guess it's nice that they have good massage chairs so I can get something out of this while I sit around.
