I discovered Nail Forum after trying several nail salons in the area. Within minutes of my first visit, I knew that I had found my forever salon. I arrived for my appointment with the remnants of an acrylic manicure from my previous salon. The staff at Nail Forum greeted me, immediately making me feel welcome. My new nail tech, Pa, took the time to explain the issue and we started over with new acrylic on my nails. I left the salon after an amazing experience and beautiful, perfect nails. Yes, perfect. After two weeks, it was time for another manicure (though my nails were still flawless). I'd scheduled a pedicure, as well, and brought my boyfriend along for a pedicure. He had an upgraded pedicure featuring CBD products; mine was a collagen pedicure. We both loved our pedicures! My second manicure was another wonderful experience - my nails once again looked flawless. Pa and the rest of the Nail Forum staff were so kind to me and my boyfriend, and the salon is very clean - not at all chaotic or unpleasant. Quick note: As of mid-summer 2023, Nail Forum has new owners. I visited after the ownership change. I very highly recommend this salon! read more

The staff was so amazing, we were crunched for time to make it to dinner reservations and we came from out of town. They let us get ready in the bathroom and helped walk us out to our car late at night. Great atmosphere and great service!!! The gorgeous nails are just a plus, they really paid attention to detail and took their time and I am so thankful for that! read more

This is THE place to go in Edmond! Prices are very reasonable and staff is very gentle and friendly. I am so glad I finally found my place!!

Sadly, the pedicure I received wasn't great. I got home afterwards and still had a ridge around my heel. And to top it off, they now charge you to use any debit/credit cards, which wasn't mentioned when I called to make the appointment. read more

This place used to be the "go-to" nail salon on that side of town and it makes me sad they have let themselves go. Driving here I passed several salons in a two mile radius so I wish they would have kept up with the competition. This place was a little dirty and smelled like cigarettes but I think it was because of the man working being a smoker. My daughter and I went there for pedicures and she was super excited. I'm not sure if they only have one type of pedicure there but I wasn't offered a menu or asked what kind of pedicure I wanted. This wasn't the end of the world at all but a little disappointing. My daughters fingernail polish and toenail polish didn't even make it home until it started to flake off. She was pretty upset and I can't say I blame her. I also a review about them charging you an additional fee for using a credit card and this is true but they don't tell you. The lady told me my total and handled me a receipt for almost $3 more. I'm fine with paying the fee but either have it posted or factor it into the price of the services. This place overall just makes me sad because it isn't what it used to be. read more

I tried this place with hopes of giving them a high review. I have a beautiful place that I normally visit, but I was having dinner nearby and decided to try it. I saw the other 1 star review, thought it was ridiculous and I know how much low reviews can hurt businesses. Unfortunately, my experience was awful. I was less than impressed by the dirty space, dated decor, and dingy dressed employees. My services were, not great, not terrible. I asked for a dip and a pedicure. Upon check out I was quoted $73. I asked how my service was priced. A man became extremely loud and defensive immediately. He was unable to show where the prices came from. He said that i received a manicure, dip and pedicure. Three separate services although I only asked for two Apparently the dip and manicure were priced separately and even though I did not ask for a manicure, I was given one and somehow it was my fault that I was given a service that i did not ask for. He said that next time ask for "dip only". I said I asked for a dip and a pedicure. He somehow decided that I should have know that I was going to be charged for a service that I did not ask for, nor did I receive. I did have a woman who filed my nails, I'm guessing this was the manicure? When she asked if I'd like a massage I said no. Because I did not want a manicure. The pricing on the wall did not reflect the pricing that I was quoted, nor did the pamphlet that the angry man tried to pull out as proof of pricing which he stuffed back into the cabinet without showing me after he looked at it and realized that he couldn't prove why he was pricing the way he was. TERRIBLE customer service. With a dirty space that needs a serious update and service providers who are behind on current industry education, they can not afford to treat people so rudely. There are several much nicer nail salons in the Edmond area. Obviously they are inflating their prices due to a lack of business. If they took better care of their space and clients, they wouldn't have this issue. read more

First, my manicurist was amazing. I loved my mani/pedi. If my review was just based on that, they'd get five stars. Wine in a stem glass, and lining for the pedicure bowl for sanitary assurance? Even better! And it felt more private than some larger nearby locations. I was thinking, YAY! I found the perfect spot! But the guy was smoking pot in the back. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt; I mean, this is a business, so it can't really be happening, right? We are in a nice part of town, surely I'm imagining things. Oh, it was happening. He smelled so strongly of it. Went to the bathroom and came out and saw it in his hand. There were kids in there, too. Even if it didn't bother me, I can't be around illegal substances for professional reasons. But it bothered me, too. So brazen! Keep your illegal and smelly life choices out of your workplace. What started as a nice outing ended up feeling trashy. I left as soon as I could and will not be going back. read more

I wanted to get a shellac manicure, which should have been easy enough, but the attitude of the nail tech ruined the experience for me. The woman looked annoyed when I came in, and when I sat down she grabbed my hand and rolled her eyes and said "why are your nails so short?!?!" Well. I've bitten my nails my whole life in times of high stress. When my nails are painted, it helps with the biting. Which is why I came to the salon. Her hateful attitude made me embarrassed and self conscious, when it was supposed to be a beauty treatment for self care and a confidence boost. Not only did she insult me and act extremely annoyed the whole time, she rushed through the manicure and the manicure looks sloppy. I will never return to this salon. I do not recommend. You can get a better manicure and much better customer service at any other nail salon in town. Very disappointed. read more

Nail Forum is a little gem in west Edmond. This is a very clean place and I love they use plastic liners in the tubs for our protection. Pa is especially wonderful. She gives great leg and foot massages and pays attention to detail. Very professional. read more

The salon is clean, everyone is friendly, and I mean they provide the WINE!!!! The owners are so wonderful and ensure they have the best staff around !!!!! My group went for pedicures at Nail Forum yesterday and I would highly recommend this establishment to all. I called the day before and they were able to book an appointment for four pedicures at 3pm on a Saturday. I've been to other salons that say I have an appointment, but I've still had to wait. Not here! We came 5 mins early and were in side-by-side chairs as soon as we had picked our colors. They also had enough staff to do all of our pedicures at the same time, which again, had not been possible at other salons I've visited. Every member of the staff was friendly, curteous, and professional. Additionally, and probably most importantly, they salon was clean and the hygiene was evident. A++++ read more

Love this place. I love that when you book an appointment that they honor your time. Whenever I walk in my water is already poured and the massage chair is on and usually my red wine waiting in a huge glass :) prices are reasonable as the little perks like scrubs and hot towels are included and always great customer service!!!!! read more
