From the moment I called to make an appointment, the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I booked a facial and a lymphatic massage. The provided spa robes were comfy and the relaxation area is truly a treat. I've never had a facial before and Allee made sure it won't be my last! The massage with Marianne was also wonderful. For the price of the package I was GIFTED, it should have been a great experience. The woman who did my facial was so dismissive and basically rude. My other service workers were fine. The people working at the front desk genuinely made me uncomfortable. They were loud and crass. I wish I could have liked this space. I wish this place was full of kind people. I don't normally leave reviews. I own a business and it's so unfortunate how people are nowadays. However nothing about the staff here is rude. When you read reviews remember they could just be having a bad day and projecting on others. I've been here several times and everyone is amazing. The front desk girls once took 3 tangled necklaces of mine and untangled them while I was relaxing. It would've taken me hours and the frustration. Ugh Those girls untangled them all just to be nice. A little weak on the massages. I'm pretty direct and tell them I like it deep, so a solid rub isn't especially conducive. The girls at the front only look at you to check in/out if they have to. For a business, you should have these folks be the most welcoming. Just kind of uppity girls these days. I shouldn't have to stand there when I am the only customer and there are three employees doing nothing but avoiding eye contact. Disappointing, considering I would give it over five stars for my appointment, which was a facial. I truly am not one to complain (See previous reviews), but for the price you pay for their services, I expect them to go above and beyond. read more

My boyfriend and I enjoyed the Harmony for two today and it was AMAZING. From the moment we stepped in the the hours later when we left, we enjoyed every second of it! We started with a salt scrub and then the shower and it was a great way to start the day! Followed by an awesome couples massage, lunch was served as we got to dine in our robes and we finished with amazing facials. I had Athena and I loved her for the first half of my day and my dad ended with Lucia giving me an unbelievable facial! My boyfriend had Lanesia and Tammy and was just as just as happy! We both HIGHLY recommend this spa and this service as we had a romantic, relaxing day and we feel refreshed and amazing at our dinner! Bought a 'Parisian', a $250 package online as a gift for my wife, only to find out that they aren't able to actually perform the services until 2 months later. Some services are marked as unavailable online but not this one was not, so they gave the impression it was reasonably available. I requested a refund because who wants to wait months to get the service they paid upfront for? I was immediately told that wasn't possible. And yeah, it says gift cards are non-refundable, but it is ***absolutely*** possible to refund for services you aren't offering or able to honor in anything close to a timely manner. Do you really think you win business by cash-grabbing my $250? This is a bad faith policy. I would still have wanted to come back another time or for another holiday if the service was simply unavailable and I was treated fairly. Now I want nothing to do with you. Avoid! read more

Amazing spa experience. Athena does the best firm/deep pressure massages. She even has warm booties that she puts on your feet if you requested. She doesn't try to talk but is still friendly, allows you to relax and unwind. Everyone in the spa is so professional and kind to make your experience wonderful. Only downside on this place would have to be the parking it can be super tight! If you drive a big SUV I suggest parking a bit away so you can get out! read more

Absolutely loved our experience here. My friend and I had a girls day and we treated ourselves to the Riviera II spa package and it was HEAVEN. The ambiance was very relaxing and the staff is so friendly. We were greeted with champagne and had a chance to just sit, chat and relax between each service. We never once felt rushed. I had Brandy for my salt scrub and as my massage therapist. She tailored the entire massage to treat what was bothering me the most. She did deep tissue relief and it was GREAT. Lucia was my esthetician and she was AMAZING. Again, personalized treatment and very knowledgeable. I get a facial maaaaybe once a year so I needed some extra love. She suggested doing microdermabrasion and it was absolutely what I needed. When I sat up and looked in the mirror I didn't even recognize myself. My skin was GLOWING and I felt radiant. The front desk person was so dismissive and disinterested in the TWO questions I asked. I could practically hear her eyes rolling at the girls giggling in the background. Since moving to Oklahoma, I've been looking for a reputable place to refer clients and to go myself, but this is a customer based business and it was clear that this customer didn't matter. My boyfriend bought me a gift certificate to this place, and it is incredible! When you enter, they offer you champagne. It is a full service salon and spa, so you could spend the entire day here. I've had multiple massages here and never been disappointed, as well as the best facial of my life. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the building is old and not impressive at all. It kind of smells funny, which was distracting. The spa is beautiful and the services I received when I was actually able to make an appointment were amazing. The issue is getting an appointment. My husband likes to fife me a gift certificate for a spa package but it has been at least a three month wait every time I've attempted to book. I'm not sure if this is advertised anywhere or if they tell poor, unsuspecting husbands this when they purchase large gift cards for the purpose of a package. I now have a $250 gift I can't use. I do understand I can purchase other services but I specifically wanted a package and I'm just not interested in a massage here, a pedicure a day later, a facial next week. I had to come on here and tell you about my day at the spa. I have been stressed to the max these past few months. I can not tell you how much this was needed, and how AMAZING it was. Lanesia worked some magic on my horrid back. I went in with right shoulder pain, and have been dealing with a bad pain in my thumb of all places. When Lanesia got done my shoulder pain was gone and of all things my thumb pain is gone. Lucia killed it with the facial. My skin feels AMAZING. She will be patiently working with me to fix my brows, and I am super excited. read more

Nice environment and good service. Love the clear and cautious precautions taken during covid-19. I had the Mediterranean ii, including seaweed bain, facial, massage and pedicure. All were nice services and I felt relaxed and pampered but I absolutely hate the 20 minute wait between services. I was left to sit in an uncomfortable and sometimes ackward waiting area between each set service. This added an at least an hour to my services so my actual hands on services were technically only 2.5 -3. In addition all this waiting around detracts from the feeling of relaxation due to anxiety about what's coming next. I wish it was more seamless. Especially for the cost. This made what was supposed to be a good experience kinda irritating. Otherwise would have given a 4 star. read more

Sometime in my mid-twenties, still feeling breezy and free, I let my hair go, occasionally trimming it on my own, certain that time and money spent in a salon was a luxury that didn't interest me. Sometime in my mid-thirties, after too many boxed hair dyes and at-home hack jobs, I reached out for professional help. Three Graces wasn't my first stop. I tried multiple salons, one a year or so, getting a really good cut and some professionally mixed and applied color. Over the years, I went to the places I'd heard and read about, but none seemed to fit. They still felt like that luxury I wasn't quite sure I was willing to pay for. Enter a girlfriend who raved about Jaime at Three Graces. I've heard it before: she's so great, you'll love her! So I went in to see said "Jaime" sure that she'd do a fine job, also sure that Caressa was paying the usual lip service women do toward their hairstylists and that I probably wouldn't see Jaime again for a year or so, if ever. And then, my dear friends, it happened. Jaime did it! She took care of my hair spectacularly. She wasn't condescending (as it turns out, seems to have been the fatal flaw with so many others who took scissors to my tired locks), wasn't awkward with the small talk (there *was* small talk, it just wasn't awkward), and somehow let me understand that she could help me get my hair back to that lovely breezy (less haggard) look I'd worn in days of yore. God bless Jaime. FIVE STARS FOR JAIME. Yet a star less for the whole Three Graces kit and caboodle on account of the way the site is bifurcated (I guess?) by a parking lot. Wait, that's not the problem! The problem is that first time guests seem not to be made aware that their stylists are in a different building than reception (and stylists seem not to be alerted at the time of arrival). It happens every time I'm there, and I'm not sure how/why. Seems easy enough to escort the guest to the other building and alert his/her stylist, right? Shouldn't happen that both guest and stylist think the other has been inconsiderate of the appointment time. Easy fix! My experience at Three Graces has been fantastic so far, and I am glad to tell people (should they ask!) who does my hair. She's really great, and I mean it! ;) read more

I went here for a massage and it was horrible! I've had some great massages so I know what to a good massage is and this definitely was not a good one. I'm new in town and figured that since Three Graces charge a premium compare to other massage/spa places in OKC, they should know what they're doing. Boy was I wrong! The masseuse basically rubbed oil all over my body instead of giving me a massage. Before we got started, she asked me what my problem areas were and I told her my whole back. She spent 10 mins on it and all the knots are still there. Also, there were plenty of times that she just stopped for a few minutes. I paid $85 for a massage, not to be moisturized! If I wanted to rub oil over my body, I would do it myself! What a waste of my money and time. Big disappointment! Will NOT be coming back for any services! read more

Lovely, established salon in the Nichols Hills area. Clean and professional - with luxurious touches. I had a facial and hour long massage today. The facial was of good quality using Dermalogica products. However, Amanda, the masseuse, was exceptional. Highly recommend her. Three Graces also gives a 10% military discount! I will definitely go back! I only give it 4 stars because I did have to go across the parking lot in my spa robe between treatments to the next room. Pores and fine lines are practically non-existent after a session with Lucia. She clears out pores and sloughs off dead skin with her magic wand. I always leave feeling so relaxed and confident with my fresh face! Lucia is always adding services to her repertoire. DermaBlading and lash lifts are a must! I love going a few days before an event to brighten my face as well as every 4-6 weeks to keep my face feeling forever young. read more

This facility is absolutely gorgeous, and the staff is lovely. I scheduled a bit of a spa day for myself to unwind last week, and it was just perfect! The signature facial was customized to meet my skin's needs (my skin tends to freak out when I'm stressed), and the 30-minute massage worked out a good bit of the tension I was carrying in my shoulders. Finally, I got my hair colored and did an olaplex treatment afterwards. Just to give some context, my hair was really damaged from bleaching it previously, and my colorist got my hair to take the color I wanted. It looks a lot healthier now and is definitely on the mend since getting the olaplex. All around, this place is one of the best I've visited. I bought a groupon for a cut and color at Three Graces. For some reason I was taken to the salon next door, which appeared to cater to men, for my appointment. The woman was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. She spent a good deal of time working on my hair, so I tipped her well. I appreciated the time, even if she did a poor job on my hair. I gave her a picture of exactly what I wanted so that she could refer to it as needed to get my exact style. She overdid it trying to take the red out of my hair, leaving my normally warm tones silvery and ashy, which made my skin tone look sickly. Then she cut my hair too short and styled it terribly. I left wanting voluptuous retro curls and instead found myself staring into the mirror at what looked like 90's mom hair. Almost cried. read more

Overall an excellent experience from start to finish! When I called to schedule the receptionist Bethany was SO incredibly helpful and nice. She was knowledgeable about the services offered and really flexible working with me to find an appointment time that worked best for my schedule. Upon arriving to my appointment I was greeted with warm smiles and a cold bottle of water. All the staff was very welcoming and It didn't feel stuffy at all. The spa itself was really nice, clean, and peaceful. I was scheduled for a 45 minute upper body massage and a deep hydration hand and foot treatment. My massage therapist Harmony was wonderful!! The amount of pressure during the massage was perfect (not deep tissue but definitely enough to do something) and the hydration treatment was heavenly. I left feeling like a relaxed bowl of jello. 10/10. *It is worth noting that my husband got me a gift card for Mother's Day for a full package but when I called they didn't have any appointments for a package including mani/pedi +massage until almost two months out BUT they could get me in for just a massage that same day or within that same week.* didn't bother me too much, I'm a mom of a newborn and will take literally any form of relaxation possible haha read more

Went here with Mother-in-law and Sister-in-law on a Saturday morning. Between the 3 of us we had massages, facial and pedicure. We just loved everything about this place. The prices were very reasonable and the staff was very friendly. Some of these places can be a bit intimidating and try to sell you products you 'need'. I did not find these issues here.
