The therapist asked what was giving me trouble and worked on my shoulders and upper back the whole time. Pressure was good! firm enough to actually do something without being too much. I felt noticeably less stiff walking out than when I came in. The space is nothing fancy, more functional than anything, but it was clean and the staff were friendly without being over the top about it. Pricing felt reasonable for what I got.

Logan was very responsive & let me know his availability. He also sent a text the day of to confirm. I arrived at our appointment time and entered at the main entrance through the door on the left hand side. I have not had a massage in years and was incredibly impressed with my experience, it exceeded my expectations. Logan is kind and professional and does a wonderful job working problem areas. I chose the 90 minute session and left feeling relief I have not felt in years. His studio is very clean and the lighting is nice and low. The music was relaxing and helped ease my muscles during the session. I can't wait for my next session, I will be booking regularly to reduce the pain in my back and shoulders. Once we were in the room, my wife's massage therapist asked her if she wanted hot stones and another service that I couldn't quite hear. I turned to my massage therapist and asked if I could get hot stones as well. Her response was simply, "I don't do those." As the massage continued, I told her that I prefer heavier pressure because what she was doing was much too light. She then told me, "I don't give deep tissue massages." I wasn't necessarily asking for a full deep tissue massage. I was asking for more pressure. The massage was so light that I literally started laughing because it felt like I was being tickled. I apply lotion to my own body with more pressure than I received during this massage. If my wife had not been there getting her massage, I honestly would have gotten off the table and left. What made the experience even more disappointing was the difference in service at the end. My wife was given a warm towel to wipe the excess oil from her body. I wasn't offered one and ended up having to use paper towels from the wall. For a $250 massage bill, plus a $50 tip, I expected a much higher level of service, consistency, and attention to the customer's preferences. This was our anniversary, so we were looking forward to relaxing and enjoying the experience together. Instead, I left feeling like the quality of my massage did not come close to matching what we paid. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Three Graces Day Spa.
