When you arrive at Udander for your appointment now, you call them to let them know you've arrived. The staff wears masks the entire time. Once you're in, they take your temperature using a forehead scan thermometer and there is hand sanitizer for you to use. Once inside your treatment room, they have a clean paper towel down for you to place to place your mask. I assume if you're just having brows or lashes done you can leave that on if you like, but with a facial, a mask just isn't possible. You place all your belongings in a basket and are given a small wrap/robe. Gone are the big fluffy blankets, but that makes sense. The bed is warm, so I didn't miss it that much. I didn't go back into the steam/sauna or shower and locker room areas, so I can't comment on that. I needed some products, and the receptionist took everything down off the shelf so I did not touch anything. Gone are the testers, of course, so if you want to smell something, I'm not sure how that will work. I was buying things I have used for years so I did not miss the testers. Maybe you can test things in the treatment room as part of your treatment if you know what you need in advance and ask at the beginning of your appointment? I'm not really sure on that. When it was time to pay, they had my card on file, so all of that was contact free. Overall, there wasn't a single thing I think they could have done differently or better. I felt safe and it seemed like they were taking every single precaution to help keep their staff and customers safe. And, as an aside, my brows look amazing, thanks Yvonne!

I went and spent a day at the Ft Worth one a few years ago and loved it so this location had a lot to live up to. The went above and beyond. I called on the Thursday before and got an appointment no problem for the following Monday. I was using a gift certificate from Mother's Day and chose the 80 minute Mokara massage. It is $165. I have frequently gotten 60-90 minute massages from different massage therapists but you are paying for the whole experience from the moment you walk in at places like this. Not just walking in for a massage and leaving. Don't get me wrong, I have people I love for those needed sessions as well! The check in area is tranquil and light filled and calm. I love all the windows with natural light. You are welcomed and walked into the locker room where you are given a robe and slippers (if needed. I used my sandals). You then take your time and then go into the community relaxation sitting/lounging area. There is fruit infused water and hot water for tea and light little snacks. She provided me with little chocolates because I'm not a fan of macaroons. The area was calm and quiet. The seating was comfortable and private. Then came the best massage. Tameka (I'm so sorry if that is spelled wrong) got some personal info from me about different problem areas we might want to focus on and then gave me a choice of essential oil to use. I went with peppermint that day. 80 minutes was incredible. The hot towels were an awesome touch. She used the right amount of oils. Also, she wasn't chatty throughout the session which can happen some times. She was very friendly and i would request her again. After the massage was ended she walked me back to the relaxation area and said to relax and hang out there or in the dry sauna as long as I'd like. The sauna was amazing. Period. I look forward to returning for sure. Completely worth it and definitely a great selling point for the hotel stay.

I loved the choices offered and the competency of the staff! I would go more often if I lived…read morecloser!
