They were able to immediately accommodate me for a 1 hour session with free tiger balm. I never tried that before but now, I expect it to be the gold standard for any future massage I get and I will be asking for it. It has been a couple of days now and I think the quality of the massage allowed for optimal recover after long hours of sitting at the computer and long distance running during my work outs. I believe the therapist was named CiCi, like CiCi's Pizza. I think for the cleanliness, spaciousness of the rooms, politeness of staff, and quality, it will be hard to beat in price. The vibes upon entering is definitely wonderful as they immediately offer you a drink (wine or water) as you check in and fill up some medical questionnaire. And its even better as you enter the service area. During the service, they even check your scalp to make sure they provide the necessary care for your hair as well. Then after session, either they give you a blow out (which is an additional fee) or they blow dry your hair (for free). The staff were awesome and even gave me a wonderful surprise gift bag on my birthday! And if you wanna be a loyal customer apparently they have a membership. And even if you dont buy their membership they still give you a point card that gives you 10% off after your 3rd visit which is not bad. Shoutout to Aimee who made my first time a very relaxing and exceptional experience as well. Only caveat, there are add on services that unfortunately unavailable unless you have someone with you. I was always sore, or felt like they were politely beating me up. I would feel worse the next day. Everyone was always too "deep tissue" and not gentle enough. Then, I met Sonya. She has completely changed my mind about massages and keeps me coming back for more. She is so sweet, and seems to be able to adjust her techniques to every single person's preferences. I know this, because I have referred 3 other people to her who now love her and are her regulars. I like my massages to be gentle and relaxing, but I do have a few areas that need a small amount of deep tissue. She knows exactly what I need! Sonya pays attention to the body's reaction to different pressures, and adjusts accordingly. It's amazing. I feel comfortable telling her if something hurts, or needs more pressure. She's super sweet and has a flexible calendar. She is even available for house calls, and has her own table!
