Able to work is in and that was a bonus. Massage was pretty good but definitely needed more pressure. Only complaint is they leave to answer the phones and the door in the middle of the massage and do not add the time back on the massage. They also have you pay first but I would m recommend tipping after to ensure you tip based off of the service provided. read more

Went in today for a 90 min massage. was worked in so that was nice. but here are a few things that rubbed me the wrong way: 1) the prices on the website is not true to the actual price in the place. but $10 difference was not a big deal to me & i included photos of what it was in the store vs on the website. 2) EXPECTED tip (see 1st photo). they make you pay before AND TIP beforehand. i'm in the service industry & i was already going to tip $10, $20 if it was just so mind blowing but i was forced to tip $30, and the lady upfront wasn't taking less than a $30 tip. a forced 30% GRATUITY... 3) they massage with the oil but it wasn't hydrating or moisturizing at all. and then they wipe you off w a hot towel, to massage you again with no oil on your body and so it's just stretching & pulling your skin and it was so uncomfortable. 4) they give you a massage on your face, which i was fine with, but i have lash extensions on & i told her to avoid my eyes 3 separate times and she didn't, and kept messing with my lashes until i just told her to not touch my face. several lashes got pulled out from it & now i have to go get a fill (which i was not due for until later next week).. 5) the massage itself was good up until the end with massaging w no oil & my lashes, but i did voice that i wanted her to focus on my lower back due to me having sciatic nerve pain & i do believe it wasn't really focused on that. This place expects you to tip $20+ and tells you to do so BEFORE getting anything done. I don't know about you but I tip for the whole experience and I don't like the ungrateful nature of telling to tip prior to massage and telling me how much to tip, to me it's plain rude! The prices they advertise on line are not the prices. They are way more and also tell you they expect at least 30$ gratuity on top of the true prices that you get to see when you go in. They do not honor the prices on website. I also hate to be told what to tip. I tip on the quality of service I receive. read more

I received the services of both ladies at that location and they do an excellent massage and are very personable.

This is certainly a different type of massage - not like a spa or salon but the owners were very friendly and very respectful. I have never had a deep tissue massage like the one I had. I really, really needed it. My upper back was completely knotted up. I added a 30 min reflexology treatment and all of it was very well worth it! I love that King Massage is open 10a-10p. I can call or walk in. I would recommend this place but please understand this is not like your "massage spa" if you're used to regular spas. If you're okay with it being different: I am referring to they use a big towel versus a sheet and the music played is more music of their culture. If you need some serious muscle work and have knots like me, you should consider this place mainly because of the intensity they can provide. It's their cultural way of therapy so if you're easily offended, it may not be your place. Thanks for a great massage. I'll be back!! read more
