As a waitress, I understand the importance of tipping, but only in areas where you are not making an hourly wage. pressuring a customer who is already spending $120 at your salon to leave an additional tip just seems wildly inappropriate. I understand tipping at restaurants, nail salons, and even hair salons, but this seemed a bit excessive. Again, i'm all for having the option to leave a tip, but saying "how much do you want to tip us" after I've already paid seems inappropriate.

I've been to a few foot massage places where they do the foot massages in a smaller private area and I prefer that a little to this. The foot massage itself was okay! Some parts were amazing and some parts of the massage was a little painful. But I will say, for the price point it really wasn't too bad at all. Might only come back if my other massage place is closed, otherwise it's just alright to me.

This location give a big different vibe compared to the north side. Pretty awkward and not as comfortable in my opinion. I have three stars because I really do love the massage and it helps me when I need. But the whole experience sometimes isn't the best because the coworkers may talk loudly to each other. That's my only say. But overall, good and cheap place if you are needing a full body massage!

Great experience all around!…read more I booked for a 90 min massage. She asked questions when I arrived to make sure she understood what kind of massage & appointment I was expecting, made sure I was comfortable, offered two add ons - I chose dry brushing and cupping. She answered all my questions about what add ons she had available, gave an amazing massage & answered all my questions throughout about her experience, what types of massage she can do & has experience with. Her office is in a cute building called the Arc, it was clean & felt very safe! After my massage she sat down with me and gave me an opportunity to ask additional questions & made it a very comfortable experience all around. Definitely recommend booking with her, you won't be disappointed.

I paid $70 for someone to vigorously rub (not massage) lotion / oil on me. It's wasn't relaxing in the slightest. No discretion for my body, exposing (even when I pulled the towel back over) me. I personally am not a fan of hot stones, they usually ask, however this lady did not and it wasn't even a true hot stone portion. Instead she warmed her hands with the stone to rub me and then once the only rock she had was cool she vigorously rubbed the one stone all over my body. It wasn't a full hour 10 min short. She demanded a tip when I was leaving, which I usually do tip but today I wasn't going to as it was that bad of an experience. My advice for lookers go somewhere else where the actually massage and you get your monies worth. Somewhere where tension is released and they know what they're doing. My advice for this business. You need to actually massage and work the muscles. Go get certified! Slow down to provide a relaxing experience and truly get in and work those muscles. Use discretion so you're not fully exposing the person. And if you don't know what a hot stones massage is or how to use them don't - and ask IF the person even wants that.

They called, set up the appointment and explained in advance when they set up the appointment that I would be redeeming it. She said no problem, and just verify with their phone number. Next I proceed to the 3:00 appointment, and when I walk in she said she put down 3:30, and would I wait. Not great, but ok. I get to my room and wait. She then comes in and says the massage is $100, I explain the situation and show the receipt and she refuses to accept it or any form of credit. After arguing with me for a good 5 minutes I agree to pay her myself. We proceed with the massage and during, not once, but TWICE she LEAVES the massage to go talk to walk in clients. This entire time I'm contemplating what to tip. I always tip, usually 20% when I really enjoy it. In this case although I'm displease with everything, I decide on 10%. I go to pay fill out the receipt and she takes it and looks at it and scoffs then gasps and says "ugh you're costing me money!" Honestly I was so stunned I didn't have any words. Please be cautious if you buy a gift for someone. We lost out on that gift massage, and just poor professionalism. Keep your appointments, honor your massages, avoid interruptions, be grateful for tips. This is not cheap experience.
