Given your reputation, we expected a much higher standard of professionalism, cleanliness, and overall customer care. Throughout the appointment, there were multiple distractions and interruptions that significantly disrupted the calm and relaxing atmosphere one would expect during a massage service. In addition, the water used during the hair wash was excessively hot, causing discomfort rather than relaxation. The massage room itself was also uncomfortably cold, making it difficult to fully enjoy the treatment. Unfortunately, the head massage was mediocre and did not meet expectations. To add to the disappointment, near the end of the treatment a hairbrush was provided that still contained hair from a previous customer, which was both unhygienic and unacceptable. She also returned home with soap still left in her hair, further reflecting a lack of care and attention during the service. There were also unnecessary issues and delays related to locating the gift card information, which further detracted from the overall experience. read more

I would give no stars if I could I went in right after a blowout and a chemical peel and told them and marked it on the paper, not to touch above my neck. She went straight through my hair and all over my face after specifically saying don't touch me there. My face is breaking out and on fire. Additionally, she really touched me way to close or in places where it made me very feel uncomfortable At one point, she was straddling my legs and sitting on them. Booked a couples massage as a surprise for my husband I was pleased to know this specific office was open on Sunday's and my husband and I both work on Saturday's needless to say this place completely exceeded my expectations I have only had one other massage before but this one takes the cake! I've been so stressed and tense for months and after my massage I truly felt like a brand new person with a whole new body lol. They have the best employees and they make sure you're taking care of from the moment you walk it. Not only was this the worst "massage" I have ever received (it started with the man scratching my back with his actual bare fingernails, then proceeded to him using his elbows for the entirety of the 90 minutes resulting in a back that is extremely sore and bruised), the gentleman FOLLOWED US OUT TO OUR CAR to tell us we didn't pay enough. They charged $258 for a 1.5hr couples "massage," we paid $260. He followed us out to our car, counted the cash back to us, then told us we didn't pay enough. We were not going to leave a tip! The total was $140, and I told the lady (she appeared to be the owner) to include a $20 tip ($160). I gave her $200 cash and she returned with $20. at first I thought it was a language barrier, so I tried explaining multiple times that the $20 was the TOTAL tip. The lady here was very rude (pretty sure she was the owner). I confirmed a massage for 2 at 5:30 on the phone, when I got there she told me I said 6 and only 1. A miscommunication is no big deal, but it was the way she said it. Do your body a favor and go elsewhere. He physically bruised me, worst massage I have ever had. I got an hour massage and 30 minute foot massage. The body massage was not great. He would massage in one spot for way too long, I would try to ask him to do something else and he never quite understood. I requested a deep tissue massage, he used his arms and rolled my back. Deep tissue is pressure massage and I wanted myofascial, I get massages weekly, but this was a walk in unscheduled day because I had knots in my back and two days later my back is literally bruised. I keep getting woken up when I roll on my back. I could tell he was not professionally trained, which in Oklahoma they don't have to be licensed. Having to take pain relievers and using biofreeze to numb some of the pain. They also charged me extra without telling me, perhaps because I paid with a card?! I thought about stopping him mid massage and I should have followed my instincts. read more
