For the entire 30 minutes the lady repeated the exact same motion up and down my spine- never moved/never changed intensity. My skin is rubbed raw. After the 30 minutes was over I was getting dressed and before I was done she opened the door, came in, and started making the massage table back. I just got my shoes and started walking out- she followed me out and asked if I had tip money. I said no thank you and she repeatedly kept saying no tip?

When I go in for a massage I don't expect to lay there and be lightly petted for an hour, I want them to get in and work on my muscles even if it causes discomfort at the time ultimately when you walk out you are fixed. When the massage was over, I meant to give her a tip but mistakenly and unthinking on my part, I gave her $45.00. This was totally done in error as I meant to give an appropriate amount commensurate with the fee. When I realized what I had done, I called her and explained the mistake and asked her if we could apply part of it toward a massage for my husband. We are retired and on a fixed income so the $45.00 mistake was a big deal to me. She never responded to my request and kept the money. I was quite disappointed in this and while she does a good job at massage, there is an ethical and compassion piece missing, in my opinion.

They called, set up the appointment and explained in advance when they set up the appointment that I would be redeeming it. She said no problem, and just verify with their phone number. Next I proceed to the 3:00 appointment, and when I walk in she said she put down 3:30, and would I wait. Not great, but ok. I get to my room and wait. She then comes in and says the massage is $100, I explain the situation and show the receipt and she refuses to accept it or any form of credit. After arguing with me for a good 5 minutes I agree to pay her myself. We proceed with the massage and during, not once, but TWICE she LEAVES the massage to go talk to walk in clients. This entire time I'm contemplating what to tip. I always tip, usually 20% when I really enjoy it. In this case although I'm displease with everything, I decide on 10%. I go to pay fill out the receipt and she takes it and looks at it and scoffs then gasps and says "ugh you're costing me money!" Honestly I was so stunned I didn't have any words. Please be cautious if you buy a gift for someone. We lost out on that gift massage, and just poor professionalism. Keep your appointments, honor your massages, avoid interruptions, be grateful for tips. This is not cheap experience.

I knew I needed a massage, but hadn't sat down to make an appointment with anyone. This place seems like a foot massage/reflexology place only, but they also offer full body massage with private rooms. The only setback to a place like this is they are cash only which isn't the most convenient. I do however appreciate them accepting walk-ins.
