First being, it hurts. Be prepared to have to remind yourself to relax and take deep breaths. That there is no gain without pain in this case. Secondly being, you are in a large room with fabric dividers, so yes you are clothed. When you come in you are given a plastic bin to put your shoes, glasses, and bag in and they lay a sheet over you. The Asian Acupuncture Center has always been clean.
