My boyfriend surprised me with a couples massage today for valentines and I loved it!…read more We got to or apt and were instructed to go down the hallway to wash our hands or to use the bathroom. The hallway is lit up on the left with pretty rocks and light. It sets the scene. The bathroom is cute and decorated nicely. Our massage room has our two tables and it was decorated nice too. The massage beds are warmed, so it's nice and toasty when you get it. You can be totally naked or wear whatever you're comfortable with. The massage was amazing and the pressure was perfect. Definitely better than the last massage I got. My only complaint is the loud ticking clock on the wall. The music was comforting and relaxing, but the clock is so loud. They should invest in one that is quiet. Well update- the night I went home my left knee started to hurt and it's been hurting ever since. I know my massage therapist massages my knees and I'm not sure what happened. I hope my knee gets better soon.

We've tried many massages all over a bunch of different spas now and the massage we had from here was probably hands down the best massage we've had in awhile. The only con I have is that my masseuse was wearing earbuds during the massage, and I could hear her whole playlist the whole hour. My husband heard it all the way to the other side of the room too, so it was pretty loud which kind of takes away from that zen feeling. But that's really the only con. Everything else was really good and we are already looking into booking our next massage!

My back had been bothering me since I moved to Mustang a month ago and actually before that. I…read moreused to go to a massage place in Vegas and had a wonderful older Thai lady that would give a great massage , hot rocks , pressure points , and stretch my joints and everything. So , I went online to try to find a new place here and found Tokyo. There are lots of massage places in the OKC area and most don't have many reviews on Yelp , Google , or Tripadvisor. Most don't have prices either. Yes many may look sketchy on the outside , but that's probably because they are trying to keep cost down. I found this place to be very nice on the inside , clean , nice decor , friendly staff , and affordable. I would never go to those franchise places like Massage Envy that try to get you to sign up for an overpriced membership and most of the employees are straight out of massage school. I've found most of the Asian massage places have older employees who've been doing it for years and really know what they are doing. I had a great massage and they did about the same deep tissue massage I would get in Las Vegas. Different order and they also didn't have me soak my feet first like they did in Vegas. She did a great job and my favorite part is the hot rocks and she did it longer than any other place I've been to so that was great. I would definitely recommend. It was $70 for one hour and I tipped her $20. Unlike some places they didn't have a sign or tell me there was a mandatory tip which is great. I read a few reviews of other places in the OKC area that had mandatory tips and rude employees. I will definitely be back in a month or so.

Weird and disappointing experience. The first hour was okay, massage wise (minus the excessive stroking down my back and butt), and she convinced me to do another 30 minutes. That's where is went strange. She was massaging my legs while constantly looking for different spa music on her phone. She would find Chinese music while going over and over on the same leg and then find something she liked and watch whatever it was on her phone screen. Huh?? At one point, she glanced over to see if I saw her. The music was orchestra like and not relaxing and then singing in Chinese. At this point, I wanted to get off the table early and check out of there. She never finished the full body massage because she was so distracted with her phone. I've never experienced anything like it. When I went to pay, she tried to tack on another $4 for something I couldn't understand and I refused 3 times to which she could see I wasn't budging. I'm mad at myself for leaving a tip for what was weird and not relaxing. And much of it hurt because I could tell she didn't have good technique and rhythm (I've had many a deep tissue massage in my day and nothing has ever hurt like this one.). She's can't speak intelligible English (or acts like she can't), so I hoped that almost everything she mumbled the whole time, which was a lot, was for my good. I just said ahha, okay, etc. $94 wasted. Don't do it.

Marie is friendly, easy to understand and communicate with, and she went to town on my sore shoulders and neck and ended with a nice stretch. My biggest beef with them last time is charging more than the posted price, but they have since fixed that.
