BOTH times the service was EXCELLENT! My fabulous therapist this time, Kenya, was exactly what my body and spirit needed! She heard all my needs and concerns and addressed every one! She moved with ease and experience, finding the areas that needed addressed and then worked skillfully to bring relief. She addressed area I didn't know needed work! It was truly therapeutic and healing! All the staff are pleasant, great you answer questions. The decor is lovely and chic. As noted this Spa is a JEWEL!!

We basically had the worst massage, it was painful and left us in worse shape. About 10 min I again reminded them we are here to have our feet worked on, at this point, she grabs the Curel lotion and also tells the other lady something and they work on our feet about 5 min each foot with lotion not massage oil and they were done. It felt like they pounded on our back not massaged and the foot massage part of it was only about 10 minutes total. It was a horrible experience and it was $50 each person Horrible experience for both of us and will not be returning

She worked all the kinks out of my back and got my spine back aligned, left feeling like a new man. All I can say is that was way more than I expected walking in. sometimes people give massage that is "almost" or "just not quite enough"....guaranteed this experience is the exact opposite...best massage I have had in quite a long time, and I will be back as a repeat customer

Called ahead to check if they could fit me in for a 30-minute chair massage, and they said yes. The therapist asked what was giving me trouble and worked on my shoulders and upper back the whole time. Pressure was good! firm enough to actually do something without being too much. I felt noticeably less stiff walking out than when I came in. The space is nothing fancy, more functional than anything, but it was clean and the staff were friendly without being over the top about it. Pricing felt reasonable for what I got.

I've never had such a hard beat down as I have here. At one point the woman literally grabbed the fat on my back and squeezed it. I almost asked if I could end early and just get the heck out but someone else was waiting and I was afraid I'd be too chicken by asking to stop! I'm not even sure if I've ever given a Yelp review only one star but this place was absolutely brutal. I won't be coming back.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in by David, who would be my massage therapist. I pointed to my neck and he took care of it! I had the 1 hour foot massage which does include a full body massage front and back. You are fully clothed, so wear loose clothing like sweats & a tshirt. The sign does say deep tissue, so if u don't want that, tell them so. This place is very clean and serene, except for the loud music coming from outside Orange Leaf. Not sure why Orange Leaf is playing loud music outside, because they aren't playing it inside their own store. I just tuned it out & focused on the relaxing music they were playing. I highly recommend this place & David.

She didn't use too much pressure or too light of a pressure. She made sure to tell me to let her know if she needed to go deeper or lighter but it was perfect the whole time. She used oils that smelled so good and had relaxing music playing which she told me I could have her turn off or down or even change songs if I didn't like it. Candles made it even more relaxing. Everything was clean and professional. She didn't chit chat too much once we got started which I liked. I was wearing makeup and she made sure it was OK to do a facial massage because she didn't want to mess up my makeup. She was very thoughtful, thorough, and professional. Highly recommended!
