The environment and customer service was excellent…read more The massage from Serenity itself felt amazing however there were no less than a dozen times she paused the massage, kept constant pressure where she was working, I could tell she was on her phone. Several times I could feel the motion of her typing lengthy texts while I lie there. She also set the phone on the table a few times and I could feel the haptic feedback from her phone keyboard. I was always sore, or felt like they were politely beating me up. I would feel worse the next day. Everyone was always too "deep tissue" and not gentle enough. Then, I met Sonya.
