I have proof that I booked and already paid through ClassPass. The communication between the employees and the business is clearly a mess. When I originally went in, I was literally handed the phone by an employee and told to speak to the boss myself. That is not the customer's responsibility. If your employees are making arrangements with customers, there needs to be communication within the business so the customer isn't left dealing with the consequences. I already paid for this service, was turned away from my original appointment, was told I could reschedule, and now I'm being told at the last minute that my appointment doesn't exist and I need to pay again. It feels extremely shady, and the entire situation has been an unnecessary pain. I would strongly recommend getting your communication and booking system figured out before putting customers through this. So 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
