It's so unfortunate that we still live on time where people make decisions based on what someone looks like. The color of their skin, which we have no control. It goes past language barriers and it's downright disrespectful since we live in 2025. I just walked in to get a foot massage. I deal with psoriatic arthritis so I'm in severe pain. I entered this location and the lady named Ivy Motions for me to pay before I receive service and I explained to her that I normally pay afterwards and I leave a tip I did not want to swipe my car twice one for the service and one for the tip. She goes to get her phone to translate to me that this is a new rule that started a month ago. I know that this is not true and I know that she probably only did this because of the way I look like I am a middle-aged black woman there is nothing that I lack in life. I'm extremely blessed. I told her that she just lost a valued customer and a really large tip. I want the owner who was not there to know that if this is how you do service you are missing out on a lot of business when you pick and choose who you required to pay first. And if you require your workers to do this to certain types, shame on you. I bet if I was with my husband who is a white man, I would not have been treated that way. So I say that if you were above a certain race, please be aware. And I hope that you're treated way better than I was. I will take my service to VIP massage in Moore Oklahoma. This is normally where I go, but they don't open till 10 and as I said before, I was in a lot of pain and I needed immediate relief. My sister purchased a Groupon for this place as a birthday present. However, I made my first appointment, when I showed up, the lady told me to come back in 30 min, even though I had an apt. I make another appointment for the following Saturday at 10, showed up and the place was locked, waited 15 min, no one ever showed up or came to the door. Needless to say, never received my birthday massage. Very poor customer service!!! Would not recommend!!! read more

I had purchased a Groupon offering for Longevity Massage in Moore. when I made the appointmenT, I stated that I had purchased the massage on Groupon, as Groupon advised doing. an appointment was schedule. Upon arriving, a woman approached me and I gave her my name and the Groupon certificate. the woman acted like she did not know what it was. There were no other clients, and, with a confirmed appointment, I was surprised with her reaction. the greeting person went to the back of the office and another lady came out. she directed me to go with the First Lady. I was escorted back to a massage room with an open door and a sheer curtain over the opening. there was a strong odor of food cooking that was not pleasant. the massage therapist gestured for me to undress and left the room with the door open and no privacy for undressing. I closed the door. The massage was good but I kept wondering if someone would rob me while face down on the table. i did leave a small tip. As I was leaving, the therapist asked me for a tip! I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYONE ASK FOR A TIP! I was insulted. I tried to get Groupon to credit me for the other massages I had purchased, but they refused. Would not recommend thus spa! read more

Longevity is exactly what I expected in a Chinese foot massage place. I frequent Tao massage on N. May and I suspect they are somehow related in ownership. I was in Moore and desperately in need of a massage so decided to pop in on a Monday morning. It was clean and quiet. The location is small and the massage chairs are set up in the front room, with no partition from the door, so I can see why it would be less relaxing during busy times. I chose the 60 minute foot reflexology for $30, which includes arms, neck, head, feet, legs, and back. I asked to add an extra 15 minutes just on my back for an extra $10. The massage was great and therapist clearly knew what he was doing. He had perfect pressure and there is just something magical about foot massages. All those pressure points being tickled and rubbed brings instant relief. I would definitely go back and request the same therapist when south again. A few things: they will accept credit cards if you don't have cash or don't want to pay their ATM fee. They charge $1 or $2 extra depending on your total. You might have to ask and insist to pay with cards. Also the language barrier here is legit, as in they speak no English at all. Be prepared for a lot of pointing and miming. The price makes it worth it though! read more

Solid 3. This is a great, less expensive place to get a wonderful massage. By less expensive, I mean half the price of your typical froo-froo massage place in Oklahoma. They have a sign at the counter that says "cash only," which is not necessarily true. They do take credit cards, but there is an additional fee depending on how much your service was. They do not speak much English, if at all, which is usually not a big deal to me because they have menus that you can point to tell them exactly which service you want. It's only a hassle if you are trying to make an appointment because the lack of communication is really bad so I typically try to pick an off time and hope they aren't busy. When you first walk in, it's pretty dark. There are about 6 chairs or so near the front where the foot reflexology massages take place. You are fully clothed if you choose the foot reflexology option and it is actually a full body massage. There are other options where they take you to the back for more privacy. I don't know what those massages are like or if you remain fully clothed or not because I usually get one of the foot reflexology options. The massage itself is wonderful. They really focus on pressure points and dig deep into your tissues, which I appreciate. There were a couple of interruptions because they usually only have a couple of people working at any one time and if anyone calls or walks in, they sometimes have to stop what they are doing to acknowledge them. But again, I recommend trying to go during an off time so it won't be so bad. So one star off for communication issues and another for occasionally stopping during the service. Otherwise, I really like this place. For the price, I really don't mind these issues too much. read more

Prices are great! Linens are clean, fresh and smell nice. I tip well 50% because it's such a great deal I feel like I'm cheating them if I don't. I couldn't get in with my regular masseuse last minute saw them right next to my tanning spot and went in and now I've found my new spot. I have been to this place a few dozen times over the last 2 years. In the past, there were times when it was so outstanding and I left a +20 tip on a $40 procedure. But now..... First they tried to up-sell me by pretending they did not understand that I wanted the hour for $40. I was pointing at the $40 option ON THEIR SIGN and they acted baffled. Finally they nodded and the reflexology began. Basically the woman rubbed my feet with lotion for 45 minutes (not 60 minutes because I made a note of the time when she stared.) There was no pressure, no finesse whatsoever. She actually left twice and came back and applied more lotion. You could tell she just wanted it to be over and was doing the bare bones minimum to run out the clock. Lazy!!! In the past, this $40 option has always included a face, neck,back, leg, and arm massage focusing on pressure points. Nothing. If I could give them less than one star I would. I will not be going back. And this from a customer who actually referred people to them in the past! read more

I never write reviews, but felt the need to share the experience I had today. I figured I would try getting a foot massage, as I suffer from plantar fasciitis. However, I saw that they offered full body massages for a great low price of $50 for one hour. I thought, "Great! I'll treat myself to a relaxing massage!" My experience was far from relaxing. First, the massage "rooms" are just sectioned off by curtain dividers. Think: the way I imagined a cheap brothel would be set-up. This had me worrying about my belongings, particularly my wallet, the entire time. I was not asked my preference as to whether I wanted a man or woman. I just figured the woman would be giving me the massage. I was wrong. I am not one to speak up, in fear of offending someone. The man told me to fully undress, but I left my underwear on, as I always do for massages. The man went to adjust the sheet and I thought he was going to tuck the sheet under my underwear, like most massage therapists do. No, he tugged at them asking if he could pull them down! No, I'm not comfortable with that. I sincerely doubt that he has any kind of massage license, as the massage was not that great. He didn't seem to what he was doing, anatomically speaking. So the massage ends and I go to the desk to pay. I see a sign that says "cash only". In a world full of payment apps like square, you would think they would adopt a more technologically friendly way of paying. They do, however, have a convenient atm in their shop that has a surcharge of $2.50. So I get $60 out of the atm and hand it to the lady. She had no plans of giving me any change back. I was already planning on giving him a $10 tip, but I don't like it when ppl decide for me or assume they can keep all of it. When I asked for my change, she scoffed and started speaking whatever language to the guy like she couldn't believe I actually asked for my change back. I still ended up giving the man a $5 tip, as a courtesy. Unfortunately, I will not be going back and cannot recommend this place, even for their low prices. read more
