Unfortunately, the massage therapist had was struggling. She's a little heavier set and was huffing and puffing the whole time which was making it hard to relax. Additionally, she had the ceiling fan on full blast and it was very cold with all the oil on and all of that. Lastly, she massaged each limb for maybe 10-20 seconds which was not enough time to de-compress. I left feeling totally disappointed and like I wasted my money. I'm a mom of now two, and really needed a good massage after my tough pregnancy. I am, however, willing to give them another chance with a different therapist. read more

I have been coming here for YEARS and each time it's incredible! Today I had a new masseuse named Sydney and she was fantastic! I came in today with horrid muscle knots from about 2 years of not having a massage and Sydney really took care to help work them out without it being incredible painful! I got a gift certificate from my BF for Christmas and used it today. I wasn't feeling well and wanted to reschedule this morning, but they have a 24 hour policy. The room was clean and I got the hot rocks added on. The inside of the building was really nice and the waiting room is adorable. There is also a cute little boutique type area off to the left if you want to buy lotions and whatnots. As for the massage; it was okay. She kept taking her hands off me to get more lotion, which for me, takes away from the experience. I asked her to go deeper on my hands, but still got the same pressure. We booked a couples massage for Valentine's Day in 2023. I called in January asking for their availability, and the kind lady helped me find an evening the week of the holiday. We have never had professional massages before, so we had to google a bit on what to expect. Parking was spacious, just make sure you park on the side with the front entrance, I think that's preferred by the other businesses. The entrance is their shop full of goodies. The owner was manning the front desk and checked us in. There was one page of information to fill out for our masseuses about the firmness and if we were having any pain in certain areas. We waited just barely any time in their cushy waiting room when we were introduced to Cinnamon and Tracy. They let us take a bathroom break before we started. The bathrooms were harsh lighting but clean. The sinks were regular bathroom sinks with spa rocks in them for ambiance. They also had a whole changing area with a shower. The massage room was darkly lit, quiet, and calming. We were instructed to undress to our comfort level and they then came back into the room. The massage was nice and relaxing. The best parts were my neck, feet, and upper back. At the end, you are covered (lightly) in the massage oil-lotion combo and they gave us a hot towel to relax with. Maybe it was for rubbing off the mixture. We dressed and were greeted with water. We thanked them and tipped them at the check-in counter. The owner was kind and helpful and nice. We didn't know what to expect next. We didn't feel much different the next day and chalked it up to us being young, and maybe when we're older it'll feel much better, haha. Let me just sum it up in one sentence - I'd literally move to OKC to be able to be a regular here. These people are incredible! And WTH they're in a medical strip mall?? lol they deserve a castle. HEAVENLY is the accurate adjective for this business to market their services and I couldn't be more grateful. I visited OKC for a healing getaway after a rough breakup and a very difficult loss, concurrently, so naturally I booked myself a spa day to have the stress massaged out of my body... but honestly I couldn't have anticipated the true peace I'd achieve despite my very heavy grief. Everyone was so so attentive, the ambiance was peaceful, everything was SO CLEAN, and the services were beyond. By far the best massage I've ever received, the facial restored my faith in facials, and the foot massage was everything I've ever hoped all the others I've paid for would be. I will legit come all the way back from Texas to visit and #treatmyself as needed because it's completely worth it. The tranquility room is heavenly. Instantly relaxed. I'm not sure if it's the smell of eucalyptus, (hint of ginger possibly too), the ambient lighting, comforting decor or the tea; but it appeals to my senses. The stress just melts away. I've enjoyed 2 massages here. One from Lindsay & one from Stephanie. Both were great, just different techniques. Stephanie found my knots and really focused on working them out. Phenomenal pressure. My muscles & connective tissues found some comfort. I really appreciated Lindsay's ability to read my verbal cues. She worked quietly & allowed me to relax without distractions. Both sessions were peaceful. I can't remember the lady's name at the front desk, but she was spectacular at finding me last minute appointments both times I called. She was extremely friendly & my immediate impression was an inviting one. She eagerly brought me tea & escorted me to the tranquility room with pep in her step, an great smile, and positive energy. Prices were fair and services fantastic. I was lucky to find this gem during my temporary stay in Oklahoma. I'd be a regular if I lived here permanently. I've had 2 great experiences at this spa! The 5 star experience begins when you first walk in. The receptionist is super sweet and the place smells amazing. The music also puts you in a relaxing mood before your treatments begin. Before your treatments you are escorted to the changing area and given a wrap, robe and also slippers to wear during your time at the spa. My most recent experience was the "Mommy to be" package. It included an hour massage, and hour foot ritual and an hour facial. Cristina preformed my massage and foot ritual. She was amazing! Definitely made me feel comfortable and very relaxed.
