All around the staff was very kind and accommodating which I appreciated. I hate to say it but this was the worst waxing experience I've ever had. Normally European wax center is so good. I've been to their locations in other cities and and I always had a good experience but not at this place. They literally got wax in my hair and yet still did not manage to get all of the hair that needed to be waxed at the end of my eyebrow. I had to go home and pluck quite a bit. She also waxed way too much in between my eyebrows. I would have been better off just doing it myself at home. Very disappointing.
