The salon was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was fast. I appreciated so much how special they made my girls feel. Second time back my gel manicure was chipped and pretty grown out so I went for builder gel and y'all. Builder gel is LIFE changing. My nails are genuinely the prettiest they have been, and the nail tech, David, put so much effort into making sure it was perfect too. All I had to do was show inspo pictures of the nails I wanted, and boom - David totally nailed it within the hour. And every single person in the shop were so supportive and so nice about recommendations too. All in all, would totally go back!!

I've always had good experiences here but this one leaves me feeling taken advantage of.

Some of the massage chairs don't really vibrate anymore and a few that are amazing. After picking my color, we sat down and the staff started working on us immediately. I let th know this was my brothers first pedi and the women took extra time to explain the steps with him. I found the staff and location friendly and welcoming. The experience was no frills and nothing over the top, but I was happy with my experience and received a great service.

Now Hannah is working on me (she is nice) but took over one hour to begin pedi with no warning of delay. Five more people walked out. I won't return on a Saturday.
