I have been going to this salon since I moved here. The first tech was amazing, but unfortunately she moved. Before she left, she asked me to make appointments with her mom. Unfortunately she wasn't that good, plus she was talking to the tech next to me the entire time. I made an appointment with Teresa and when I called them to let them know that I had hurt my foot and could I reschedule to Saturday, they told me that Teresa doesn't do pedicures!! How odd; this should be on their website. Anyway, i asked who they could recommend who was great doing the massages during the pedicure and they gave me an appointment for today at 2pm; this was great as I have a party today at 5pm. Well, I checked my email at 1pm and saw a text CANCELING my 2pm appointment with instructions to call; no reasons. I called, left a message explaining my request for a pedicure this afternoon Its 230pm, no call, no text. Im so disappointed, especially since I have a gift card left from my husband and no pedicure. Every time I go to this place, I am disappointed. Made an appointment, got rushed for a gel manicure which turned out mediocre at best. I have a special event to go to and I could have done a better job myself. I asked the tech to fix a few issues but she made them worse and said they were fine. The polish is too thick, pooling up near the cuticles. I have gel on my skin. And the gel isn't anywhere near my cuticles in places (like it has grown out(. Nearly every nail has a ding along the cuticle. She filed the edges to try and fix thembut that made no difference. I'll go to my event and hide my hands. Save your money. This place is awesome!! I got in at about 1:45 for a refill and got out of there in less than an hour. Sarah was amazing and paid very close attention to detail. She put some beautiful chrome on my nails, as well. The ladies working at the front desk were so kind and offered me a student discount for going to OU. Service Requested - I have gone to this salon 3 times now. I have only gone for the Manicure and have gotten french tips each time. $25 is the cost and it definitely doesn't harm the wallet to much. Quality - They are good. I am just super OCD/Perfectionist when it comes to my nails and they miss the edge of my nails. Nothing you would notice, unless you had my nails up in your face. I understand they are busy at times, but I still do wish they would slow down a little bit and pay a little bit more attention to my nails than to the people around them. Vibe - Although it's fancy, I have not been made to feel that I don't belong or anything like that. I enjoy the decoration theme and appreciate the free complimentary drinks that they have available. The hostess, Katie, is the sweetest. My last visit there I discovered she was only 16 and was impressed. She has a very good head on her shoulders and she definitely deserves a raise. I've supported this salon for years, always professional, kind, and generous with my tips. Yesterday revealed dynamics I won't ignore. The front desk attendant casually confused me with "Tamika," leaning on the tired stereotype that all women of color look alike. Later, while doing my manicure, she loudly tossed out, "all white people look alike," a hollow attempt to cover her earlier comment. My nail tech worked with clear irritation the entire time. I do not entertain microaggressions or passive hostility, no matter how subtle or dressed up as humor. My time and money hold value, and neither will return here. read more

Most frustrating manicure of my life. The nail technician rushed through my manicure and while she tried to correct her errors in the end, there was no fixing the damage that had been caused. I got a dip manicure with tips, which ended up being completely crooked, and lumpy. I kept telling her that the nails were crooked, but she continued to file in the wrong direction, to the point that my fingers bled after the appointment from her filing off my real nail and cuticle in trying to correct her mistakes. I spoke to the manager after , and she offered to try to fix my nails, but I did not have time so the best she could do was give me a $10 gift card to use at the next visit. read more

I'd gone here for 3 years with no issue but the last time was my last time. I had asked to be put with someone who did designs because they charge a "design tech" kind of fee if someone switches with the original tech. The original tech not only didn't listen when I said I was hurting, but took off my acrylic completely and filed my nails down so much! I had only asked for a fill, so they shouldn't have been taken off at all. When I told the front desk after they freaked out and treated my nails like they were chemical burned though I tried to tell them what was happening. I later got called by the manager to be told the tech did nothing wrong and I had contact dermatitis. I didn't. This was a few months ago. I was told by the next tech that did my nails that my nails were filed dangerously low. read more

The quality of the service is the best I have ever received from a nail shop. It's giving much "home nail technician" which is great! They took their time with me, even though it was super busy, they did not rush my service at all. I believe her name was Angelica? The assistant manager. Went here for a girls day with my friends and our kiddos. My daughter and I both got gel mani/pedi. Her nails still look great, but less than two hours after, my nail chipped. Later that evening I noticed I had two more chipped and two nails were peeling off. I paid $120 for our nails. I'm glad I didn't leave a tip because my nails look awful now. I don't usually leave reviews, but I had such a bad experience at Le Fleur. I requested a dip manicure and when I arrived they began giving me a gel manicure. They didn't ask me anything about shape, color, tips, etc. She started working on my nails and cut me (which is okay, she apologized and I know it happens and was a mistake). My cuticle proceeded to bleed for 15 more minutes after she repeatedly sprayed my finger with alcohol (which stung pretty badly each time) and wipe the blood away. She cured blood underneath the gel polish because she was being so hasty did not care to stop my finger from bleeding. After a coat of gel and realizing she was not giving me a set like I asked for, I stopped her and asked her to just take the coat of gel off and I was going to go somewhere else, she brought a manager over and I explained the problem to him. He sprayed my fingers with alcohol and wiped them (which did not take off the gel I didn't ask for). My finger continued to bleed until I left and now I have a coat of clear gel sloppily cured on my nails that I will have to pay to have removed somewhere else. I came as a walk-in and needed a new set of acrylics. They were able to help me fairly quickly. The man who did my nails was very nice, worked quickly and, did a great job with my new set! There's a reason this salon is dark...so you can't see the terrible job they do. If you're looking for a low-quality, rushed pedicure with a shitty paint job, this is the place for you! The ONLY reason I visited this salon is because I was in Norman, taking my 12 year old niece for mani/pedis for her birthday. We both got pedicures & she got a manicure (I wasn't letting them touch my nails...I have a fantastic nail salon on the north side). We were out of there in less than an hour, including dry time. That's crazy! My toes look TERRIBLE! I can paint them myself way better than what I paid for today. She didn't even cover my full toenail. I'll probably be repainting them this week because it looks so bad. Also, they didn't use toe separators, so my toes smudged each other. I got a pedicure and full set 12/13, asking for my nails to look like a picture; simple glitter silver ombré. I was at the salon 4 hours. My tech didn't know how to accomplish the look, the manager showed her. The manager started out with colored glitter and no bottom color. When I said, nicely, that it needed to be silver, she wasn't very nice. My nails looked awful when the tech got done. I chose to call later regarding this as the manager was so rude - I couldn't reach another manager to speak with. I sent an email a week ago and have received no response. Upon walking in a lady said she would sign me in, even though I always sign in on the iPad and come to find out, she never did. My pedicure was rushed and because I chose not to do gel like my previous pedicure, the techs entire demeanor changed. The entire sides of my big toes were not painted. The bottom of my foot still has dry skin patches where the tech failed to do a good scrub. I did express my concerns, in which the response I was given was "what pedicure did you get because it's only a 25 minute pedicure". Well unfortunately because they never signed me in (what a coincidence) they couldn't verify they were "rushing" and could care less about my concerns. Also, won't get my points for that visit. Regardless of the time frame I chose, they should still do a good job. If the time frame is not enough time for a quality pedicure, then they shouldn't offer that service. This place made my day! I haven't had my nails done in so long, years. They do walk-ins, but appointments are recommended/preferred. The staff is welcoming, friendly, great customer service. It's also clean and sanitary! They offer soda, water or wine. The receptionist is sweet and helpful to you and the staff. They all seem happy to be at work, to enjoy what they do and they praise each other's work! The services I got were relaxing and turned out great! (Milk & honey pedi, then my nails you'll see in the pic!) I had Jason for both services and I highly recommend him! The other customers around me all seemed happy with their services, too. So I think you'll be pleased with any of them! I told him the colors I liked and said "fall" because it's fall/thanksgiving time and he created this beautiful artwork on my nails!
