They are absolutely awful. All I wanted was white pearlescent toes with one leaf on one toe. That's it. They upcharged me $10 and told me that that wasn't going to be possible with regular nail polish which is an absolute lie. So I agreed to pay the $10 up charge for gel and then the lady got it completely wrong. My toes were yanked on paint was dremeled off she cut my toe and refused to even admit or apologize, I've called for a refund. They have ruined my entire experience there. Do not go to these people. They hang up on you. If you have a complaint they don't care. Worst 45 minutes of my life After they hung up on me twice ​And she just called offered me a refund and told me if I took the post down now she would give it to me. Then when I said my car is broken down and I can't get there. Can somebody bring it to my house then if it has to be taken down right this moment she said no and I said okay then I can't take it down until I get my money back. I am sorry and she called me a fucking bitch before I hung up. And this was after. I just told her how stressed I was in tears because I just lost three members of my family in a house fire and my mother has come down with two different types of cancer and I literally just wanted 45 minutes to relax that week. That's all while I was working and trying to get ready for a photo shoot!!! read more

Located in a strip mall off Lindsey, exterior doesn't look like much but the interior is nicely setup. I liked that they had the option for dipping powder for any color i could've wanted. They were fast and able to handle different people and different services simultaneously. My dipping powder+fake tips manicure cost 50$. I desperately wanted to like Savvy. It's so conveniently located, on my way home from work, and not in a busy office park. I'll start with the good things--it has a great atmosphere and the people were very nice. I felt welcomed and comfortable. I got a gel manicure. The color I wanted was a dark red-orange. I double checked the number (V064) and the number on the bottle. The color I ended up with is bright red. I don't know if the colors were wrong on the display nails, but it definitely wasn't what I came for. I wanted square-round, but it kind of came out some square, and same round, and some a little lopsided and most not the same length. The color was very streak-y, and have of my nails are a much lighter color. I had a great experience here. I travel weekly and maintaining acrylics when my regular nail tech has a limited schedule is difficult. The last two times my acrylic was very thick and uneven. I arrive at savvy and we dissected the mess. She was able to really thin that out and make them even. My fill and gel color was 38$ which is comparable to other places. The reason why I gave 4 and not 5 is that the salon itself is unorganized and looks a little sketchy. Investing in an organization system for all the polish and making sure ventilation is available for the strong smells would be beneficial. Overall, very impressed with the quality of work. read more

I've only recently started getting my nails professionally done, and this salon went above and beyond! Upbeat and welcoming energy to the entire salon, strong sanitization, complimentary wine or coffee. I didn't truly realize this until I came here, but my last nail job was really terrible, and I didn't really know what I wanted as I'm still new to a lot of the different styles. Daniel, (I'm pretty sure that was his name, him and his wife are the operators), was incredible - he spent the time properly taking off the poorly done acrylics, and asked me a few questions to help me figure out what would work best for me. I told him I wanted the almond shape and the dip powder, he talked to me about the difference with acrylics and then taking the time to grow natural nails, and the health benefits to the dip. The picture really doesn't do his work justice, but these are my natural nails. Shaped very nicely, cuticles cleaned and trimmed, and a lovely soft pink glitter dip. I was offered a drink upon entering and stating which service I would like. I love that I felt like they cared about the customer first! I got a mani/pedi. The lady cut my toe with the clippers but overall she did well. I understand mistakes happen. She was very careful after she cut me. This is one of the few places they do paraffin wax with a regular mani that I've been to with no extra charge. That was nice. Overall, I give 4 stars. I used to love coming to this salon. They are normally not busy and very nice. Today I came in to get a nail fixed that was broken. They refused to fix it even though I just got them done last week. I even offered to wait/ pay. They still refused. I have never had an experience with a nail salon like this one. I am so disappointed by this experience. Do not come here. Updated: I came back today after calling to make an appointment. When I showed up I am assuming the owner asked me about my review and told me she thought we had a miscommunication, and that they were always willing to fix a nail, but were too busy at the time I originally came in. I told her thank you and had originally planned to update my review positively because of how kind and apologetic she was about the situation. She fixed my nails (I had two more break today) and was very nice about it even though it was more than I originally called to make an appointment for. We had a lovely conversation and then she told me I was good to go after checking that they had dried. I got up to leave and when I was already half way out of the door the man at the register yelled at me "Did she not tell you it would be $10" I replied, "No, I'm sorry" and handed him a $10 bill. In the past, they have always brought over the credit card machine at the end of the service to collect payment. When she did not bring it over I assumed because it was a fix that it was free, like many other salons. I would have been (and still was) happy to pay if only I knew I needed to. DO NOT COME HERE. I came here once to have a fill done on my acrylic nails and they completely botched them. They were so awful that I removed them all myself. A few weeks later, I needed my nails done for an occasion and I thought maybe the mistakes they made last time was an isolated incident. So I came here again, this time to have a completely full set of acrylics put on. My nail technician smudged the gel polish on my nails with her fingers and when I asked her to repaint them, she told me she couldn't. Also, after gel polish dries under the UV light you're supposed to rub alcohol over them, and she never did that. I paid $45 for this full set that looks like absolute SHIT. I'm going today to drive 45 minutes to the place I normally go in Edmond because I'm not risking going anywhere else new. read more

I'm leaving 1 star because of one worker there who completely ruined what would have been a 5 star review. Years ago when I attended OU I would go in occasionally to get the discounted massages they offered to students. Sounds great right? The massage therapist there is male, which for me isn't a problem, so I kept coming back. On my last visit, I noticed that the guy was spending an odd amount of time on my feet, and holding my leg at an odd angle. My alarms went off and I looked back and this pervert was bent down looking up my towel. So ladies beware, don't get a massage here, he is a certifiable perv. I'm retired so I usually go right after they open and during the week. Never have to wait in line. They are very friendly, attentive and the polish lasts until I'm ready to go again.
