Great Service and the vibe was good for a Friday evening. They offer a snack and beverage while you have your service. You pay for the service you get, I enjoyed my self and do recommend to people who want to have a relaxing pedicure. read more

I went to get my nails done last week, overall the lady that was taking care of me was super sweet and nice and I enjoyed conversation with her. But my nails immediately started chipping after two days. Today my toe nail fell off. I really wanted to like this place, it's unfortunate that this happened. read more

Filed Nails Spa & Beauty - Best place for nail design at Filed in Norman! - Nail Salons Near Me - Norman, Oklahoma

Andy is seriously THE BEST!! I'm extremely picky about my nails, and he gets them perfect every single time. His attention to detail is unmatched the shape, color, design, everything is always flawless. He takes his time, makes sure you're completely happy, and somehow always makes my nails look even better than what I had in mind. On top of being incredibly talented, he's so kind, professional, and makes every appointment such a good experience. I constantly get compliments on my nails and always tell everyone to go to Andy. I genuinely wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails. 10/10 every single time!! read more

The front desk staff is extremely rude, confrontational, argumentative while staring you down and whispering about you while you wait for your scheduled appointments. I feel bad for all the techs, they are extremely fearful of the "mean girls" at the front desk! They don't say anything to the clients about it but you can tell. What a hostile work environment! read more

Filed is 50/50, there's some nail techs there like Daisy who are awesome and pay such great attention to detail. However, last I went my nails were chipping after three days (not done by Daisy). It wasn't even worth it to get the three nails fixed because by the next day two more already chipped (these were dip nails). The front end staff are not very welcoming either, except the taller gentleman. read more

The inside was clean and beautiful, the techs were all super friendly and I got exactly what I wanted. Nail visits are usually painful but they were very careful and didn't nick me once. They were very affordable, I highly recommend coming here. You get so much more than what you pay for. read more

They took me as a same-day appointment after my nails had been done badly by another salon. They actually did exactly what was in the picture I showed them. Beyond grateful to them, they saved my vacation nails! Last picture is the first salons work. read more

My husband and I had pedicures. The lady that did his pedi did not even do anything to his heels. He left with his heels feeling like sand paper. My feet weren't soft either when I left and the guy that did mine didn't even trim the skin around my toes. It was a sham that we paid 158$ for. Never will go back. read more

I wanted to like this place so much. Everyone was so lovely, and the decor was cute, but they cut my cuticles with a drill and made me bleed in two spots while getting my builder gel manicure. This is my first time getting builder gel, and I chose to get it because it's supposed to last longer. Well, I got them done on Saturday, August 3rd, and not even a week later, my nails are already chipping. I'm definitely a little disappointed. read more

I came in here because of awful treatment I'd just received about 30 min prior to. My nails were hideous and embarrassing and Irene and Lina took care of me and my nails look better than I could have asked for. They're truly talented and have an eye for detail and considerate. Definitely coming back! read more

Love LOVE love this place. I went here to get my wedding nails done a year or so ago and they did everything perfectly, pearls and all. I just got my nails done here yesterday for a Vegas trip this weekend & my nail broke the next day at work (my own fault not theirs) and I went in on a time crunch today & they fixed it with me having limited nail left. They go above & beyond. Thank you Filed!! read more

I normally don't get my nails done. I don't have time. I'm VERY particular and most of the time it's a waste of money for me bc I am a licensed cosmetologist and I can polish my own nails better than most people can polish my nails. I'm VERY picky. I was given a gift card to Filed Nails Spa for my birthday so my daughters and I went today. They didn't have an immediate opening so we made an appointment, ran some errands and returned. They were amazing. We had pretzels and sipped on Dr. Pepper and water while we were pampered. Helen polished my nails to perfection. I will return to see her when this gel polish grows out. read more

I've been to this place twice now and am completely underwhelmed. The tech doing my service was rushed by her superiors, resulting in a terrible manicure, extra thick shellac polish, and an unpleasant experience for me. read more

I feel really bad about leaving a less than stellar review. The woman doing my nails dropped the polish bottle which then got all over both my top and pants, which is honestly totally fine!! I drop things all the time, it happens and I get it. I'm just a little miffed that no one really said anything. I even asked if they knew of anything I could do to get the gel polish off, they just kind of said "yeah no, if it's ruined why bother." And to be fair he might not have known it happened. I'm never one to ask for or expect a discount, so I can't knock them for charging me full price, I did receive the service after all. I just feel like at the very very least, they could have decided not to charge me the additional $5 they charged to take off the nail polish i walked in with. My nails look good, I just feel a little meh about the whole experience. read more

I came in today for a set of nails. I was seen by Daisy. She was incredibly rude from the jump. Daisy did not listen to a single request I made - going so far as to tell me that my request for short nails would be "ugly". They are required for my work and I had to fight repeatedly to get her to shorten them and they are still probably a bit too long. She also thought it was a good idea to yell at me during the service. I unknowingly was anxiously bouncing my leg and Daisy yelled "Stop" scaring me and the woman beside me. I will not return to this shop and will be sharing with all the people I know at the University to seek service elsewhere. read more

I tell everyone about Filed. Yen and Lee are incredible and if you have the time to make an appointment -go with them! I've been going here for about 4 years now. Not once have I been disappointed. They are able to do some amazing nail art if that's your thing. You can also go in and show them a picture and trust your nails will come out exactly as you want them. I never leave bad reviews, but I'm in pain and still so upset. I spent $135 dollars here today. I got a pedicure, the lady (although accident) cut 3 of my toes and all were bleeding. One she cut so badly that she cut my skin instead of my toenail, that didn't stop bleeding the entire time I was there during pedicure & getting my nails done.. and still on the drive home. I had to ask for a bandage it hurt so so bad. I'm not upset that this accident happened, (3 toes) but I'm actually shocked I was still charged $65 for a pedicure. You get pedicures to relax and have pretty toes. I couldn't relax while bleeding and hurting. My toe nail polish(gel) is all over the skin, she tried painting over all the bloody spots. Then let's get to the nails. I asked for dip- white tips/French. Simple. Easy. Can't go wrong. The lady was so very nice, and she honestly did a good job. It wasn't a her issue.. I don't think. But, showed her white tips- simple. She gets done. I noticed my white on the tips is... nude? Brownish? Not cute. Looks weird. I ignore it. Im so ready to leave this place at this point. My toes are throbbing and I'm so over being upset. THEN, she uses a gel top coat on my dip nails. Which doesn't sound like a big deal, but when your a hairstylist you know the struggle. We get dip specifically because it doesn't stain with hair color and gel does. (Which I expressed to the nail lady) so I asked her why she was using that because it is going to stain like I told her previously. She shrugs her shoulders and says this is all we have and hairstylist shouldn't get "these colors, you know it will stain". I'm so over it. I just smile and walk out. Wasn't going to cause a scene even though I was about to blow at this point. Then it was $55 for dip and $10 for my "soak off" ?!?! I just can't even believe it. I understand mistakes happen, but when they do you don't charge customers full price for half ass work. I'll never be back and that makes me sad because I heard nothing but good things, but to bad my experience was FAR from this. read more

So friendly, speak English well, they bring you snacks and drinks. I love to relax and they do not poke you with sharp things and use cheese graters on your feet!
