I have been to Dream Nails three times now. Each time was just meh. Water is typically cold. After asking them to heat it up, it gets a little warmer... doesn't stay warm for the pedi. I've had three different techs-- two were really rough on my toes. Fast, hard, rough. Both made me bleed. No attention to detail during any of my three experiences. I consistently felt like they were trying to get me out the door as fast as possible. NOT worth the $55 I paid (not including tip). I always try to visit local salons multiple times before making a decision (everyone has an off-day, right?). But today I'm ready to definitively say-- Dream Nails is not the place for a high quality pedicure in Yukon/Mustang/W. OKC. read more

Worst service ever. So, I went in and a lady sat me down within 15 min and then just left me at my pedicure chair and walked off. The water wasn't even put in my foot spa. I waited 20 minutes and finally asked the lady if she was going to do the pedicure. She said they would when they could. I continued to wait. Finally the lady arrived and told me to put my feet in the water as she turned the water on and let her know if it's comfortable. She didn't even wait for me to tell her it was piping hot , she just walked away and she had the hottest heat level of water running. I couldn't even put my foot in the water. Why ask me if it's a good temp if you don't even want an answer? She could have given me a scald burn. THATS HOW HOT the water was. She then arrived 5 min later and I said it's way too hot. She questions me asking "it's too hot? The water?" I said it was. She then adds a little cold water in it to bring the heat down. Then walks away again for 10 minutes. At this point I'm in unbelief that she is making me wait like this. I look around then find her doing someone else's manicure as I just sit there. What in the world Is going on in this place? They don't even care about the customer. I didn't know what to do. Not sure if walking away was appropriate once my feet were in the water. It had been an hour at my pedicure seat before someone new came over and asked what I wanted done. I told him and before he even sat down a customer tells him that she wanted to put nail polish on her 6 year kid that was with her because the child now says she wants nail polish. He literally walks AWAY without a single word or apology and over to the kid and starts doing her nails!! He even took my nail file and clipper! Im sitting here in disbelief waiting for the cast from Candid Camera show to come out and tell my it was a prank. Nope it wasn't!! This is how they chose to treat me. I told the original lady that said she would do my pedicure that I was still waiting and she quickly says "sorry" while looking at the lady she's giving the manicure to. I walked out and never even got a pedicure or manicure. I will never go back. read more

I had a great time here, although I got a few cuts on my cuticle from the cutter, and they didn't quite put the polish close to my cuticle so it looked a little bit grown out. after all their service is great and they have very good pedicures! read more

Mai made my nails look great! To be honest, someone else did my nails at first and Mai worked on my friend. I hated how my nails turned out and I almost left the salon extremely upset but she knew I was unhappy and helped make it better. I usually get dip and the initial nail technician just ruined my nails. Thank you for fixing my nails and making it better! read more

Giving them two stars because, when I went pre-Covid they genuinely took care of me. That's not the case today. If I were basing ratings off of today, it would be one-star. In an attempt to not pick at my nails, I went in just to get acrylics put on without polish. This should be their most basic acrylic package ($35). The woman at the front went back-and-forth asking me a lot of questions that confused me until finally she let me sit down and then asked if I wanted clear powder or pink powder. She said pink would be more natural since I'm not getting polish. So, I went with that... Not knowing if they charge $50 to get that powder. She also cut me twice and didn't stop to acknowledge it or even apologize. I will take partial blame, because I did not ask any of the prices when she was asking me about the powder... But, like I said earlier, they've always taken care of me before. That doesn't seem to be the case anymore. They got their money tonight, but I will never be returning to Dream Nails. I paid $50+ dollars to not even get clear polish on my nails. I left feeling fully taken advantage of and in tears. Pre-Covid I would have recommended them, that's no longer the case. If you go, make sure you communicate exactly what you're wanting and the budget you want to stay in. read more

I've never had my nails done where they bubble and peal within 2 days later.... I went Sunday, I did a gel dip and I have never experienced this before. A few were bubbling before I left and I asked for them to be re-done... she re-did them but by the end of the day bubbling and now it's pealing. Just ok. I went right at noon (time they open) on Sunday and there were only 4-5 women working. I got seated in a pedicure chair right away, but waited 25 minutes while the water was cold. No biggie, I had nowhere to be. The nail tech was very friendly. She didn't really cut my cuticles as much as I usually prefer, but it wasn't bad; just not super duper thorough. This place is very pricey for just okay work IMO - $35 for the most basic pedicure, then goes up by $10 after that. It was clean and spacious with music that wasn't obnoxious. read more

I NEVER write reviews but felt the need to today. I have gone here twice and both times left unsatisfied or unhappy with the service. The first time I ever came to Dream, I came after my 9-5 on a weekday. The lady who did them rushed through it, leaving them uneven and I left unsatisfied due to it already being past 7. I returned the next day to get them redone and I'm assuming the owner/manager said, "Didn't you come in before we closed yesterday?". I felt attacked and informed her I came after my 9-5 job and came back because I didn't pay to leave here unhappy with my nails. *Note they don't close until 7 on weekdays.* Today, I came in to get a pedicure only. I sat there for 30 mins, while my water got cold, waiting on someone to start on my nails. People had hasn't been helped yet either got up and left during my wait. The girl who did my toes today did a great job. Now my friend was getting her nails done and asked to get a design and the lady flat out told her no!! I also never been anywhere that charges extra for getting gel. So if you are looking to get your nails done anywhere in Yukon, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! After lunch today me and a friend decided to go get manicures before she leaves for Florida tomorrow morning. WE SHOULD HAVE ASKED AROUND FIRST. Being the only ones there should have been our first sign to leave. We sat down and all was we at first, then out of no where she starts cutting my nails. Didn't ask how short I wanted them or even if I wanted them cut. They have NEVER been cut this short in my entire life and they are so short that it hurts to even type this out. I paid DOUBLE what I would have paid anywhere else for something that a 2 year old could have done a better job of. AFTER she put the clear coat on she STARTED FILING THEM. I asked her to stop filing them and she moved to a different finger before I finally pulled my hand away because at this point she was just filing my skin. I am never one to post a review I normally just let it go but I am seriously questioning if she even had a license to do nails. My friend got a manicure with a dip but literally just left with the dip and no "manicure". Absolutely ridiculous for what we paid for (over $70) I will not be returning. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Let your kid do your nails, they will turn out better than mine did. I expressed how I was not happy and that I had never had them this short and all I got was "sorry-- are your ready to pay?" My mom and I decided to stop in during her visit to OKC. When you walk in the place is nicely furnished. It was in the middle of the week so no wait, we were quickly seated at a pedicure station. There are a variety of pedicure options. My mom and I decided to go with the basic choice since we were in a bit of a hurry. The nail tech did a great job. I am very picky about pedicures, but this one was relaxing while giving my toes the refresh they desperately needed. Prices are standard for OKC. So what's missing? At the time of our visit, you had to ask for a beverage, which is automatic at other salons. Also, I was not impressed with the selection of colors. I am a picky girl when it comes to brands and prefer Essie and OPI. While there were several choices for OPI, I have had a better selection at other local salons. I would definitely come back to this location but most likely will bring the color I choose to use. read more

Not a so great experience forsure. I used to live in Edmond and always went to butterfly nails which I love but recently moved to Yukon and got over the fact that I need to find a new nail salon. This nail salon was the closest to me and looked nice and new. The facility was nice, however they do not clean their tools after they get done with a customer and move on to the next. I got a fungal infection on 3 nails from going there. They also took 2 hours on just a regular pedicure and I got dip powder on my REAL nails also. I'll also add in the part where I was enjoying my pedicure when a customer across from me started freaking out because the lady turned on the water for her pedicure and just walked off for several minutes so the water started overflowing everywhere. The lady that was also doing my pedicure was all done, so as we were getting up to walk over to the other side to get my nails done, she grabs my fuzzy flip flop for me and then accidentally dropped one on my wet toenails but that's ok accidents happen it can be fixed. well her and I both notice the blue fuzzy part of my shoe was now pink from my toes and she doesn't even bother to attempt to get the polish off my shoe. I later brought it to the (what looked like) manager and she removed the polish off my shoe the best she could. Will definitely be making that 20 minute drive back to Edmond to my regular salon. read more
