When I sat down she didn't show me a swatch book or anything she just pulled out a color which I'm okay with like if yk what your doing go for it. But as soon as the service was done i noticed it was PURE white which i was kinda upset with but its whatever, but there was still a ton of residue still left over and she cut my cuticle multiple times were I started bleeding. She also put the cuticle oil that's only for your nails all over my hands and palms which made it feel icky.
