I had made an appt for a pedicure and deluxe manicure, but while there I noticed my nails were too brittle for a regular manicure. I asked my tech if I could change it to include dip. She said yes. In the process of my pedicure, she was rough with the cheese grater. I had already told her to go easy because I have tender skin. She was really hurting me, and I told her this 3 times. Turns out she sliced my foot. At first she said nothing about it until I noticed the blood. At that point she did apologize. Again, things happen sometimes, right? At the end, the tech told me she could not do a dip manicure. I reminded her she said it was okay when I asked. Maybe language was a barrier. She went to get the manager, and he told he that he had no time/people to finish my services. His attitude was flippant and even though he "apologized," it was a back handed apology. You know the kind - the words did not match the attitude. After I paid, the payment system did not prompt me to do anything further. He told me he was waiting on me. I said I had no idea it was waiting on me. He said, "Well, I did not know I needed to provide training on the system." I stopped going there for about a year, because of similar experiences.
