Don't recommend this place i went a week ago of coarse he was in a rush now my nails have bumps on every nail where they should be smooth.

Y'all hands down Henry is the best. I love all the ladies too honestly. They do an amazing job and don't rush through anything even when they are on a wait which is quite often. Henry just has the best customer service and remembers his regulars and his sense of humor is hysterical. They all make the experience very personal and relaxing. They make sure that you get exactly what you need each visit. Normally i get the Marvelous Pedicure because let's be real, this mama needs it. Bad! To me it's worth every dime. The deluxe is also very very good and is great for a quicker trip in. No complaints at all. They have kid seats as well for the little ones who want to get some pampering in. The gel is additional as it is everywhere. You can get regular polish as well and i like that they make sure to ask if you want polish or gel. There is another place i have frequented and they almost don't even bother with regular polish anymore. I like that i have a choice. Our daughters love manicures and getting nails and have enjoyed theirs that they have had done here as well. I had my wedding set done here a year ago. I went in to get my nails and toes done and this is the result of a $70 service. The shellac on my toes is already chipping off and it hasn't even been a full 24 hours. Anywhere I've gone this has never happened and it lasts for literally months without chipping. The texture on my nails is absolutely horrible and I didn't really notice until I saw it in the sun. Found this place close to where I shop, so I went in for a pedicure. He removed the gel polish with an electric file & pressed too hard on the nails which left them thin & uneven on top. After he clipped the nails (left them jagged) he applied the polish. Really unhappy that his service was so sloppy. Glad there's so many other nail salons in Moore because I'll never come back to this one. read more

I will 2 stars because lady was very nice with me. But this place needs a lot of work for keeping it clean. Trash all over, everything is pretty dirty. Stations, sink, floor, walls and it seems never has been cleaned, because you can see the mold and is very disgusting honestly, I felt very uncomfortable. My step daughter recommend I try Enchanted because they have good full set pricing. They start at $23 and go up. When I got there on a Friday after work it wasn't very busy so I was helped right away. I was given a lot of choices on color but it was a little overwhelming. I was given a little thing that had colors on it separate from the other colors. So I picked colors and she started on my nails. It turns out the color wheel I picked from was a solar nail. Instead of paint, it's a powder. The color turned out really pretty but when I went to pay she said its $35. I was not expecting to pay over $10 more than a regular set. If I was a regular nail salon goer I would have been aware of the difference but I'm not so it was pretty annoying. I'd go back there but I'm definitely not doing solar nails. read more

I went in yesterday after making an appointment for 2 pm. Got there about 5 before and she had just started someone else so told me I'd have to wait 45 min. I explained I had made an appointment and she said I'd have to wait. I had somewhere I had to be so left and went elsewhere. I popped into this nail salon because it was close to where I had a meeting, and I really wanted my nails trimmed down. As soon as I walked in, I realized it wasn't the cleanest salon. Staff members nipped at each other about who would do my five-minute gel nail filing, and I felt like a burden for being there. Once I left, I noticed the nail tech didn't pay much attention to what he was doing because my nails were inconsistent lengths and not filed straight. (This is the whole reason I went to a salon instead of just doing it myself, so I was let down.) I could've caught them on a bad day or come in at a weird time, but for some reason, the experience was not great. The salon needs a bit of a cleaning. read more

Came in at 6:30 for a fill and a pedicure and they said they would do them at the same time. My fill was lumpy and streaky, they both complained the whole time how late I came in and how they wanted to go home. They don't close until 7:30 so you would think an hour would be enough time if you're doing them simultaneously. Very unsanitary. I will be surprised if I don't get an infection as he dropped multiple things in the floor into debris and then continued to use to scrub my feet. I would give 0 stars if allowed. Let me preface this review by saying that I don't only review bad experiences. I also give credit where it's due. The whatever/forgettable experiences I don't bother writing up a summary, but sometimes a business and its potential customers need to know what's up. I took my BFF to get a pedicure at Enchanted Nail Salon because it's right around the corner from my house, and it looks decent enough on the outside. I had red polish on my toes, but since every other nail salon I've ever been to takes it all off before starting the service, I didn't think twice about it. Well, the man assigned to my feet semi-took it off, he didn't really get all the nooks and crannies though. I was nervous this would show in my "French" pedicure since it's basically white and clear polish. As he was starting to pumice my stumps, I noticed he didn't really seem like he gave a damn about it. Which, I wouldn't be super happy about scrubbing someone's feet, but when that's your job and you work off of tips, maybe you should take more care with the job at hand. Long story short, he didn't scrape. And the ladies know what I mean. I expect, when paying $40 for a pedicure, to get my feet scraped and peeled and buffed to a smooth finish. I didn't get any of that. He kind of awkwardly buffed them with a pumice stone but that's it. He didn't cut or file the toe nails either. He just started putting the white tip on. I tried to say something but he acted like he didn't understand. Which is irritating to say the least. When I asked him to put a 'blue flower' on the nail he said he can't do that, I'd have to wait on the girl doing my friends toes to do it. So I sat there for 20 minutes like a jackass, waiting for her to finish my friends toes before she could paint a flower on mine. Jeez, if I had known it was going to be that big of a deal I would have just got a solid color. So, when I left I didn't feel good about it. I got home, inspected closer, and yep, red polish was still in all the corners. Worst pedicure of my life. He was constantly opening the door and letting the hot air in, along with his nasty smoke. Bleh. Any other salon would have been better. We came in at 5pm and it took over 3 hours for the four of us to have our services finished. They DON'T keep appointment times and will tell you 30 min wait when it will actually be an hour. They kept taking customers even though they didn't have enough technicians. As for the quality: TERRIBLE. I could still see my last polish color on the edges of my nails beds because they didn't completely remove my color. They cut corners on my "manicure" and didn't do cuticle cream or a good file, then slapped lotion on my arms (practically forgetting my dry HANDS!) and call that a manicure - then charged me $25. Oh yeah, my gel color CHIPPED the next day (should last 2 weeks normally). Poor service. Poor quality. Poor value. Go to one of the other salons on the other side of the freeway! read more

Came with a friend. While they are friendly, the place is not clean, and they don't do a good job. My friend was cut, and my nails are not consistent. Creepy!!! I have never felt uncomfortable while getting a pedicure at any nail salon or spa in my life until I went here. The older Asian man possibly a manger or owner who did my pedicure was a complete creep, asking inappropriate questions and flirting continually despite my best attempt to ignore him and just enjoy the pedicure. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life! I felt trapped and wanted to cry. I literally could not get out of there fast enough. It was around 1:00pm when we walked in. There were three techs, only one on acrylic duty. My sister and I wanted dip (doesn't take long... quicker than acrylic). We ended up waiting 1hr for more techs to walk in (casually, holding a Sephora bag and to go drinks as if they went shopping instead of work). My nail tech didn't wash his hands before he sat down to start working on me. This was a red flag right off the bat for me, being a licensed cosmetologist. As he was doing my nails, my sister was still not being serviced. Two ladies walked in. They were getting dip as well. They were serviced before my sister, even though they came in later. I complained to what seemed to be a manager or owner, and he said "oh he's doing her nails", referring to my tech... who was only halfway done. While this was going on, my tech kept weirdly asking me how I liked my nails, overheard my name from my sister, and kept using it as if he knew me. My nails also have gaps as if they grew out. Refer to pictures. Once he finished my nails, he went on to my sister. She flinched a few times, and later I found out he was filing her skin with the drill. She agreed that he was creeping her out, asked her name and kept using it too. At the beginning of the service, the owner/manager looking guy told me the services would be $30 each. Later, he tried to charge me $45 EACH. AND expected me to tip! I corrected him and he said it was only this time, which was different on his menu prices. I got acrylic and the man that did them didn't even paint my nails all the way he left gaps on the sides and my thumb nail is way wider than the other. Love the nail tech MyMy (pronounced MeeMee) at Enchanted Nail. She is very sweet, talkative and does what YOU want, not what SHE wants. She wants to make sure you are happy. She is also VERY good at Nail art, very artistic. Most nail places just shuttle you to whomever is available, but this place will actually let you ask for whomever you want and will hold to whatever time they have told you to be there if you call in advance. She does a gorgeous french solar nail. Most people are afraid to speak up at Nail salons but if you do at this place, they will listen. I actually went to a different place to get my nails done and they did a horrible job on my nails that I didn't want them to finish so I left. I thought I was going to Enchanted Nails to get them fixed. Well, I spent a lot of money in two days for crappy nails. No customers when I walked in, so they can take their time. But the tech that did nails was so lazy! I wanted french tip mani. She did the white tips most of them didn't match and then wouldn't paint the whole nail with the top coat. When I asked her why she said that's how they do it! I asked her to paint them for me but she refused. Seriously?! read more
